google me dakidkrazy entrepreneur google partner and rapper they lost me as a customer fasho i bought a 70 battery from them yesterday the battery gave out on me a week after using so ima give them but the guy told me to bring the battery back to get $17 did not mention me needing the receipt so i bring battery next day and the other guys says i need a receipt mind you this is the same guy that sold me the battery he tells me he cant do nothing without the receipt when i wasnt told to bring a receipt so clearly they dont care about business or developing customer relationship so therefore im going recommend people go elsewhere because obviously they dont care about you once you spend your money its the principle couldnt even offer a solution after i wasted gas coming over there
I just left this place after returning some parts. They used to refund my money to my card within three days. But now they gave me a receipt for something else, and while that receipt would have worked forever, it's only valid for a month. It pissed me off. If they'd told me this before buying, I wouldn't have bought a single thing from them. I'm going to demand my money back, but I advise anyone reading this review not to buy anything from them, since you don't know the condition of the part. I'm absolutely shocked. If I could give them 0 stars, I definitely would.
I'll add another funny incident here: when I was buying these parts, I noticed significant damage to the parts. I usually get a great discount because of this. But when I mentioned this to the salesperson, he laughed at me outright; that's unprofessional. And this has nothing to do with the fact that the company has changed. A week before this incident, I bought some plastic parts for my car, and they had minor damage, so the cashier gave me a discount. But this guy laughed out loud. I think anyone reading this review knows who I'm talking about.
PUT SIGNS UP FOR THINGS. “information “ doesn’t mean everyone must sign in. Looked at the screens for several seconds, looked up and saw that it said “information”. Since I wasn’t looking for any “information” I walked passed it, later to find out that’s actually a sign in by the guy receiving the payment. Imagine the amount of people not realizing what that is, on top of the ones who don’t know English. It’s a waste of time for people and your business. Things will run more smoothly and faster once the proper sign is replaced with “sign in” instead of “information”. You’re welcome.
Some of the prices are kind of ridiculously high in my opinion, and on top of that you have to buy a warranty in order to return something that doesn't work. How do you test a radio? I guess you don't, you have to buy it then wait till you get home to test it, but only if you paid for the right to return it can you return it if there's an issue with it. I mean with what seem to be high prices to me, at least give us a 7 day return policy or something on electronics especially, parts like grilles and dashboards no return policy obviously, but electronics are a gamble especially since these cars sit out for weeks with dozens of people going in and out of them who knows if anything works for sure. I don't like the gamble
Been coming here since 2011 and never seen prices this high. I love this place, but it's becoming not so economic. It's not just due to inflation the prices are higher, but due to a lack of competition. When Mandl was around prices were more reasonable. Now not so much. You might as well go and buy cheap parts from eBay or rock auto. The staff is excellent.
Nice yard, pretty fair prices for the most part, some items on the price list are a bit confusing to understand, since some words are abbreviated and some parts have 2 different price options that's hard to understand which is which until you get to the cash register. I think of you guys added a clickable link on each part on the price list that opens an image of an example of what the part looks like it would clear a lot of confusion, I know experienced mechanics would know exactly how to read the price list but for laymen with moderate car knowledge it can be a bit confusing, but yeah been here a few times as long as you guys keep it as fair as you can I'll be coming back again and again
I don't know what's the others people complaints about these place been coming here for years and still do after the new ownership and never had any bad experience or disappointment at this place. keep up the good work and God bless!!!!!

Honestly, this place makes the whole “pull your own parts” thing way less stressful. Their online inventory is a game changer — I can check if the car I need is actually in the yard before driving over, and the site is super easy to use (not like those clunky ones other places have).
Yard was laid out in a way that made sense, and everything felt pretty organized for a junkyard. Prices are solid, staff is super polite and helpful, and I actually found exactly what I came for without wasting a whole day.
If you’re a DIY person or just trying to save some money, this is hands-down one of the best spots to hit.
Ip wouldn't recommend this place if you want to save money. I paid $140.00 for 4 car pieces. The savings ate not that great when I had to be under the Florida sun looking parts tha may omay not be available. Nah it's not worth it. I rather buy Chinese crap or used parts on ebay or FB market place or look elsewhere. Not to mention there might be snakes there too. Not worth it to me.
