Kim is the absolute best. I bought a car at auction from another state and didn’t have some paperwork she needed. She called them on the spot and told them what she needed from them. I didn’t think I would be able to get the plate next day since my package wasn’t complete but Kim had it ready for me. She went herself that next day to get the plate for me even tho they sent her everything late. They have officially earned a lifelong customer because of the way Kim went above and beyond.
Highly recommend Auto Tags and Titles of South Florida! I came in right at closing time to surrender my tag, and Bwayne still took me in and helped me without hesitation. I was able to walk right in, the process was quick and smooth, and the service was extremely professional.

Kim and Anna are incredible. This dynamic duo should be role models for how to advocate for people with DMV needs. Their combined knowledge, compassion and determination is admirable. I went there to transfer title for a company to company vehicle sale and for tags. We had very negative experiences with the local dmv and another dmv 4 hours away. We were basically told it was not going to happen. Everything that seemed so simple had turned hopeless. If you want to skip the hassle of having to deal with the DMV and want a more relaxed personable experience with a staff that will work together to effectively resolve your situation , this is the place. Anna and Kim thank you so much for pulling thru. This is not my first rodeo with you guys so although grateful I’m not surprised. These ladies will make it happen. AMAZING SERVICE!!! I was referred to Auto Tags and Titles of South Florida by a friend for a title transfer and new tags for a car that I just purchased. I was greeted by Kim, who not only processed my paperwork. Kim located a previous tag that I had from a vehicle back in 2022 and was able to transfer that tag to the new vehicle. She went on to help me update my address on the DMV website. The whole process took less than an hour. She was extremely kind and went above and beyond of what I had experienced with other tag agencies. I had my new tag in less than 24 hours.
