The hours posted online do not reflect the real hours. Be warned as you’ll just get charged more money if the car sits there another day. Arrived 10 minutes before closing time and no one was here to receive us. Way to make an already frustrating experience even worse. An all new low for a towing company. Never thought I’d see the day.
They wrongfully towed my car and gave me a hard time, especially considering it’s a loaner. While some staff members are decent, many lack proper customer service experience despite working in this industry. It's clear that the owner is falling short in this area, and frankly, this establishment should face serious consequences for their inefficiency. My experience was handled poorly, forcing the authorities to step in because they had no legitimate reason to retain my vehicle when the dealer provided all required documentation for its release. I am thoroughly disappointed with the current laws and policies that seem to override statutory regulations. If a Florida-operated business does not follow state statutes and an HOA assumes control, it amounts to nothing less than robbery.
Received a boot on my vehicle, called them for a week straight (called daily) to pay to have them come remove it and was told “they couldn’t find my vehicle in their system” due to no tag. Everyone I’ve ever spoken with there is extremely rude and unhelpful. Almost as if they were happy to tell you they can’t/wont help you. My vehicle end up being towed by another terrible company (city towing) so when they had to remove the boot in order to tow it they were magically able to find my truck in their system at that point. This company turned a 60$ boot into a 900$ pick up from the tow yard. They also told me “I had to call and talk to Nicky and she wasn’t there” and 30 seconds later she turned and was talking to somebody named Nicky. If your employees can’t run your business while you aren’t there, you should close when you leave at 2pm every day. Terrible experience and our apartment complex is going to be dropping them at years end.
Seems pointless considering the other reviews but here it goes. My rental was towed from in front of my house. Not the tow truck company fault. Called the tow truck company and the representative said I can’t get the car since it’s a rental due to state law. Also not the tow truck company fault. The representative says I need my id and rental agreement to get my personal belongings. I get to the location and the woman at the front says I need a hard copy. I Go back home print a copy and then go back even bringing a trash bag to make the person’s life easier. I get there give her what she needed and she proceeds to say she’s not going through the car looking for stuff she will “get what she can get” all while having one hell of an attitude. I tell her it’s not much. Just a chair, phone charger, a water bottle, a McDonalds bag, and a can of febreze. She loses it yelling she “ain’t gonna pick up my trash and clean out the truck.” I get it. Tow truck companies deal with nasty people and nasty situations all the time. BUT they should not be the ones starting off with unnecessary attitude. This woman was absolute trash. Unfortunately I’m sure management/ownership won’t do a thing about it. So pray you cars never get towed by this company.
Make sure you ask them what location it is they have three but don’t feel necessary to make it known that your car might be in one of the three lots because their main number is linked to the Pembroke Road one just wasted $40 in Ubers because they’re just not giving a shit.
Came to my residential community and illegally booted my car that was parked in a private monthly paid for parking spot with handicap plates. Man over the phone, extremely rude, wanting people to greet him with rainbows and sunshine while they’re here extorting people.
People are very rude when you speak with them. On hold for long periods of time then you are hung up on. Can't get someone to advise why the car thats in my name that someone else drives that was parked legally at there home they rent at was towed away. I have been out of town for a week and was advised it happened the day I left.
Lady on the phone was extremely rude. Zero person skills and very aggressive. Yelled when she became frustrated when I asked her about the logistics of my car being towed.
Trying to register my vehicle on their website for a parking permit and their site doesn’t allow you to load your Renters lease from there, don’t bother calling they are RUDE af about it. The lady that answers is like a junk yard Sally!
This place has been creating havoc all over South Florida for years now! As soon as you walk in, there’s rats running around the complex, the staff is the most unprofessional people on the planet, rude obnoxious I can go on forever, they are running a scam, towing people’s vehicles When they’re not supposed to!
I just moved into a new complex and they told my car illegally, and they got super pissed because they weren’t able to scam me out of $250. They had to return my money and pay for my Uber, they did a similar thing a couple of years ago, I went to visit a friend at a complex that was only there for a couple of hours, and they took my car in broad daylight, and same thing had to pay $250 and they stole my registration and I had to pay an extra $10 for that as well, these people are the definition of a scam company working along with the state,
So there’s nothing that anybody can do they have a license to steal and scam!
Disgusting customer service. The fact that this business is stressful doesn't mean that you need to treat people in a rude way from the very beginning. I never felt more disrespected. Hope your business goes to the garbage one day!
BEWARE ALL COUNTY PARTICIPATES IN PREDATORY TOWING!!!! Illegally holds your car hostage for hours after requesting for it to be released. All county does not follow the Broward laws in regards to putting liens on non consent tows so be prepared to pay additional charges (this can be fought in civil court after you pay in full). In addition to the company being blatantly criminal, the people that answer the phones are the most deplorable people I have ever had to speak with. Rude, nasty, not helpful and just all around disgusting. Lastly the young man who came to release my car after 3 hours of release being requested appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. The driver was excessively shaking when he got out of his tow truck and could barely hold a sentence.
These crooks towed my car from a friends apartment complex and told me that Lot Monitoring Services called them to have me towed because I wasn’t registered as a guest on some website that I was never told about. The apartment complex has no signs to tell you that and spotters aren’t allowed to call on the towing companies behalf. Both of these actions are illegal. DO NOT HORE THESE CROOKS!
Yeah, I get it your life is miserable, and clearly you can’t do anything about it, but that’s not my problem. Giving an attitude at me and at everybody the second you pick up the phone and not being able to answer one single question without sighing isn’t going to help anyone. Sure, I made a mistake about why it was towed, but that doesn’t give you a pass to treat people bad. And maybe figure out how to communicate with each other because you all are completely clueless.
The receptionist name "i don't have one" is extremely rude and doesn't care about your time. I told her we had an appointment to get to and to please hurry and instead she took the customer that came in after me. Watch out for your vehicles being damaged they love to play tetris with your car and fit in into impossible spot.
I had the great displeasure dealing with this company and their customer service representative Maurice. I live in Miramar and parked my car overnight during the hurricane not realizing that I was not allowed to do so. When I went for my car aI found it booted and called the company. They told me it would take about an hour for someone to come and remove the boot but that the person would call me so I left to go somewhere nearby. I got the call and the person said he could only wait for 15 minutes for me to get there and he left. I called back the office and they said I should call them when I get to the car. I called and this time Maurice explained that it could take anywhere up to an hour for someone to come. I have been waiting now for approximately 3 hours and still no one. I called Maurice few times and he was far from understanding. What a nightmare! I am still waiting
Absolute skum! Everyone who works there. Especially, the so called manager who will not even show up in person. She just tells you over the phone that she is keeping the car even though it was illegally towed in the first place. I am suing until there is nothing left of the that company or building. Everyone else who had a vehicle towed should also file suit in Broward county courthouse. The U.S. Attorney knows about it and is working on it, but the more people who go there and file a complaint the better. As many crazy people as there are in south florida, I'm actually surprised this place hasn't been burned to the ground yet.
I regret to report a negative experience with one of your employees. Despite my efforts to maintain a polite and respectful demeanor, the employee in question was rude throughout our interaction. I was simultaneously translating what my mother had said to convey our message to her and she abruptly stated, "what else you need help with cause we can't sit here all day breathing back and forth", in a very rude tone. I simply just questioned why our car got towed and just needed a better explanation. Her behavior was unprofessional and did not align with the standards I expect from your organization. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I understand that people simply don't like their car being towed, but at least make it more understandable or be nicer at least, it's not a good time for customers to hear their car got towed either. They also hung up on me multiple times. Very rude.
oh my gosh. Where do i start. This place is highly unpleasant and unprofessional DO NOT RECOMMEND TO MY ENEMIES! First of all towed my car while i was WORKING. I go to get it the next day they say I can’t get it. They say my dad has to mail things to get it back. So we mail it to their location. Then they say we shouldn’t have mailed it there? Nobody knows what the heck is going on.. Anyway. I pay $570. That was my child’s christmas money. The last money i had to my name. And it was that costly because they HOARDED AND WERE GATEKEEPING my car for days on end! Nobody will be getting christmas presents now thanks to THIS PLACE… I ask for an itemized receipt so I can see what the charges are for and they say NO. They then get the supervisor who came straight from the gates of hell to ruin my day even more. She was cussing screaming and hissing at us. What a lady… THEN.. I get my car back and they start laughing. What is funny? My daughter’s empty christmas tree? RUDE. UNGOLDLY. DO NOT COME HERE.
Money making scam. I am a resident of my community. You can clearly see my sticker. Just because I am not parked on my driveway and my sticker color is not blue, I get booted. A warning would be great. Thats the right thing to do because they can clearly see I am a resident. But its all about MONEY!!!!!!

