The owner David, a soft-spoken gentlemen, explained to me the procedures, answered all my questions, he really let me getting out from my frustration. The procedure went through so smoothly. He arrived on time to pick up the car, we signed the paperwork and he gave me cash. I gave him the car title, he said its was a color copy, I insisted this was the original one I received more than 10 years ago.
