Very unpleasant experience. Only thing i gotta say is that they reach my location very quickly. HOWEVER…. They gave me an estimate of $200 for my towing I said ok. The guy came (treated my pick up truck very gently to be honest), towed my car and brought it to my mechanic (it was a 12 mile ride). When we got to the destination he sent me an invoice for $440. I call the owner and he very rudely told me that if special equipment was needed that’s the price. No special equipment was used other than the chains, he told me that the $200 was an estimate but I find it very crazy to jump from $200 to $440. Not only that, he yelled it at me and told me that they stand behind whatever the driver decides to charge. Right after he just hung up on me. That’s not the way to treat customers, the service probably is worth for the price but customers deserve to be told what to expect to have a chance to refuse or give them their business. Very upsetting to see how people conduct their business specially since it’s an emergency service lying to people in such nasty way

Ben was very responsive and tow truck drive (did not get his name) came prompt. Did not have to wait long. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars, they ( the tow truck driver and ben ) gave me push back for paying with a credit card. Only wanted Zelle, Cashapp or Debit cards. Understandable, if you want to be a cash only business but please have that written on your website or its something you say upfront when you receive a call. That way your not wasting time and can contact another services. Ben was able to accommodate the use of a credit card. Other than that great service.
This was the simplest transaction ever-all things in life should be this easy! Ben arrived on time, negotiated fairly and within 20 minutes the tow truck was here to take my Mercedes away. I'm making sure to keep Ben's number handy as he had become my "go to" guy for all things cars! You should call him!
