Stopped here while traveling. Needed a few parts. great scrap yard with a huge selection. Everyone was polite and respectful. prices are reasonable. If im ever in the area again, i will definitely stop by for more parts.

Staff was excellent and helpful, it was a little muddy but not that bad, I found some parts that were priced fair, 2 parts same price as eBay................ excellent place! just need a happy hour day!!! so i can get some deals!!!!!

Heard old owner are back .10 years ago car and truck .we're in order toyota section nissan .Didn't have to go on safari to find the part or car.

A real down turn in value since LKQ dropped them. The general customer service is terrible, the return policy might work for professional scavengers but if you are trying to fix your car it's a no value and really not worth it. The website is a joke. Too bad, this used to be my go to place and I recommended them for a decade. No more.

Just feel like the time online and the actual time they close need to be updated. Online the time said they close at 5pm and you have to be in before 4:30pm. But when you get there they close at 4:30. I got there at 4:15, if I would have known I wouldn't have went.

Stopped in looking for the track motor for my 2018 XT5. Paid my fee to come in and asked Angel If they had parts for my truck. He was honest enough to stop me and tell me to check the site first. I checked and he was correct. He gave me a refund. For me, that's integrity at a salvage yard... unheard of and very welcoming as they are under new ownership. I read the other reviews... not sure who the disgruntled people spoke to but this man did his job.

Such great help from these guys when it comes to inventory and finding exactly what you need and the prices are great. Anthony, the manager is Awesome and very helpful. Great place to find your used parts for sure.

There’s nothing like good service. I love you pull it so much. I’m gonna go there every time I need something for my vehicle to be able to find everything you need whether it’s one vehicle that has it all or from multiple vehicles you pull it is top tier in my book when it comes to having the things you need PS Damien upfront and service is a gem. Definitely look for him.

As of November 2025, they have been under new ownership for a few months now. I used to like the previous management but this people seem to be doing a good job. The thing I dislike the most is the prices. Too high for parts that are literally about to get crushed. Plus, in some cases they cost almost as much as a brand new one, with the added hassle of having to pull them myself. Staff members are all friendly and helpful.

0/10 I strongly do NOT recommend… On Saturday Sept. 27, they charged my card again twice (over $200 each) when they weren’t supposed to do that. So when I asked the guy working at the counter why he did that, he said ‘oh the charge is going to be refunded but right now it says pending’. Fast forward 3 days later both transactions posted to my account. On Wednesday Oct 1, I called them and asked how long it takes for my refund of the second transaction and they said 7 business days. So now it’s over 7 business days and nothing. Today Oct. 7, I came back to here at 10:35am. After I explained the situation to another guy at the counter. This other manager I was immediately told that ‘I have to wait for the other manager who’s out in the yard to finish whatever he was doing’ . So I waited for over 40 mins for the other manager to tell me that “They do not do refunds. That I have to call my bank and dispute the charge because their ‘system’ won’t let them refund my money. For a company to accept cash and card payments daily and so easily yet to have shady operations on refunding STOLEN money back on a card is INSANE. I am a struggling single mother of a toddler son on the spectrum who receives minimal to no help and works a minimum wage job. No one has $210.97 to waste like that. I pray karma is swift and just for this business. For the long and huge inconsiderate inconvenience they have put me through, I will be filing several complaints and will tell my experience on many platforms especially the FTC, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, State General Attorney’s Office, Help Me Howard and much more . No wonder why they are NOT an accredited business on the BBB. If I can help deter this business from stealing from another tax paying citizen I will continue to do it. Lesson learned.

Four months I have been looking for a SAAB at the salvage yard… These guys had one, and it was in very good condition! Only here a couple of weeks it had the rare part that I needed fairly priced and the best of all I knew how to put it in because I had taken it out!!

google me dakidkrazy entrepreneur google partner and rapper they lost me as a customer fasho i bought a 70 battery from them yesterday the battery gave out on me a week after using so ima give them but the guy told me to bring the battery back to get $17 did not mention me needing the receipt so i bring battery next day and the other guys says i need a receipt mind you this is the same guy that sold me the battery he tells me he cant do nothing without the receipt when i wasnt told to bring a receipt so clearly they dont care about business or developing customer relationship so therefore im going recommend people go elsewhere because obviously they dont care about you once you spend your money its the principle couldnt even offer a solution after i wasted gas coming over there

