I have always had good customer service from Waste Pro ever since moving in the neighborhood. But the exceptional service today was from Frank G. He made my day. Did not have an attitude or the look of not wanting to be there to do the job. He spoke to me in a professional manor. Explained to me how Waste Pro works and what to do if I have anymore illegal dumbing in front of my place again. I really loved that he was not to busy to speak. Waste Pro is the best! Hugh, who drives the main truck for pickup, is wonderful! we have been friends for years! The yard bulk pick up workers and drivers did a fantastic job picking up my enormous pile of yard debris yesterday. It looks as if nothing was ever there! I am going to sincerely miss the men who take care of all the pickups . They are great!
I'm updating my review because of recent frustrations with this company regarding pick up of debris in my neighborhood. Every Wednesday, the truck is supposed to pick up debris placed along the front yards. For two weeks now, this has not occurred. The modest sized pile (pictured) was not picked up by the bulk collection truck last week. It was ignored by the truck with the large claw that came by the next day, and was again ignored by the truck that passed by this morning. Waste Pro is not doing the job they are paid to do and that is not acceptable.
These guys work hard and always take care of any debris or junk I need GONE! They are always kind and professional when I get a moment to chat with them. Their job is hard but they are always smiling and making the best of it. Glad I have them in my neighborhood.

Great service with the nicest worker. Mr. Jean AKA EJ truck #1962 is the best. He is very pleasant and always takes his time when he sees us outside to stop and talk to our 3 year old son. Our son waits for him every Monday and Thursdays. Extremely pleased with his professionalism and service.

Truck# 1946 operated by Hugh. I truly appreciate how he always has a smile on his face and will always recognize my car as we drive by each other and give a friendly honk. These guys have a tough job and are willing to do what others won’t and giving recognition to Hugh is due. I like the guy, he is very nice!

Our service is always awesome, Hugh and Damien are such great guys. Always helping and we have a lot of fun when we talk. Over the years they have always stopped for the kids and let them check out the truck and always give a hi with the air horn for them. Couldn't ask for better . Had a great experience using Waste Pro while restoring our Coral Springs that we purchased 12/30/16. We generated a tremendous amount of debris in ripping out floors, kitchen cabinets, drywall, old sinks, etc and the 20 yd roll on and roll off dumpster was the perfect solution! Jaime (the representative) was exemplary and very flexible to work with! Had this large dumpster emptied twice. Highly recommend!!!