If a customer calls AND it’s after hours - on the initial phone call, let them know it’s after hours! And tell them it would take at least an hour someone to release the car - OR, tell them they can come tomorrow during normal business hours, without any wait!
Lastly - when informing the customer they can pay with card or cash - on the initial phone call, let them know there is a fee associated to using the credit card!
Simple, basic, customer service skills - provide all the details to the customer on the initial phone call, to avoid confusion and multiple phone calls - saving both people time/energy.

This company does not even deserve one star. Everyone that works at this place is incredible unprofessional and rude from the main boss to the girl with the purple hair it’s mind blowing how they are still in business what a shame that people are so miserable that they feel the need to pass that down to others. Even though I was having a terrible day, I still maintained my cool and tried my best to not let them and their poor manners disturb my inner peace.
The towing truck driver was trying to kill me when I asked to put my car back on the ground! Has to call police! This company must be closed it it hires drivers like this!

RUDE RUDE RUDE. The lady Nikki, who answers the phone is the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever had the displeasure if speaking with. She is unprofessional and has a nasty attitude. I was assisting my friend with getting their car out and it's bad enough a person has to go through this situation but to have a person be that nasty ontop of it. Apparently after the 1st 24hr, they charge a $50 administration fee. Which we were not informed of after I specifically asked how the rate increases if not picked up and she informed us it was not her job to tell us that. Also while I was asking her a question she used that time to say something that I didn't hear and said "well if you stop interrupting me". Absolute WORST experience ever.
Hollywood Location has bad service,very unprofessional, never picked up the phone. Lady at the front with the tattoo under her neck needs to attend a computer class because she took over 10 minutes to get me a receipt print out. She was very slow and managed to not give me back my car registration when I came to pick up my car. Now I have to go back over there to pick it up. Normally I would let that slide but their hours of operation conflict with my work time and they refuse to accommodate me in any way. Also noticed some scratches To my recently purchased vehicle. Is it too much to ask to take care of other people’s property?
