Affordable towing! I needed a car towed, and though they did not have drivers available at the time, they did their best to get to me as quickly as possible. They kept me updated throughout the wait. Very courteous!
The owner is a jerk! Says he knows the law but then puts someone else on the phone to recite it. Tells me he has a contract with my community when he does not. Tells me the highest he can charge to lower a vehicle is half the posted amount once it’s been lifted. The full price is $175 and he charged us $100, $13.50 more than allowed. He also said we have to ask for a receipt when the law says one has to be provided. It also says they have to accept three forms of payment, credit, debit or cash. His driver demanded cash! Tow truck companies and their employees are the scum of the earth and their lack of professionalism, courtesy and fairness is what makes them that way! Avoid Sky Towing at all costs!
This is a top notch company. I didn’t get a name but the gentleman that came out to Conviva today to help one of our patients, a veteran, to tow his car that wouldn’t start. He went above and beyond by allowing him to ride along and stop by the bank on the way to his home! Nobody has customer service like this! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Very unpleasant experience. Only thing i gotta say is that they reach my location very quickly. HOWEVER…. They gave me an estimate of $200 for my towing I said ok. The guy came (treated my pick up truck very gently to be honest), towed my car and brought it to my mechanic (it was a 12 mile ride). When we got to the destination he sent me an invoice for $440. I call the owner and he very rudely told me that if special equipment was needed that’s the price. No special equipment was used other than the chains, he told me that the $200 was an estimate but I find it very crazy to jump from $200 to $440. Not only that, he yelled it at me and told me that they stand behind whatever the driver decides to charge. Right after he just hung up on me. That’s not the way to treat customers, the service probably is worth for the price but customers deserve to be told what to expect to have a chance to refuse or give them their business. Very upsetting to see how people conduct their business specially since it’s an emergency service lying to people in such nasty way

This was the simplest transaction ever-all things in life should be this easy! Ben arrived on time, negotiated fairly and within 20 minutes the tow truck was here to take my Mercedes away. Anthony the driver has Great service i was stuck on i75 coming from naples on mile marker 35 and they got to me in less than 40 min got the car loaded and ready to go in less than 10 min and the car got home safe and in perfect condition..! And best of all great affordable prices!!!!
