You will never return to this store, the worst service that can have been done, I tell you, you can help me, my English is very little, and I only point the hallway with my hand and look for it, ok, I went and when I arrive I see many numbers from the windshield, which I do not know what the number is, my car, which shows him the data from the car, and as if he did not see anything, he did not do the minor help, he is a very thin man with a small beard that should not attend to the customer, here I do not return anymore and to whom I can tell him, I will do it.

They said they had everything in stock, I go there, nothing In stock, they direct me to the next store 20 mins away as they have it in stock, arrives at other store, they don’t have it, now I’m heading to the 3rd store. I’ll stick to advanced auto next time

Ariel was honestly so helpful. He made sure I was taken care of. I went there being so clueless and he explained detail per detail. I didn’t feel robbed nor taken advantage of. You could tell that the team is genuinely there to help and get the things you exactly need not the bs.

I am writing this truthful review to help others. This way they do not experience the same. My tail lights needed to be replaced and I was told when I called the Cooper City, Florida, O'Reillys Auto Parts that they sold the parts and could replace them. I went to buy them and have them installed, but guess what, the technician didn't want to install them and instead told me to watch a YouTube video to learn to install them myself or call a mechanic. I believe the technician didn't know how to install them, but made it seem like she didn't want to install them. She also didn't know the different tail lights brands or the differences between the brands and what products the store offers. I called the corporate headquarters of O'Reillys to tell them my experience and no district manager or anyone of leadership or authority called me back. I had to find someone to install them because the videos online do not show you how to install them well enough and you need tools to install them. I don't have the tools, and it would have cost me too much out of pocket to buy them. I ended up having a person who owes me a favor install them. My mechanic has a family and cannot rush to leave his family to fix this. Also, you can get a ticket driving with tail lights not working. O'Reillys inconveniences customers not having staff trained well enough to fix car lights and you drive around multiple days like that hoping you don't get a ticket because the person who is to fix your car is busy or has a family, and cannot come right away. O'Reillys needs to hire people who can actually know how to install windshield wipers, headlights, tail lights, etc. They do not hire qualified people who can do it and you buy the parts with no one to install it and then have to pay a mechanic to do it or find someone who is willing to do it for free or low cost, if you can. I mind as well, have the mechanic buy the parts somewhere else other than O'Reillys, another auto shop and then install it for me, instead of me going to O'Reillys and trying to get their help. The quality of their service is not how it is supposed to be. I called other auto shops of O'Reillys in Florida and many of them don't want to install car lights, even though they should know how to. How are you working in an auto shop when you don't know the names or brands of what you are selling and how it can be used to help customers? This is the problem I find with O'Reillys. Their technicians are incompetent and need help to help you. No one is skilled enough and the managers are not available, like they need to be. This is how you lose business and this is how you lose my business.

I've visited this store on three separate occasions, and they were only really interested in helping me the first time regarding a broken headlight. The other two instances consisted of a staff member pushing off the job to a car mechanic. I wasn't even asking for assistance with the car itself, just a product that can help with the situation. In short, the workers there only seem to be collecting a check, practical usefulness may not be available depending on who's working that day.

I go in and ask if they can check the engine. Like the guy was going to do it, and the woman stops him and said, no, they can't do it because it's nighttime is only 5:57 nowhere, does it says that they cannot check it wow

Terrible customer service! I came here tonight to get some spark plugs before they closed, but sadly the representative that worked tonight locked the doors and walked away as if he didn’t see me standing at the door. The store was supposed to close at 9pm, but I was there at 8:50. I understand that they’re closing, but change the store hours if 8:50pm is the new closing time. I wasted my time coming out. I should have gone to Autozone. I’ll be sure to find out who the rep was and report him to upper management. I don’t think a rep like this should work for a company that have fought for a good reputation.

Ariel was extremely nice and super helpful. He figured out it was my battery that was the issue, not my starter. Soon as the new battery went in the problem stopped so I want to thank him for his help, and kind service. It feels good to walk into a store and have someone like Ariel who's professional and knows what he's doing. Thank you Ariel!

I came in the store looking for a battery replacement for my vehicle key. Blanca was very nice & helpful. She was so patient in opening the key fob, which was not easy. She took the time to look it up & finally opened it & replaced the battery. Great customer service! I will definitely return for any future needs.

