I had a concerning experience with one of your drivers heading west Sunrise Boulevard and turned off on 441 this AM. His erratic and aggressive driving, including tailgating, was alarming and could lead to serious accidents. I spoke with a supervisor named Marc, who said he would look into it. I hope this is taken seriously, as proper training is essential for safety.

The driver was very courteous and professional. He reached out quickly and arrived when he said he would. My car was dropped off at the shop with no incident. Would definitely use them again. (This was a free service through a road side assistance program)

I never thought I’d be writing something like this, but after what happened to me and my family, I feel a responsibility to share our story so others can protect themselves.
We had just moved to Florida and were staying at a local hotel while searching for a long-term home. I parked in front of our hotel room temporarily while unloading with my girlfriend and 3-year-old daughter. A man from M23 Towing approached, claimed to work with the hotel, and told me I could park there briefly. He then offered me an under-the-table parking deal for 100 dollars a week, which was cheaper than what the hotel charged. I didn’t agree to anything but appreciated the gesture, especially after he told me I could leave the car there for now and decide later.
The next day, our car was gone.
No warning. No notice. No call. Just vanished.
I later saw the same driver who acted surprised and blamed another employee. I offered to pay the 100 dollars he initially mentioned if that could help recover the car quickly. His tone changed. Suddenly, I was being accused of disrespect. I realized then that I had been misled, and the whole interaction the day before was likely a setup.
Later that night, around 8 PM, we contacted M23 to get the car back. I made it clear we needed urgent access because the car held important medical supplies. He told me he was on the way and would arrive in 25 minutes. That never happened. I called again over an hour later. He pushed the time back another 30 minutes.
Under Florida law, if a towing company offers 24 hour service, they are required to release the vehicle within one hour of payment request. I reminded him of that and mentioned we were entitled to access our personal property. His response was to hang up and send a message telling me I should govern myself accordingly. He claimed he was doing me a favor by even responding.
Only when police got involved did he finally show up and release the vehicle. I was then notified by my car’s alert system that a collision had been detected. Upon inspection, I noticed physical damage. I reported it to the officer on site, who said I would have to take it to court.
As if that wasn’t enough, the same individual returned to our hotel two nights later around 11 PM, wearing a full ski mask, blasting music, and filming our room. My girlfriend was terrified. We had to call the police again. The man returned a second time, filmed our room again, and described us over the phone while pacing outside.
This was more than just a bad towing experience. This was intimidation. This was harassment. And it made us feel unsafe in a place that was supposed to be temporary shelter.
This is not a revenge review. I’m not angry. I’m just sharing the truth. I swear on the well-being of my daughter and my family that this happened exactly as described. I gave the business time to make it right before writing this. They never responded. They never apologized. They acted like it was just another day.
To anyone reading this, please think twice before doing business with M23 Towing. And to any hotels or companies considering working with them, know the kind of service they actually provide. I hope no other family has to go through what we went through.
I got stuck on the highway & my car wouldn’t start. I called around 10 different tow companies and most of them didn’t answer. The ones who did answer were clearly trying to over charge me. And one company even told me it would be over an hour until someone can come for me.
West got to me within 30 minutes and was super helpful and very kind. Thanks again!

West is AMAZING. I was broken down with a dead battery and he saved me and my auntie’s which are senior citizens. It was HOT & about to Rain but Wes came to our rescue. He was very professional, efficient, and informative. If you need towing or auto repair, I would HIGHLY recommend.

M23 was amazing! Showed up earlier than the estimated time. Was quick, professional, and was able to problem solve issues that popped up while hooking up my car. All while in the rain! This company is awesome and I’d recommend them to anyone.
My Jeep broke down and needed to be towed into the service shop. When he arrived, he greeted me with a smile, asked what the problem was and went right to work getting it ready for towing. Because of the problem with the wheels he had to use rollers in order for this to work. There was no agitation whatsoever. I hope I never need this type of service again but if I do, I most definitely will call M23 Towing.
