Jerry went absolutely above and beyond to help me today when I came into AutoZone. I purchased a product that didn't work for my vehicle. Xavier, the assistant manager was very professional and truly grea. He refunded the purchase cost without argument. This store was very busy, but the staff was taking care of business.
Jerry help me pick out my windshield wipers and install them in 2minutes. Had more questions about different things for my car. He knew what he was talking about and told me what to buy to fix a couple problems. He also recommended some go products for my car that I never heard of. Shakeliat took care of me today as soon as I was in line. I told her I needed to check my battery. She got her battery checking machine right away and checked my battery, it was bad. So she got me a new battery right away and installed it super quickly. She is super nice, professional and efficient. Y’all are lucky to have her. Hope y’all are paying her well because she definitely deserves it!

Had an amazing with Autozone battery installation. Brandon was awesome he helped me pick the right battery for my car and installed for me, it took over an hour ! He was so patient and kind.
