This review is for my purchase from quality_oem_inc on eBay. When FedEx marked my package as 'delivered' but it never arrived, I followed proper protocol by reporting to FedEx, who directed me to contact the seller for further investigation.
Despite multiple polite requests for assistance, the seller's responses on eBay messages were consistently brief and unhelpful, typically just 1-3 words. When asked if they could contact FedEx as the shipper (which only they could do), they refused, simply stating 'They don't' and 'Pls call eBay.'
This lack of seller cooperation meant my initial eBay case was denied, requiring me to file an appeal with additional evidence. The entire resolution process took weeks, during which I had to invest significant time documenting the situation. The only communication I could get from the seller was 'we have tracking number, where is said - item is delivered.'
While eBay eventually ruled in my favor, this could have been resolved much more efficiently with proper seller assistance.

Thank you for your reply, which clearly illustrates the communication issues I described in my review.
Your response contains the same dismissive tone and unwillingness to assist that I experienced during our transaction. Rather than addressing the communication problems I highlighted, you've chosen to call my review "vindictive" and tell me to "be a little smarter" - further demonstrating the customer service approach I encountered.
Your claim that "FedEx provided proof of delivery" is directly contradicted by our documented exchanges where you stated "Since the item less 600$ do not provide any proof of delivery" when I requested you to contact FedEx for proper delivery verification. FedEx never provided actual proof of delivery, and you refused to request it from them despite being the only party who could do so as the shipper.
My review focused specifically on the communication and unwillingness to help with the investigation process. The defensive, condescending nature of your public response here, along with the contradictory statements about proof of delivery, serves as additional evidence supporting my original assessment of our interaction.
They were of great help me finding the rack opinion of my car, which was giving me a headache after trying to find it all over, but luckily They had it and sent it to me in Maryland and it fits my car perfectly. I would definitely recommend them any time
Found this company on ebay for a part i needed for my range rover specifically a window regulator. I gave them my vin and they confirmed the part they have was the correct one for my vehicle. Negotiated with them and they gave me a discount and overall a very fair price for it being OEM and not some chinese knock off. Owners and employees were nice and straight to the point . The owner told me i have 30 day warranty any issues and i can return it no problem and no bs. Appreciate businesses like this. Will be contacting them again when i need anymore parts for any european vehicles i get in inventory.
These guys are INCREDIBLE!!! Their product was in fine shape when it left their shop and arrived in the same condition because they BUILT a super, heavy duty crate out of 2x4s!! and covered the trunk lid in moving blankets and other products to protect my trunk lid. These guys went FAR OUT of their way to make sure that my trunk lid arrived in great shape. Do business with them. They are honest and bend over backwards to take care of their customers. QUALITY OEM INC. is the BEST!!!

I made a purchase from this eBay seller, a out 1 week ago. I have ordered things for my car, from many other places in the past. They shipped my items, from Florida to NY in a few day's. Not only did they give me a very fair price, but the items were packaged perfectly.
I ordered interior trim parts, for my Audi. I was expecting maybe something would be cracked, or damaged. But it was wrapped SO well, that it took me 10 minutes to unwrap it. Also. Whoever removed these parts from the donor car, definitely knew what they were doing. None of the mounting tabs were broken, and the pieces were just as described.
I will definitely order from Quality OEM again in the future, and I would easily recommend this company to anyone. I don't usually leave reviews for my purchases, but I was so happy that everything went so smoothly. So I had to give them a shout out.
