I came in the store looking for a battery replacement for my vehicle key. Blanca was very nice & helpful. She was so patient in opening the key fob, which was not easy. She took the time to look it up & finally opened it & replaced the battery.

During the evening of Jan. 23, 2024, I had a situation which my car battery was bad. Shanti (employee) was kind to help me find a battery. Although O'Reilly staff does not replace car batteries, they provided me the tools and gloves. I was able to have the battery replaced and head home safe. Modern item there I couldn't install it with the tire company. Easy process the lady Blanca was very nice and funny. Just got a good attitude give me a refund no messing around no wasting people's time. Good place to come shopping
Carlos was great. I had a headlight out and he gave me several options as far as pricing and what I really need. He then helped install both new headlights. I recently lost my father so I don’t think he realized how helpful/emotional that was for me because every daughter calls their dad when something goes wrong with their car.
