WE WERE IMPRESSED BY THE INTEGRITY OF CLEAN, ORGANIZATION, PROFESSIONALISM AND PUNCTIALITY. I CAN CLEARLY SEE THEY ARE BUSY WHICH SHOWS ME THAT THEY ARE TRUSTED CONSIDERING THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1997. ALL 3 WERE VERY RESPECTFUL, KIND & HELPFUL. I GOT A QUOTE AND DID SOME RESEARCH TO FIND THAT ARE REASONABLE WHICH IS A PLUS AND OFFERED MORE THAN 1 OPTION. I WOULD DEFINITELY CONSIDER THEIR SERVICES N HIGHLY RECOMMAND.

I came Sunday and they did a free diagnostic to my transmission while waiting and email me the full diag report and after roat testing they recommend further repair
I brought my vehicle in for an inspection and diagnostic. Although I wasn’t able to afford the repair at this time, the staff was honest, professional, and took the time to explain the issue clearly. I appreciated their transparency and respect—no pressure or upselling. They even kept my car a few days til I was able to tow it back home at no charge. I would definitely consider returning when I’m able to move forward with the repair.
I brought my 2007 BMW 530i in specifically to check the transmission fluid level due to evidence of a leak I had noticed. During the initial phone call, I also mentioned that I was open to discussing leak repair options. After being told that the fluid level could be checked and replenished if needed, I decided to bring the car in. After a brief inspection lasting less than two minutes, I was shown the location of the leak and given an estimate of approximately $2,000 to replace two transmission seals. I thanked them for the quote but explained that, due to the age of the vehicle, I needed time to evaluate whether the repair was feasible. The vehicle was then lowered from the lift without the transmission fluid level being checked, despite that being the primary reason for my visit. When I asked about this, I was first told that the fluid level could not be checked on this BMW. I was then told that it could be done, but that it was complicated, would cost $290, and would require signing a waiver. None of these costs or conditions were communicated during the initial phone call or when I first arrived at the shop. I was not given the opportunity to decide on the $290 service before the car was lowered and removed from the repair bay. Instead, I was advised to leave the car overnight and proceed with the $2,000 repair the following day. I ultimately left without the primary service I requested and with continued uncertainty about the transmission fluid level, despite having been told in advance that this service could be provided. The experience was frustrating due to inconsistent information and a lack of clear communication regarding available services.
A few days later, I got the fluid checked for 50 dollars and paid for 2 quarts of fluid to replenish it. Now I have some time to get some quotes for the leak repair without feeling pressured and make a smart decision.
All my business fleet cars are service by them.There prices are very reasonable and their servic is very professional, they sent me all the estimate by phone and I need to approve it by your phone and pay for it by phone. I'm highly recommend them to all business owner and to personnel use as well.

This place is trash, and surely scammed me/everyone else they can find I bet. I brought a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado in that was shifting poorly and surely needed transmission servicing, well after charging me almost ~$1000 just to diagnose (which wasn't refundable if I didn't fix it with them) and another $2000 for the "service" totaling $3000+ the truck was finally "fixed" ....
Fast forward less than ~6K miles later, the truck has the same issues... It didn't even last a "season". $3000 dollars to fix it and its doing the same thing I brought it to them for.
Don't come here unless you wanna overpay for a repair that won't last...
Very quick service however they are very pricey! I paid $100 just to get the bottom cover of my car to be held up with ties. First & last time, they’re too expensive.
I brought in my 2021 Cadillac CT5 after going to 2 other shops who priced me less I decided to go with Uncle D’s. They were confident that they could rebuild the transmission and they did a great job. It took some time because parts from GM were on back order but I’m happy with results. Car shifts extremely well.
I stopped at Uncle D’s Transmissions & Auto Repair only to ask a question regarding a message popping up in my car, and I had the pleasure to meet one of the nicest, knowledgeable and respectful staff by the name, Miriam. She taught me a bunch of things for my car in the 30 minutes i was at the shop. Uncle D is very professional and honest and i will not be going to any other Repair shop. This shop is amazing! I was quoted for 5,000 dollars at midas to fix my transmission mount. Uncle D's did it for only 1300 with warranty. I would recommend anybody having car troubles to come here!

