If it wasn't for the manager Mr. Rimsky I would have never been able to get the part I needed inoder to get my car fixed. He was very professional and also generous while assisting me. I'm glad I came to this Puck your part facility to get my car part. I've also have shared my experience here with my friends and family and they to will also make this facility their #1 place to look for their car parts in the near future. Once more; Thank you Mr. Rimsky for your assistance and generosity

Horrible customer service. Returned the very same alternator next day. And told me it wasn’t the one and I wouldn’t get refund when I paid for warranty . On camera same individual who marked it for warranty was the same one to reject my return with receipt and all. Be careful

It's okay staff is helpful but they need more people to help out or the long wait time is too much

Be extra careful when it's time to pay. They add on different charges including warranty charges without asking & without one agreeing.

UPDATE OCT-1/24 i’m recognizing that LKQ was able to understand it’s consumers and was able to lower their prices to what it used to be before but with an extra 15% or a little bit more which is fair game to how this economy is. As a repetitive customer I wanted to thank you for taking your time and considering your customers and bring back affordable prices. I will keep shopping here doesn’t matter if I still have to drive from Homestead to this location. This junkyard, used to be a fantastic place to go get the parts you need for a cheap price, but unfortunately not anymore. Price for second hand parts are almost the same as new ones. They have now implemented a system were it calculates the cost of major body parts of the car. For example, a bumper used to be $50 regardless of the year make and model. Now the system will calculate the price based on the year of the car and the model, I checked for mine and now the bumper is $195… an engine?!? Buy somewhere else, never have I ever seen a 6.2 gas engine go for $2000 at this location until i went this last time, it used to be $600 if im not mistaken. Staying competitive with prices was the key to this junkyard, coming from a guy that goes from homestead to FT Lauderdale to buy the parts. It doesn’t make sense to pay higher prices for parts and entrance, then go to the hassle to pull out the part yourself when you can go to other junkyards where you pay for the part and they will pull it from you for around the same price. New owner should take this into consideration, lower prices = more business.

The worst place you could go they try to charge you like is a brand new part. The part could be old scratch and parts be broken and they still charge you like if is a brand new part. You better off buying new part from the auto part store

Used to be great, the parts cost is ridiculous now even when opt out for warranty. The crazy increase in prices should be boycotted in my opinion. Not to forget the crazy rude staff and a lot more laziness with their photo (and now video) post of the vehicles.

I spent a lot of time go throughout the yard to look for specific cars, took time to get the parts. I didn't need to spend more money on warranty fees, they didn't tell me that I have to pay warranty fees for parts, just took my money like thieves. Other places tell customers if they wanted warranty or not, because they respect their customers wishes. This place didn't care, they are thieves.

This place used to be great! Sadly since they closed the one in miami, this one has been the go to for every shade tree people of south Florida! Between being over crowded, having no available parts(scalpers going for every current model motors) and parts being expensive, compared prices to ebay!! Its sad what this place turned into..

This place was great but no new ownership terrible Nobody respects Wiring they cut it they cut lines they hack everything this place is going to fall real hard there’s no profit from something that’s already broken. That was not the staff here is amazing but nobody respects anything. Come people stop cutting things.

I been coming here for 20 yrs. Its great. Its like a candy store I love it. Prices are ok. They will charge you little thing and won't take a cent less then what they want. I was .85 cents short and they wouldn't budge. Then when I got the extra dollar the guy shorted me my change. Then he gave me an attitude when asked him for it. The WPB is a better choice but it's to far away.

I went to buy parts for my car: headlight housing, floor mats, and a reservoir for the windshield wiper fluid and after checking out, I was charged an additional $40.00. After looking at the receipt, these charges were the 90-day guarantee, which I was never informed of since this was my first time at this junkyard. I contacted the customer service and they never responded to my email, and when I call, it is automated. If I lived closer I would have taken all of the parts back because there is no point to have a "90-day guarantee" for plastic housing. All I can say is if you go to this junkyard, make sure you double check the receipt for these extra unwanted charges and don't rely on the customer service as they are a joke and will not respond.

Not only is this place a disorganized mess, the genius behind the counter marked the outwards facing portion of the interior trim that I had just spent 2 hours looking for. I will NEVER waste my time at this place again. It used to be good a few years ago, I don't know if they got new management or what. You're better off going to the one in West Palm...

Outstanding. You walk in, you pay your $3 cash or credit card, and you walk up and down the aisles like a flea market. You bring your own tools and you take whatever Parts you need. For example $120 for rear door on a car. You can check the inventory for free before even deciding to walk in. They're open 7 days a week 9 - 5. It's like a kid in a candy store.

Their price for a used part which has no warranty are insane, example they quoted me $18.00 for a used coil. So $18 x 4 x tax 7% plus some other fee that they charge and a $3 entrance fee was going to cost approximately $85.00 for 4 used coils!! Don't waste your time, go to Amazon and get some brand new after market coils for $56.00 and they have warranty and free returns. You don't have to waste time as most of their vehicles are totally stripped by the time you get there, don't have to get dirty and have peace of mind.

