When is the last time you did business with an honest, genuine auto mechanic?
I called roadside service for a dead battery. They jumped it and after a couple of minutes the car stopped running.
They said the battery was good and it could be the alternator.
I drive past Sam's place all of the time and knew it was there.
After reading his reviews I called and spoke to Sam about my situation. He gave me a great price for an alternator, if that was the problem, so I decided to have my car towed to Sam at Congress Auto. Sam quickly diagnosed the problem ordered the part and repaired my car that same day. Sam is the Best mechanic in south Florida because he is honest and truthful! From now on Sam at Congress Auto Service is my go to mechanic for all of my vehicle's maintenance.
I forgot to mention that I had called around to get estimates for an alternator and got all kinds of different pricing.

Dragged my rack all over the shop when dropped off and picked up. Handed me the rebuilt rack with the paint still wet. Terrible customer service would not recommend to anyone
They bait-and-switch you tell you something's rebuilt when it's used not, Untrustworthy!!!! when you go there half the time nobody's there and God forbid if you show up when they're on lunch because they don't do anything!! I highly recommend you don't go there don't call the place don't even look it up unless you want to be ROBBED!!!!!!!
They sold me a “refurbished” electric rack and pinion full of water. They never test parts they sell. I ended up wasting money on installation of the defective part.
does NOT Care about their customers - a warranty is a warranty - don't be trying to dodge it by NOT returning phone calls and NOT having proper personnel working their to fix the problem that YOU Created. Stay far far away from this place!!!
I bought a turbo here and it turned out to be defective trying to exchange it was a big hassle finally after 10 calls and 20 messages and 3 months he changed it. The other turbo he sent me was also defective he said he would make it right they never did after many phone calls and messages again just got fat up with the situation I ended up with 2 junk turbos and he kept my money
Had a Rack and Pinion, and Power Steering pump replaced Excellent work, Fast Friendly Service. And the Price was Reasonable. Thank you Sam's Auto Care for getting me back on the road again.

Ok I'm giving this place a try,,, it's Saturday 9/24/16 and so far the number listed doesn't seem to be a business number,,, it goes straight to voice mail,,, and there's no business messaging it just says please leave a message,,,. The Web states that they are open from 8am until 2pm on Saturdays it's 8:40 am and I'm on my way,,, will keep you all posted,,,,,,....
This place is horrible. Called on Wednesday to make an appointment for Saturday, guy said no problem. Also made sure had the steering rack was in stock over the phone, said yes in stock. Came Saturday morning at 9AM, and I'm not an early bird so I was already pissed as it is when I came and the store was still closed. 10 minutes later the guy opens the store, he proceeds to tell me the mechanic will not be showing up. He says no problem, let me send you to my brother Garo and I'll have you take the part to him to install. He looks for the part, in the garage, in his extra warehouse, no rack. TOTAL TIME WASTER.
Bought a rack and pinion and the gentleman I dealt with was very knowledgeable of what I needed. He went above and beyond in search of my part. I got it on time and was refunded my core fast as well. I am adding these guys to my list of vendors from now. Great experience.
Purchased a part from this company on eBay on January 24, 2011. The item was a "94-96 Jaguar XJ6 Power Steering Rack & Pinion" for my 1995 Jaguar XJ6. After waiting months for the part to arrive my mechanic tells me it's the wrong part for my year!!! A man named Anthony Troccilli told me I can return the item and they would refund me 100% via Paypal. I sent the rack & pinion back to them in Florida, the package was successfully delivered. Anthony continued to correspond on email saying he would credit me shortly, and he was sending my information to accounting. He then stopped replying altogether. Over a month went by and I hadn't heard from him. I was expecting a refund of $440.00 USD, a refund that never came. He finally replied and said he was away on vacation and he would follow up in the morning. I never heard from him again. I tried calling the company countless times and the connection would be bad or they would pretend to not speak english. Then when I would get somebody they would be extremely rude and tell me they owe me nothing. This happened from January 2011 - May 2011 and I became so emotionally stressed over it that I had to just give up, even though I no longer had the part and was never refunded. I've never dealt with a company with such poor customer service. I still have all the emails showing all the evidence of everything that was said and promised. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
Very good people. Very attentive to my problem and quick to respond. I called and spoke to Alain over the phone for a power steering pump i needed for my car. They delivered it the same day and I was able to get my car back on the road. They are a Life saver as I work in Tampa. Maysa was the young lady that delivered, such a sweet heart. They deserve more than 5 stars.
