Jerry went absolutely above and beyond to help me today when I came into AutoZone. Everywhere I called said they won’t change the battery after dark, but when he saw how desperate I was he was very willing to help me out! If he didn’t do it I was gonna have to rely on my ex….so thank you GOD for Jerry!!! I’d be helpless without his help. And somehow, some way - the battery was cheaper than what I got over the phone! I purchased a product that didn't work for my vehicle. Xavier, the assistant manager was very professional and truly grea. He refunded the purchase cost without argument. This store was very busy, but the staff was taking care of business.
Jerry help me pick out my windshield wipers and install them in 2minutes. Had more questions about different things for my car. He knew what he was talking about and told me what to buy to fix a couple problems. He also recommended some go products for my car that I never heard of. Ever go in this location ask for Jerry he will get you right
Shakeliat took care of me today as soon as I was in line. I told her I needed to check my battery. She got her battery checking machine right away and checked my battery, it was bad. So she got me a new battery right away and installed it super quickly. She is super nice, professional and efficient. Y’all are lucky to have her. Hope y’all are paying her well because she definitely deserves it!
Let me tell you every time I go to this location I can look forward to Great satisfaction and service all the workers are attentive but Brandon Semoy tall guy has such a great personality and is very warm and gets the job done every time thanks again Brandon look forward to getting help again when needed !!

I was in the store Saturday 8/23 to purchase a battery and also get it installed My customer care was Omar. Omar was extremely helpful and went Above and Beyond installing my battery.It must have been at least a 100 degrees outside but this did not stop Omar. He was kind attentive and made sure that the battery was installed properly. Omar deserves 10 stars for putting customers first. My only suggestion would be to install a covered area to shade employees from the Elements. Thank you for all you help OMAR

Had an amazing with Autozone battery installation. Brandon was awesome he helped me pick the right battery for my car and installed for me, it took over an hour ! He was so patient and kind.
Shakelia was PHENOMINAL. From the moment she greeted me to assisting me with my issue, plus helping me with a minor issue I didn’t realize. Knowledgeable on her craft and performed up to par.
Shakelia was so quick precise and friendly. What an amazing person and worker. She helped me test my battery and get me all set up though i had no idea how. She walked me through the process and definitely built a good foundation where as next time I’ll want to ask for her help if i need it again.
My truck needed A new tire and battery. I went to Rick case Hyundai and the charge for a new battery as well as a new tire was outrageous so I went to AutoZone which I generally go to a lot because they’re great guys. Willie, check my battery and showed me which one to buy and even gave me a discount. Tyler installed the battery for free. Will it then told me about tire hut and that that would be a great place to get a tire I saved over $150 going there as opposed to Rick Case Hyundai. You can’t go wrong going to AutoZone those guys are great. They’re honest and they’re very reasonable with their prices! Thank you Willie thank you Tyler for your great customer service!
