Trabaje en esto mucho tiempo y conozco como funcionan y lo que hicieron hoy conmigo fue jugar // respuesta Ustedes nunca comunicaron absolutamente nada incluso separaraon el compresor y el coil si hubieran abierto la nevera no estaba laminada o me hubieran comentado del principio pedi que lo agarraran con el forklift y lo que hicieron fue tirarla al piso. la atencion al cliente q hablas no fue. Trabaje en lo mismo que hicieron ustede por buen tiempo y conozco perfectamente como funciona este negocio habian mas opciones para brindar informacion cuando llegue a la pesa ya se habian llevado el prodcuto no supe ni lo que pesaba ni como lo iban a categorizar fue mas rapido resolver su problema ya que busca en las camara revise y valore su proceso ahh su equipo nunca explico ni dio detalle solo dijeron es lo que hay
Horrible experience, rude staff, I just pulled in to the yard and 2 people jumped on my truck and started unloading everything, the scale there is 100% inaccurate.
I will keep it real. I tried this place out instead of going to Okeechobee. Don't know about what people expectations are, but I got there. Timed it. Was out in 20 min. For my metals. I though it was a decent Payout for my 20 min. For stuff I pick up for free. Only in America. Yes, It gets bogged down with water on streets with heavy rains. Bring boots. Staff was friendly, straightforward. You ask they guide you in the process. The workers get paid an hourly. Stop being a Prima Donna and help yourself unload. They drop a bin and you empty it out. Simple. If you expect not to work for your money then you in the wrong business. Go find a 9-5 job. This is easy for stuff you get on the streets free, plus this is the extra cash for the weekend.

Great environment great workers everyone that works there sometime I'm having a bad day they make my day when I go there just to be able to transition smoothly and to get in and out greatest of ease what wait really you don't believe me ‼‼‼‼‼ even better try it for yourself and then you let me know tell a friend or two or three and tell them to let me know I'm pretty sure 99.9% if not a 110% will agree thank you and have a great day !!!

The owner gives a fair trade amount for your metals. They are always busy and it will be muddy and puddles when it rains as Hollywood has now drainage for Plunket Street merchants. When it comes to value they are better than the guys down the street. I wish they had more room and could have better drainage. Recycling Rocks !