I visited the O'Rally store (university dr with Stirling rd) today Wednesday February 14 at 6:25 pm, I went to buy a tool to install some spark plugs, I told the salesperson who spoke little English to help me find the tool. He told me in English that the tool was over there, pointing, but among so many aisles I couldn't find the tool. There was an older African American person, who I imagine was the manager. He yelled at me and looked at me very angry, saying and pointing out that the tool is over there, but they never helped me get the tool and he kept yelling and it bothers me that a store employee doesn't help his customers, the worst thing is that he he yelled several times angrily, I turned around and left and told him he was not a good person, I came from another auto parts store where they treated me very well, but they didn't have that tool, that's why I decided to go to O'Relly to buy it, after I left O'Relly at the wrong time. I went to Autozone where I got the tool, with the kind help of a salesman. These things give a bad image to a store that I consider a good store but they should select their managers.

During the evening of Jan. 23, 2024, I had a situation which my car battery was bad. Shanti (employee) was kind to help me find a battery. Although O'Reilly staff does not replace car batteries, they provided me the tools and gloves. I was able to have the battery replaced and head home safe. Thank you for being kind and providing good customer service!

Definitely stay away........ I went here for windshield wiper replacement. This company, like the others, advertises free wiper installation. Nope, they refused. I walked into the store and greeted the 3 employees. NO ONE spoke. The store was EMPTY, I was the only customer. There was an older employee sitting on the counter nearest the door, he didn't even make eye contact. The man that did look at me was named Grady, so I addressed him. I asked if they installed their wipers and he said "Maybe, if they're the hook arm type". He then began to look up the correct wipers. He pointed down the wiper aisle and gave me the parts numbers. I have to get them myself? Yes! Ok, I did. While I was looking for the correct wipers Grady was shouting directions to me "go to the left, not those the next ones" He knew EXACTLY where they were, just didn't want to make the effort. I went back to the counter with the wipers. Grady began to ring up the wipers, then said to me "I'll show you how to install them". I asked him "you're not going to install them?". He said "no". I took the wipers back to the aisle and placed them back where I found them. I then thanked Grady for his time and left the store. I would need negative numbers to rate the customer service here. Below zero. Out of three employees, only one would speak to me in an empty store. And the person who DID speak to me....no smile, no greeting, his tone was flat almost as if he was annoyed I was even there. And, he refused to fulfill their advertised wiper installation. Upon my arrival, I did not yell, curse or behave poorly. No reason for their poor service. I learned my lesson, never again. Note: nearby is an Advance Auto parts store. I went there, and literally 15 minutes after leaving O'Reilly I had new wipers, INSTALLED, at Advance Auto. Please see their review next.

Modern item there I couldn't install it with the tire company. Easy process the lady Blanca was very nice and funny. Just got a good attitude give me a refund no messing around no wasting people's time. Good place to come shopping

I visit their site for Motorcraft Yellow anti-freeze. I enter my address and this store indicates "free pickup, in-store today." I visit the store on Saturday morning and they don't have it in stock, but they say it can be delivered and picked up after 3pm. No problem... i pay and they say they will call me when it arrives. I get no call and decide to head to the store after 4pm, and the order is ready. I then notice it is Motorcraft Gold and not Yellow. They then place another order and state it will be ready on Sunday after 12pm. On Sunday, I visit at just before noon and it isnt ready. I am told it will arrive between 1230 and 1pm. I then return at 1pm and they tell me it isnt there because the other store sent Gold instead of Yellow, but now they can have it by Tuesday. I received my refund and spent 30 seconds ordering from Amazon for $7 less. It will on my doorstep Monday morning at 7am. As much as I want to support a local store, I can't after no calls and complete indifference to making me drive to your store 3 times. You can do better, O'Reilly.

I came here for the first time today to diagnose and (if needed) swap out my battery after having to jump it earlier in the day. A guy named Jesus greeted me at the door and was super helpful, testing the battery, showing me the readings, and then installing a new battery. Truth be told, with the battery being 6+ years old I knew it was the source of my problems but I appreciate him taking the time to diagnose the issue instead of outright selling me something I might not need. He also helped me find a better detailer for my matte black car and a few other things I had been putting off while there. Great service and staff going the extra mile so I'll definitely be back. Carlos was great. I had a headlight out and he gave me several options as far as pricing and what I really need. He then helped install both new headlights. I recently lost my father so I don’t think he realized how helpful/emotional that was for me because every daughter calls their dad when something goes wrong with their car. I couldn’t thank him enough.
