Simply put, Steve was awesome. AAA told me my wait would be 3+ hours, within 30 minutes of talking to Steve my truck was towed to Kovac Automotive of Davie for service. Steve also provided me with valuable advice on how to peruse a reimbursement from AAA for the cost of the tow. I honestly hope I never have to get my trucked towed again, but if I do, I will be calling Steve.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! MY CAR WAS STOLEN IN FEBRUARY, THEY FOUND IT IN AUGUST DIDNT GET NOTICE TILL END IF AUGUST, WENT TO GO SEE IT. KEPT IN TOUCH SAYING THE BANK IS MOST LIKELY GETTING THE CAR. THE BANK TOLD ME THEY WOULDNT GET IT SO I INFORMED THEM I WILL BE GETTING THE CAR JUST TRYING TO SEE HOW MUCH IT IS AND SO FORTH, I CALL TO ASK ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME A CALL BACK AND NEVER DID! I CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER AND ALL OF A SUDDEN MY CAR WAS AUCTIONED OFF!!! HOWW?!! WHY DID I NOT GET TOLD!? SUPPOSEDLY I WAS CALLED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL! JUST STRAIGHT ABUSE! I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE CAR! HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?! I GOT NO NOTICE ABOUT NO 45 DAYS! I DIDNT EVEN HAVE ENOUGH TIME OF NOTICE OF IT SINCE THEY INFORMED ME ABOUT THEM FINDING THE CAR! ALSO DIDNT WANT TI TELL ME HOW THEY FOUND THE CAR NOR WHERE! INSANE HOW THEY DO THAT TO PEOPLE!

I had a very stressful day with towing and car issues and I appreciate Ben went out of his way to make a sucky situation better. He quickly got me scheduled and his tow driver was very fast at hooking my car up and delivering it to the mechanic.

The service was fantastic. AAA said it would be over three hours before they could get a tow truck to pick up my car when I was stranded on the side of the road. I called Sky Towing and spoke to Steve and he had me picked up and towed to a mechanic within 30 minutes. Steve was very professional, efficient and friendly. They will be my first call from now on.

If i could leave zero stars I would.horrible customer service and they doubled charged my card and when I called them about it they made it seem like I was crazy. All I know was that my card was charged twice by their company and they refused to acknowledge it so I had to go through my bank and do charge back because this company wanted to steal my hard earned money that he said was chump change and I should not be making such a big deal about it.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They were very helpful with the towing of my daughters car. A pleasure to work with.

My car had broken down just after I purchased it, and I needed to get it towed to my mechanic a few cities over. Steve arrived sooner than expected, and made sure to take great care of my car! Though we were having a bad day, he made light of the situation and put smiles on our faces. Very professional, hospitable, and quick!

We had a crash on the Turnpike. Our insurance sent out a tow truck covered by our policy, but they said it'd take about 2 hours for it to arrive. While we were waiting (safely off the roadway) the highway patrol showed up, and said his truck was on the way to take our car to an impound lot (which is typically very expensive.) He agreed, however, that whichever truck arrived first could take the car. A quick internet search showed Sky Towing was the closest tow company to us, and within minutes of calling them, the truck was on the scene to save us from the ridiculous impound fees! They towed our car to our preferred mechanic, and sent us a nice confirmation photo of the car once delivered.

Definitely call Sky Towing for any of your car needs!! Simon was incredibly helpful and very communicative, he made it a seemless experience and even helped me when I found out my car was worth less $$$ without the catalytic converter. He gave me cash on the spot and took care of towing the car! Thank you again Simon, you were a pleasure!! 100% recommend to anyone looking to sell their junk car!

SCAMMERS took my card and charged it twice and when I called to ask about the transaction the guy told me every excuse in the book was very defensive about it. I asked for a manager he left me with 3 different numbers and ended up just saying he was the owner on top of being very rude on top of everything an over 0/10 experience

Steve was amazing and friendly! We had a tire blow on the way home from airport on 595w and Steve was there within 30 minutes. He was fast, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend these guys they are honest and QUICK!

I was stuck with my car on the freeway in the middle of the night. I called Sky Towing and less than 15 minutes the driver arrive. He loaded my vehicle less than five minutes and took me home safety. I highly recommend this company.
