Shakeila was amazing I was on my way to work had scrubs on and didn’t have a clue what I was doing getting ready to dirty my work clothes up, and she stepped in immediately and assisted me with getting Oil into my car as a woman who knows nothing about cars. I was getting ready to pour it into the windshield fluid area. She saved me. She was very kind and helpful. Gives the location a very good look.

i came in today and my brakes were really bad . Came here to replace a battery and Shakelia was a big willing help even though she was swamped with work already. The manager was just there not even doing anything and passing all the work to her but she still was willing to help with a great attitude.
i went to this location, grabbed some parts just to find out they were the wrong parts half way through taking my car apart. then i go and return the part and tell one of the workers im here to exchange for the correct part since they gave me the wrong, but the worker didnt want autozone to take blame for giving me the wrong part so he kept saying it wasnt their fault because of some sorry manufacture reason. yall gave me the part! it aint my fault, i didnt choose it. but the sorry autozone worker didnt want to take blame that someone in autozone gave me the wrong part. so he returned me my money and made me go elsewhere. thats fine. i didnt wanna spend my money where some incompetent person couldnt ask me more thorough questions in order to get the right part. trash way to deal with the issue. for the most part a solid autozone, but the guy sorry worker made this situation way worse than what it needed to be. if only i got his name.

Jerry totally saved me tonight. Why doesn’t he run the whole place???!!! Everywhere I called said they won’t change the battery after dark, but when he saw how desperate I was he was very willing to help me out! If he didn’t do it I was gonna have to rely on my ex….so thank you GOD for Jerry!!! I’d be helpless without his help. And somehow, some way - the battery was cheaper than what I got over the phone! GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME! & I hope he blesses Jerry tonight!!
Shakeliat took care of me today as soon as I was in line. I told her I needed to check my battery. She got her battery checking machine right away and checked my battery, it was bad. So she got me a new battery right away and installed it super quickly. She is super nice, professional and efficient. Y’all are lucky to have her. Hope y’all are paying her well because she definitely deserves it!