Scored!.... got part I needed but I thing cashiers need to be more professional with customers,...they act like they are DMV workers...just left again...parts getting way too expensive...especially batteries...its called a junkyard for a reason, should be more affordable..there was a 7/20, stickee on used batt...62 bucks plus 12 core plus 3 entrance..ridiculous!
This place used to be good. been going here for 10+ years and i dont think im coming back. NO online inventory anymore like when it was ran by LKQ. prices are jacked up, your almost better off buying on amazon or ebay.. its not the same junkyard that i grew up on. its falling apart no pun intended.
How am i suppose to know whats in the junkyard if i cant see your inventory online. cant reach anyone on the phone. its just sad to see it this way.
It's good, and my opinion. I was locked in the doors too, but it was funny at the same time. It is 5:00. They say 4:30. The Cashier leaves at 4:30 to pay for your items.. the extra 30 is for security to browse to make sure everybody is gone or hasn't been locked in.
Stopped in looking for the track motor for my 2018 XT5. Paid my fee to come in and asked Angel If they had parts for my truck. He honest enough to stop me and tell me to check the site first. I I checked and he was correct. He gave me a refund. For me, that's integrity at a salvage yard... unheard of and very welcoming as they are under new ownership. I read the other reviews... not sure who the disgruntled people spoke to but this man did his job.
Your web site and business name don't match, very confusing and I listened to the re ording 4x and still have no idea what your website is. The recording flies through the most important info.. ridiculous
Been going here for almost 30 years. 10+ years ago i would've given a 4 or 5 star review. Today was the last time for me. Watched over the years as;
1) prices went up to way beyond a good value.
2) ALL prices at the cashier are way above what the poorly maintained website lists.
3) the only differentiation between vehicles is trucks and cars. That's it. Used to be sorted by American cars, Japanese cars, European cars and foreign or domestic trucks/ SUVs. So now you have to spend half the day trying to find what you're looking for.
4) employee attitudes went right in the toilet.
Today was the last straw. Went in to return a core to get my $11 back and was told if i wanted to get that i would have to drive to Palm Beach LKQ since the original owner bought the business back and this place is no longer LKQ. I'M DONE, LARRY!! (original/new owner). I doubt you'll actually read this, but your goofy cashier manager was more than willing to lose a loyal decades long customer over not honoring an $11 core refund. You don't have the same advantage you had 20-30 years ago. Customers can get parts cheaper and with less hassle on ebay and other places on the internet. If i do go to a junkyard after today, it will be in Miami or Palm Beach just out of spite. I'm done with upullit.
Very expensive for used parts that I have to pull myself not to mention for some reason I can't return the parts if the parts don't work correctly so it's a gamble if I pull a part and it's not working I'm stuck with the broken part and I got ripped off! and another thing your website is very confusing you get stuck in a loop stuck in the find a junkyard in your location page! Fix it!
20 minutes before closing and your doors were locked. How about updating the posted time so that people are aware of when you lock your doors instead of closing earlier than 4:30 as stated on your doors.
This place is a rip-off. They wanted to charge me $60 for a used aux condenser fan from a 99 vehicle with over 200k miles . I found the same part brand new on Amazon for $75 with a 5-year warranty. They also wanted $65 for a brake booster for the same vehicle, which I could find for $35 online. It's absolutely not worthy. I left all the parts there and walked away.
This place is great. It’s filled with vehicles that once sat on the showroom floor, shiny and new… now on their last leg before being turned into scrap. Bring your tools and a bottle of water.

I spent a considerable amount of time trying to find some injector parts for a 04 E250 and a 05 Ranger.
I did not find everything I was looking for, the autos were not well sorted, finding Chevy next to dodge near Toyota and Mazda. I did find a mirror for the Ranger after seeing the fifth one. Over $20 and it had the finish peeling but at least it was not cracked. Also found an oil fill cap for the Ford E250. It took me 3 hours.
I spent $3 to get in and $36 dollars for just the glass on a side view mirror and oil cap. You have to buy a guarantee for the part, this is required and it ensures your mirror will not turn into a mud flap and your oil cap will not turn into tire.
They would not allow me to take the broken part in with me to verify it was the same, Rangers have two trim levels for that year with different mirrors so an online purchasing is difficult.
It's easier and cheaper to just buy it online.
