I received excellent service from the owner all the way to the staff. You honestly couldn't tell who was in charge but they all worked together to help me with my battery. They honored my warranty without problem and then helped me put it in

I visited Battery Express on Friday November 14th. From the moment I got there I received nothing shy of outstanding customer service! The techs were extremely knowledgeable, patient and very kind. They assisted me with testing my battery, confirming that I needed a replacement and providing me with the best options for my issue all without having to step foot out of my car. Unfortunately the size battery I needed in the price point I needed at the time was out of stock. I politely asked the tech to put my old battery back in my car because I didn’t have the funds. He said to me “No we can’t do you like that” asked me to hold on for a moment next thing I know the owner is at my window. It’s moments like this that shows me how real God is. I don’t believe in telling anyone’s prices for them but He made the decision to work with me with what I had at the moment. Not to mention I got a top of the line battery with a warranty too!. I’ve been swerving and bending corners since! What he didn’t know is that I had spent almost everything I had getting my car back on the road just 2 days prior after it had been sitting since June. Before going there I scraped up every dollar I could and prayed it was enough . I am beyond thankful for the Staff and owner from the techs that work on the cars to the Receptionist who was so kind and respectful. I am most definitely a loyal customer moving forward! If you want a worry free,genuine experience, give them a try! You will not regret it!!
Excellent service, honest pricing, timely delivery - good experience. Got a 5 year warranty - watch out for some of these battery delivery people - they try to stick you with a 12 or 18 month warranty for the same price as reputable battery installers like these guys.

Marines and batteries ... I never knew those words were meant to be in the same sentence until I met Jay and his family 2 days ago while having a battery issue. From the moment I contacted this business, the experience was perfectly solid. His daughter answered the phone and my questions with ease. I arrived with my vehicle in tow... Jay and another Marine got busy on the issue within minutes. Not only did they fix the issue of my missing terminal and complete a complicated install, they showed me how to deal with the issue in the future. Service, Speed, Low Cost and Future Preparation.... unheard of in many businesses today. You'd be a fool not to go to this business and utilize their services. Battery Express ***** Soon as I got to work and tried to start my car. I realized my battery had died. I called Battery Express to inquire about a battery because I had heard nothing but good things about the company.Even though I contacted Battery Express, I didn’t know how I was going to get the battery or get it installed since I worked in West Palm Beach. However, low and behold, on Mr. Joyner’s way to work (CEO Battery Express) in Broward county, he stopped by my job ready and equipped, and placed a new battery in my car. Now you talking good customer service. This business deserves 5 stars.
Great local company. Had a dead battery this morning went to Discount Auto and the lady was less than friendly and difficult to deal with then after I was ready to purchase told me she couldn’t swap it since she was alone, should have led with that. Called Battery Express and they had me in and out in 20 min. Earned my business and would rather support a local shop vs. big corporate chain.
Great service and great products, the employees are very friendly and kid friendly too. I was referred to them and the best decision I ever made. The wait wasn’t too bad especially the fact the other customers were friendly also. It’s hard to find a place where you are treated like a person and not a number. Keep up the good work and I can’t wait for the remodel. Very grateful for this new find.

Hi, I just wanted to say that I went to battery express because my food truck Big L.A. got the munchies had a problem with the batteries and they said that they can put the batteries in and I went there almost the day before Christmas and they were very very nice to us. They helped us in every way possible. It’s very difficult to find a decent battery place that doesn’t overcharge or run you through the mail. The woman I assume was the owner or cashier was extremely nice pleasant and very knowledgeable. I just wanted to tell anybody that if you’re stuck, and you don’t have any place to go and you don’t know who to trust , these guys got it and they will help you. Thank you battery express for putting Big L.A. got the munchies back on the road. !
Battery Express is amazing! I appreciate their service they’re extremely reliable and have great service. Eriel was so helpful and polite and the guy’s who replaced my battery did an excellent job! This is the place to come too if you ever have any car issues that needs to be resolved.
09/08/23- This was my very first experience with Battery Express and it was top notch service from the young lady that answered the phone who was very pleasant and helpful. She doubled checked the cost and informed me of my total. “Jay” (serviceman) arrived at my home and was so respectful and pleasant, he was the epitome of a true professional. I went inside to get my card and when I returned he had totally installed the battery in no time at all and checked it to make sure everything was good and I was percent pleased. You couldn’t ask for better service!! I also complemented the young lady who received my payment over the phone and I also informed her how great a job “Jay” did. I showed him how much I appreciated his help and service and then he was on his way. Battery came with a 2yr warranty. In need of battery service?? YOU NEED “BATTERY EXPRESS”
The service is incredible and the prices are even better! Their new batteries are half the price of anybody in town and they install it for you in about five minutes… I have been there three times with three different vehicles and it’s always the same story. Great service great price.!
I went here this morning after realizing my battery was going bad on me. I was helped by EJ and he was one of the most polite and respectful workers I have been serviced by AND he knew his stuff. Service and installation was quick. Great service, great people. I would recommend this business to all my friends and family.
I don't usually write reviews. But I took the time with these guys because they are truly amazing. They have really competitive prices. Their staff is friendly and attentive, You will get your battery changed in less than 10 minutes. I even called because they were about to close and waited for me to replace my battery. Excellent customer service. 100% recommended.
I am very impressed with the service I received last week. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. I purchased a new battery with a 3 year warranty at a very affordable rate. The owner also blessed me with a mask to utilize during these trying times with Covid 19.I recommend this company to any and everyone.
When I use to work at a online dealership in Fort Lauderdale. The owner the guy with the white basebal cap in the picture. Used to come by with his white truck delivering batteries. Their prices were always fair. The batteries were good quality. He always talked to me with respect and their service was always professional. I'm really glad to see this business is doing good. I highly recommend them.
Excellent service! They kindly waited for me to get my car from the place it was stuck in, and then still installed my battery slightly after their closing time. I was and am still so grateful. Very affordable and great quality service:)
