BEWARE OF GOLDEN MOTORS LLC HOLLYWOOD FLORIDA!
My boss went to this car dealership to originally buy a Mercedes GL450 After the paperwork was done The car did not start and the Sales rep “Ronnie” said it was the battery so he waited 3 hours to “change a battery” for the car to not start at all after the “Battery” was replaced. Needless to say it was not the battery these people buy lemons directly from the auction and put them right in there sales floor, So they ended up changing out the car for a 2 door c250 what was a couple when he needed a suv because he has children and needed the suv for his family but since paperwork was already signed they wouldn’t give him back his down payment and basically said your beat. So he takes the c250 and while he’s driving this car home it stops in the middle off 95 where cars are going 70* MPH he almost hit another car because the steering wheel locked up and made it to the break down lane and the car wouldn’t start, After sitting for an hour and half on the side of the road while it’s raining the car finnaly started and when it did wouldn’t go above 40 MPH so he called and texted this Joke for a car sales person of course didn’t answer the phone but replied to text and said bring the car in, on Monday so he did, he missed an entire days of work so what they do is switch the car out for the same car but a 4 door, Mind you the last car he was given the passenger side door wouldn’t open, the driver seat went sideways instead of foward so you could barley reach the pedals, When pulling out the car there was 3 cars parked infront of those cars and not ONE of these cars would start to pull out the car they needed to pull out, Again he requested to just give him his down payment back and they said “you already signed the paperwork the cars sold” so now for the 3rd car, Same thing gets in the car the passenger side door is broken you can’t get out of the car from the passager side, the car is completely filthy there’s kids stickers stuck to the windows inside the car, Again gets home now the 3rd car he was given isn’t starting. They also charged him another $500 after going through what he went through to get a car added it to the cost of the 3rd car, The car is at his house and will not start and now he’s stuck paying for a car with a paper weight in his driveway. While he was there every single car would not start accept for one car there excuse was “all the batteries are dead” So me and the rest of his employees are going to post non stop reviews about the company until there’s no choice but to see these reviews after googling this company. We filed a complaint with the BBB the attorney general‘s office in the department of motor vehicles. also going to email the other people that had a bad experience with this company and start a class action lawsuit. Also looking to advertise on bus benches in Hollywood around the dealership about how it’s a scam. Good luck on ever selling another vehicle after we’re done with you.

My boss purchased a Mercedes here and the experience has been nothing short of terrible. He was put in three different cars, and when the last one broke down on I-95, they charged him an extra $500 just to switch into another car.
While at the dealership, he noticed multiple vehicles that wouldn’t even start, which says a lot about the condition of the inventory.
The service is unprofessional and the treatment has been unacceptable. Save yourself the stress — stay away from this dealership.
These people are scam artists. Sold a car to my son that broke down on his way to work with serious engine issues. They sold it with warranty but do not want to honor the warranty. Have been going back and forth with them for at least a week. Now they’re trying to hold the vehicle until we pay. DO NOT WASTE YOYR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
Worst car dealer ever, they work with the bank to scam you for money. They came up with some bogus excuse to repo my car all payments and insurance up to date don’t ever do business with them. Very rude and shady
WORSE place to get a used car.The interest rates were too high and on-time payments never helped your credit and after paying them off the car I had to pay again to get my vehicular title.This place is NOT at all recommended.
Beware of this dealership they will repo your car if you miss a second payment they will put it back on the lot and resell it they keep selling the cars over and overr making way too much profit from the car that's been probably on the list of rebuilt titles as I have experienced it already with him.aron the owner is a crook.down payment of 4 k can get you a car in any other dealer.stay away from buy here pay here crooks
Get a car fax..go to a real dealer.dont believe your credit is bad your down payment will reflect on it.rebuilt title cars and trucks that been a total lost.internal damages that you cant see.dealer knows they sell lemons.junk that looks clean.beware they will keep your down payment.hes a shark.no warranty ..dont be scamed.its a legal issue.not even the police can get your money back

Terrible place to buy a Car ! I brought a 2011 Scion iQ from them and paid it off in less than a year come to find out that the car was Rebuilt!!!!! They Never informed me of this my Husband and I was so Mad I even tried to get some of our money back and they wasn’t willing to compensate us or do any good toward us . We will Never buy a car there again and I advise anyone who trying to get a car there Don’t do it! This Company is Crooks and they steal your Money! Still to this day they Never said Sorry!!! If you’re looking for a car Please don’t go there !!!
This company is very unprofessional they are liars and scammers, they make it seem as if they cater to the customers needs but in reality this dealership is full of crooks they only aim to fill there pockets and leave customers like myself in a tough situation. Worst mistake I ever made was shopping here.
This company is a scam filled place full of dis honest people. I believe it’s important to let people know the facts. I was charged 2 weeks before my due date and double charged at that, when I addressed the company they can care less. Please please please don’t shop with these people! After the sale is complete your taken advantage of. Learn through me and shop with someone else.

Called about a vehicle. Nick hyped up the vehicle,stating that it had “every option you can think of including navigation” when in fact it was a base model and had nothing fancy.
Also,Most vehicles he sells have a salvage/rebuilt title,which you can’t get a bank loan for or car insurance for.
Be careful!
This the absolute Worse place to get a car, all of the cars here are overpriced for salvaged rebuilt titles and the person in the financial dept Carlos is very rude. They wait for you to mess up so that they can reposses and resale your car. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away from here. I was up to date with my payments and was late paying my insurance and they put out a repo for lack of insurance. Scam artist are what they are.

A friend of mine told me about the dealer. A coworker and I went to see about a vehicle. The people were very nice and professional. The dealer had a good inventory of cars to look at. My coworker found a 2014 Murano in like new condition with extremely low miles. He has been very satisfied with the car and the dealer and with the great prices.
I bought a car from them and had a great experience. Two weeks later I found myself in a car accident that wasn’t my fault but I swore these people didn’t think so. Days after the accident they were so insensitive asking for money. They even held my registration when I bought another car but never informed me that they were holding it.
I bought 3 cars already from Hollywood Golden and am about to buy a 4th van, they sell top quality cars at below market price! The only used car dealer i trust, I've sent them all my friends to buy cars and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car a+++
Very unprofessional con-artist. Thet will rip you off. Promise many false advertisement just to get you to sign your life away. They are always on time when it comes to payment but when it comes to malfunctions of the car due to their lack of fixing it properly they will stall and try and make you pay everything out of pocket even what should be warranted. Make sure everything is documented and/or have lawyer present for all paperwork. Every single time they "fixed" my vehicle either it's never fully fixed or another issue arises and you must pay out of pocket for their mishap.
I've been buying cars from Aaron for almost 10 years now and never had a problem with any of them or the customer service.
Even outside of buying cars Aaron has helped me to fix damaged cars.

Worst experience ever I brought a car this past Saturday and on Sunday had AC I called them came back on Monday they fix it fast but as soon as I left not even one block down the car turned off on me it's clearly that this car was sold to me with problems. Don't buy cars from these robbers.
This is the worst place. The gentleman that I spoke to was rude, and he lied about the carfax. First he tells my husband it was stolen, and wrecked. Then he tells me it was not a salvaged title, after I pulled the carfax. I told him I would not pay "crap" for this truck, and he hung up on me. Worst dealership ever. Scam artists.
I was very impressed being this was a by here company. To travel over and hour i was leary at first but the staff company made me decide great choice . I purchase a 2006 chevy mc paid it off 6months ago . Now bring in new business my daughter great choice and place to shop.