At the entrance they give you a location of relevant cars which are very accurate. If you can find your part, you remove it yourself and pay at the exit. Great way to find original parts.

Lots of parts just some at time no carts to bring part back and no one to attend the yard for support

I will allow one star because they do at least have antiques that have not been crushed out to get parts! However.. The cars are not clustered in any useful way and they charged three times as much entry fee as other yards i have visited and then when the part was no good they missed giving me my last dollar back! They did this by charging $8.22 but only giving me change for $9 (for an *antenna*? He called that "cheap"!) and then when I returned it they only gave me $8 but I'm in such a hurry with such a mob I just wanted to get out of the insanity. The parking is completely nuts with people crusing the lot in figure 8s until in desperation parking up on the grass and in the driving Lanes which explains why their prices are so ridiculous because there's so much demand! This really feels like a scene out of an apocalyptic movie.

Almost got trapped inside, they should have a sign out process just like they have a sign in process to know if people are still inside or not. A bit disappointed that there was only one 04-05 Subaru WRX, and that it was already almost completely parted out. Other than that I'd say the prices are reasonable and they even offer a military discount which is awesome.

I actually went to M&L automotive used parts.A business owned by Joey , his wife Linda and son Michael. They owned it for nearly five decades and finally decided to sell it..it was my pleasure working with them for such a little time even though I have known them for more than 30 years.

complete lack of respect for customer no parking ever the prices are high in this year 2021 ebay and online offers are just better warranty for 90 days really??? if the part don’t work takes no less than 7 days to return part m

Very nice place to get your own parts with an ample selection. If they don’t have it, sign up for email notifications and they let you know when the car you want arrives at the location. A word of warning and why I give it 4 stars is to watch your receipt because the cashiers may add items such as extended warranty without telling you!

This is the most cleanest and most organized junkyard I've ever seen! Great variety. Unlike other used parts, here, you have 30 days for returns. Oscar, at the front desk, is cool and very knowledgeable. He provided great advice for my Jeep cluster. Miami shops have NOTHING on this one! I'll definitely be returning!

This place is incredibly organized! My father and I received help to find the car we were looking for and we were well on our way. They provide a map that is easy to read and navigate the layout. The checkout process is simple and easy. They also provide hand washing stations and wheel barrels. Best to being a variety of your own tools, flashlight, gloves, comfortable shoes, rags, bug spray & wear a hat for sunny days!

We have been doing business with them for years. Love the prices and the inventory. All around awesome place to get parts! Very cheap for entry I believe it’s two or three dollars and their website makes it very easy to find what your looking for. It will show you pictures of the particular vehicle and even what tow it’s in.

Lots of cars, basically it's early bird gets the worm, they do put good cars out that aren't to smashed up but if your not the first there all the good parts are gone, seems fair to me tho, great variety for cars 2010 below I would say fair prices as well. their new app helps a ton, can tell you when the car your looking for is in the yard with the pictures and it's location. Their new store in the front is beautiful as well with everything you can imagine

Nice place to pick and pull your own car parts. I spent a nice day here.

Overall you can find what your looking for as long as the car isn't totaled like I found out once getting there. Before the "time" change the place closed at 6 and that was respected until today. The closing time has changed to 5 and they closed at 4:30! The cashier Ive experienced in the past was respectful but again today I encountered Pam and as one poster posted she is very rude. She took the entry fee mumbled something about gate closing in 8 mins but had till 5 to finish took my money and about 5 minutes later was screaming over the intercom about the gate being closed and that we needed to leave. Then two minutes later was screaming again to get out! I went to speak to the "manager" and his claim is they've always closed the gates 30 minutes ahead and before the time change it was 5:30 and that in the seven years that's how it's always been. He didn't even address how rude his employee is. A gate and the yard is two separate things. Taking people money knowing they won't have any time to do anything is called STEALING. Closing at 4:30 when your advertised to close at 5 is called LYING. Losing my business may not affect them overall but that's exactly what they've lost. Regardless of what type of business it may be you should respect your customers.

I had a fabulous first time experience! I found my same car, it had the part I needed, I went and grabbed my tools and proceeded to take the part out when a nice guy took it out for me. The part online was normally $80 but only $8 here. They do have wheelbarrows you can use.

The car selection is great! They only have one cashier since the new owners took over to check you out. The other cashier takes your $2.00 to get in. I have been their 5 time in last 2 weeks the lies are 10 to 15 people deep and moves very slow. My advice to the owners: If you only have one cashier taking money for parts and one for money let the people come in for FREE! So you will then have 2 people cashing people out! If time is an issue don't come here! There are plenty of other yards around the corner, its too dang hot to be standing in the sun!!! The staff is friendly!
