Mike and his team are amazing. My body repair shop recommended them right away and from Mike answered the phone I realized we were dealing with a professional company. It was reinforced when the driver Francis called to confirm the pickup time for the damaged vehicle and when he got there. He made sure I was able to see that the vehicle was secured and called to say he had dropped off the vehicle at the body shop, which was confirmed a little after by my body repair guy Pablo.
With this level of service one would think you'd pay an arm and a leg, totally opposite! Their charge was so reasonable and I was not left feeling that I was taken advantage of like the towing company at the accident scene. Wish I knew about Mike and his company at that time but they're definitely my go to tow guys when next needed for myself, friends and if family ask.
Great experience with Mike! First of, out of all the towing companies in the area he was the only one who didn't say no. I was kind of scared since he asked me to pay upfront in order to get to were the trailer was located, but that is not a problem since his a man of trust and very professional. I fully recommend Mike for your towing needs. Very polite, professional, Fair price, and very punctual.
A Touch of Class was a Class Act! The nicest, most professional towing service I have ever experienced. I will never use anyone else as long as I live in FL. His truck was in pristine condition and he knew his stuff! My car got swamped in the historic 2023 Fort Lauderdale flood and he knew to pull plugs 8n the under carriage to let it drain and many other details. I felt my beautiful Audi Q7 was in safe hands!
I needed a tow For my Ford escape, called A Touch of Class Towing and was told they would send someone out in 20 minutes. The tow truck driver arrived in only 12 minutes! The driver, named Francis, was friendly, professional, and quick to get me and my car home safely. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time with AAA or any other
tow truck company. Initially I called AAA and was told they would arrive in 2 hours, however., I waited for nearly 5 hours, and when I called them and asked to speak to a supervisor, they hung up on me.Thank God I found a Touch of Towing.
Had called Michael to schedule a tow of my classic corvette. He was so pleasant to speak to and gave me a great price and told me his driver would be at my home between 8-9am. If you ever used a towing company before you know they will tell you anything but this company was right on point !! Driver was here before 9am very professional and super friendly. He took great care of my car as to not damage it which I loved. So if your looking for a good towing company this is the on !!

I had a great experience with this tow service. The Tower was a respectful man. He was warm and approachable. He pulled my 98 Ford Explorer out of a ditch. He got the job done. He got along with my kids too. He said he would get to me in 30 minutes and that is what it was. Thank you touch of class towing.
I called every tow company I could find and no one was able to tow a 24 foot box truck until I found A Touch of Class. First off, the price was super reasonable, secondly the customer service and communication throughout the whole experience was phenomenal. We were not able to meet up in person with the tow truck driver, however, they facilitated everything for us! Amazing company, I highly recommend them!!!

The best experience out there, I called another company early Monday morning and got a very rude and unprofessional company. A touch of class really does go above and beyond to do a excellent and professional job.
I called to tow my car from my house in Tamarac to the dealership in Weston. They were super nice on the phone, very helpful and efficient. The driver called me within 5 minutes of scheduling the tow and would be at my house in 10 minutes! I was on my way to my house and did not expect it so soon (I’ve always waited up to an hour, 45 minutes minimum, for a tow truck to arrive), but that was not a problem.
The driver was so nice, said to call him when I’m ready and he would be on the way. Most definitely, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a towing company.
I had a lot of trouble with the tow companies recommended by my dealership. Other companies could not give me a set price since I would be paying cash, despite a flat fee for customers paying with card. I’m glad I looked elsewhere because I will be calling this company going forward.

Driver was nice but prices were ridiculous. $100 to hook up any motorcycle without driving it 1 mile. No mileage included. Every mile is five dollars. Charged $175 to take my motorcycle 20 miles. Then I paid cash. Got no receipt for my money. Got no paperwork saying they’re driving away with my motorcycle. Not impressed won’t use again.
I remember the great service I got from those guys when I was moving from New York to South Florida. During that first two years they brought down for me 6 vehicles with great satisfaction. Now I need to bring down a 4000 watts Generator that I still have in NY, let see if they could help me out.

They are very honest and on time service.
These people are the worst. They don't even bother to call your Roadside Asst. to notify if there has been any issues or confirm pick up or drop off of your car!!! They lie and say they didn't have the correct # for the client. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE! Save yourself the frustration.
