Unos ladrones en la cara me cobraron $400 por tres horas el carro y del mal trato ni se diga son unos groseros desde que se les llamó por teléfono para pedir información maltrataron, el carro lo dejaron todo sucio por dentro luces prendidas y no se que hicieron pero todos mis testigos del carro el que atiende no me quería devolver el carro porque quería más dinero por la izquierda si no es porque le quiero a llamar la policía no me dejan sacar el carro
De los peores servicios del mundo, desde que llama uno a validar si ellos tienen el carro empiezan a gritar y agredir a la persona y cuando llegas a retirar el carro es peor aún es como si tú le debieras algo a gritos y maltratos al usuario, cuando vamos a pagar exigen que sea en cash con un cajero que no sirve, y cuando fui a sacar el carro completamente lleno de tierra, luces prendidas, para brisas eso deja mucho que decir y como si fuera poco que se rían de los usuarios y créanme que no fui la única en el rato que estuve 5 personas más les pasó lo mismo y peor y la cereza del pastel un fraude en la factura por dos horas 500,00 dólares mas una multa de 100 dólares
Anoche me quedé varado por una falla en mi camioneta en la cual remolcaba un tráiler, llamé al señor Jean Pool de servigruavila me atendió de la mejor manera y llegó en el tiempo acordado. Se llevaron mi camioneta y a la vez el tráiler de verdad que 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our car broke down 80 miles from home in the middle of the night. Servigruavila Towing was the only company willing to tow us all that way at midnight. They gave a reasonable price for doing this job so late aswell. Very quick to respond and arrive. Super friendly tow truck driver. Not all heros wear capes. Thank you
We called Servigrua Avila Towing, and they sent a tow truck within 15 minutes. Before that, we waited for AAA service for more than 3-hours and decided to call a private service “Servigrua Avila Towing”. The service with Servigrua Avila Towing was spectacular. The driver was polite, gentle, aware of our problem, professional, and very kind. There are not enough words to thank this company for offering a great service at a time when customers feel vulnerable due to the situation they are going through.
Literally just finished the tow. The service was quick and easy. Very patient and friendly. Thank you so much will definitely be using your services again