I just left this place after returning some parts. They used to refund my money to my card within three days. But now they gave me a receipt for something else, and while that receipt would have worked forever, it's only valid for a month. It pissed me off. If they'd told me this before buying, I wouldn't have bought a single thing from them. I'm going to demand my money back, but I advise anyone reading this review not to buy anything from them, since you don't know the condition of the part. I'm absolutely shocked. If I could give them 0 stars, I definitely would. I'll add another funny incident here: when I was buying these parts, I noticed significant damage to the parts. I usually get a great discount because of this. But when I mentioned this to the salesperson, he laughed at me outright; that's unprofessional. And this has nothing to do with the fact that the company has changed. A week before this incident, I bought some plastic parts for my car, and they had minor damage, so the cashier gave me a discount. But this guy laughed out loud. I think anyone reading this review knows who I'm talking about.

PUT SIGNS UP FOR THINGS. “information “ doesn’t mean everyone must sign in. Looked at the screens for several seconds, looked up and saw that it said “information”. Since I wasn’t looking for any “information” I walked passed it, later to find out that’s actually a sign in by the guy receiving the payment. Imagine the amount of people not realizing what that is, on top of the ones who don’t know English. It’s a waste of time for people and your business. Things will run more smoothly and faster once the proper sign is replaced with “sign in” instead of “information”. You’re welcome.

Some of the prices are kind of ridiculously high in my opinion, and on top of that you have to buy a warranty in order to return something that doesn't work. How do you test a radio? I guess you don't, you have to buy it then wait till you get home to test it, but only if you paid for the right to return it can you return it if there's an issue with it. I mean with what seem to be high prices to me, at least give us a 7 day return policy or something on electronics especially, parts like grilles and dashboards no return policy obviously, but electronics are a gamble especially since these cars sit out for weeks with dozens of people going in and out of them who knows if anything works for sure. I don't like the gamble

Been coming here since 2011 and never seen prices this high. I love this place, but it's becoming not so economic. It's not just due to inflation the prices are higher, but due to a lack of competition. When Mandl was around prices were more reasonable. Now not so much. You might as well go and buy cheap parts from eBay or rock auto. The staff is excellent.

Nice yard, pretty fair prices for the most part, some items on the price list are a bit confusing to understand, since some words are abbreviated and some parts have 2 different price options that's hard to understand which is which until you get to the cash register. I think of you guys added a clickable link on each part on the price list that opens an image of an example of what the part looks like it would clear a lot of confusion, I know experienced mechanics would know exactly how to read the price list but for laymen with moderate car knowledge it can be a bit confusing, but yeah been here a few times as long as you guys keep it as fair as you can I'll be coming back again and again

I had an awesome experience at UPULLIT. thanks to Angel M. He’s a fantastic salesman with a great attitude, always friendly and helpful. He made the whole process, that helped me find my parts & vehicle smooth and easy. I highly recommend going back to UPULLIT! All the staff seem better & happier than the last company

Honestly, this place makes the whole “pull your own parts” thing way less stressful. Their online inventory is a game changer — I can check if the car I need is actually in the yard before driving over, and the site is super easy to use (not like those clunky ones other places have). Yard was laid out in a way that made sense, and everything felt pretty organized for a junkyard. Prices are solid, staff is super polite and helpful, and I actually found exactly what I came for without wasting a whole day. If you’re a DIY person or just trying to save some money, this is hands-down one of the best spots to hit.

Ip wouldn't recommend this place if you want to save money. I paid $140.00 for 4 car pieces. The savings ate not that great when I had to be under the Florida sun looking parts tha may omay not be available. Nah it's not worth it. I rather buy Chinese crap or used parts on ebay or FB market place or look elsewhere. Not to mention there might be snakes there too. Not worth it to me.

Scored!.... got part I needed but I thing cashiers need to be more professional with customers,...they act like they are DMV workers...just left again...parts getting way too expensive...especially batteries...its called a junkyard for a reason, should be more affordable..there was a 7/20, stickee on used batt...62 bucks plus 12 core plus 3 entrance..ridiculous!

20 minutes before closing and your doors were locked. How about updating the posted time so that people are aware of when you lock your doors instead of closing earlier than 4:30 as stated on your doors.

This place is great. It’s filled with vehicles that once sat on the showroom floor, shiny and new… now on their last leg before being turned into scrap. Bring your tools and a bottle of water. …leave your kid(s) at home, though. No one’s allowed in under 16; learned that one “the hard way.”