My stressful journey started at the Jeep/Chrysler dealership. My vehicle still under manufacture warranty, and the best extended warranty they offer. After 2 stressful weeks of diagnostics and no answers from the dealership of what’s wrong with my car I decided to look elsewhere for some answers. My friend referred me to Doron at Uncle D’s repair shop and I was amazed about the knowledge and guidance I received From Doron. He took his time to visit my car at the dealership few time and explained in simple words the situation of my car. I end up taking my car to his shop where all the mystery was resolved. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the customer service he provide. In a day and a half my car was fixed and i end up saving on the repair pice as well. Highly recommend, very professional, communicative, and reliable shop! I give 10 stars if I could. Thank you guys! Had to take my'07 Mustang GT in for Transmission service. Was referred to them from a friend and couldn't be happier with the service and the repair. Like most transmission repairs, it wasn't cheap, but the manager Jesse couldn't have been more accommodating in getting me the best value and repair done for my car. They were very transparent as to exactly what my car needed and even 2 months later, they check back with me to make sure my car is still running smooth. Very grateful for them and I won't hesitate to take my car there again if needed.
READ THIS BEFORE YOU EVER COME TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE: My car was having an issue where it wouldn’t reverse when put into revers. It would drive just fine and everything else worked fine on it. I took it to these guys and they told me it would be $595 for them to take apart the transmission and that the $595 would be used towards whatever it would be to repair the issue. 4 hours later they call me telling me my transmission has all these different issues that it wasn’t having when I brought it there and that it’ll be more than $3,000 do repair because it 20 hours of labor to rebuild it. I tell them that’s more then the car is worth, they find “coupons” and drop it to $2,100. I tell them no thanks and they tell me because so many parts are broken the can’t put the transmission back into the car so I’d have to take the car with the transmission pulled out! I tell them I fo jd somewhere to do it cheaper and they start badmouthing the place without even knowing it and start giving me attitude cutting me off interrupting me tell me to just pick up my car. Icome back to pick up the car and there are pieces unnecessarily pulled out, they put the battery in the front seat rather than putting it back and they threw all the parts the pulled out into my trunk in boxes too Snake for the parts. They got oil and fluids all over my trunk and threw the parts all over my chargers and cables. They were rude, scammed me out of $675 (because of fluids and tools) and my car went from still drivable to completely unusable. Unless you have money just lying around to buy another car or overspend on your repair, DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON! If you need a good place to have your car fixed go to Discount AutoRepair #2 on Stirling rd. Those guys took care of me and really helped me out!
I just bought a camry today June 1st, 2018 Friday at 5:30 pm. Its 10pm on Friday and the camry will not start.
ETA: I took the vehicle to another mechanic he told me that the spark plugs were no good. This was causing the oil to leak all over them. The crazy thing is that the mechanic at Uncle D’s specifically told me that the spark plugs were the issue and they had to order new ones to put into my vehicle. Now I’m at another mechanic shop and the new spark plugs were never even put in. And then on top of that Uncle D’s gave me a dirty filter. I even took pictures. I also needed an oil change which Uncle D’s shop told me that they did. Today is approximately one day after purchasing the vehicle and as you can see in the pictures the oil should not be that black.
I also have three motor mouths that are no good.
I was also given the car with an empty fuel tank even though I was told by the mechanic that he was going to put gas in the vehicle.
ETA: Today is Sunday, June 3rd, car will not start again. Something with the power.
June 6th
They sold me a lemon. It happens to the best of us. I now know for next time. I have learned my lesson in doing research and bringing a mechanic before I make a purchase. I also learned to go to a reputable dealer when purchasing a used vehicle and to be knowledgable in the realm used cars. I am going to take my loss and keep my head held high. I will continue to ride the bus until I can get a decent vehicle.
