This Firestone in Davie really helped me out today. When I arrived at 8:30 AM the team was able to help me get my four wheels ordered to the store so I could later get them replaced after class around 5:00 PM. Ray had been there all day since I had arrived at 8:30 AM and he stayed till 7:00 PM to check out my car. Thank you guys for the excellent service and helping me and my car out!

I got there at 720 am this morning to only get some air. No one was there but this Asian man and he did not acknowledge me. I went on both sides. He walked out 3 times. And the last he walked out to move a car inside, i said excuse me loud and clear 4 times. Never bothered to turn and look at me. Super rude. Free air to put for under 5 mins. Seriously? Super rude and dont waste your time going there if you have an emergency early in the am

I purchased four brand-new tires at this location over the weekend, and Samir was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the different tire options and price points. A few days later, I noticed a slight vibration while driving and called Samir. He immediately asked me to come in so his team could recheck the balance. They got me in and out quickly, rebalanced the tires, and now the car drives perfectly. Excellent service. Thank you, Samir.

Ray is an absolute legend. Had battery problems that led to a shot alternator. Was going to spend a ton to tow it over to Firestone but he gave me the knowledge of how to fix it so I could drive it over. So thankful for him
Customer service is always hospitable and the car technicians are extremely helpful in diagnosing any car issues I’ve encountered. Wait time is limited unless they’re busy, but I’ll always recommend Firestone out in Davie for their professionalism and dedication to providing top tier service to my vehicle.
Just avoid if you’re looking tired replacement by insurance, they just wants to sell. Three hours waiting because insurance doesn’t answer but insurance answered when I call. I’m disabled with just one arm, I tried to replace tire and nobody care to help me. AAA helped AVOID AVOID AVOID and ladies be careful.
For about 20 years, Kevin and his team, which are located at 2901S. University Drive in Davie, have always taken an excellent care of my vehicles. I have four vehicles, all with Firestone tires. I was a customer of Tire Kingdom, but found that the service at Firestone was far superior. My family and I travel often, and have been in situations where we have needed tire service while we were away from home. It is comforting to know that Firestone dealerships are nationwide and you don’t have to go far to find great service.
The worst experience. All they care about is finding anything to pad the bill. I had a lot of things fixed on my car recently(past 6 months) from a very reputable shop. I brought it to Firestone for an oil change and they said all the things I already had done needed to be fixed. The car is running great, just needed an oil change and regular shop wasn’t open. Do not trust Davie Firestone. Everything they listed had been fixed including cabin air filter which I had just installed. I brought it to my regular shop and had them check it out because of all the over $3000 worth of things they said were needed. Nothing is needed and the car runs great. Do not trust them. They go to a book based on your car and just list everything that could possibly ever go wrong and say you need it. They don’t truly inspect your car. Terrible practice to gouge people.
Ray was very helpful today, I needed to get my car checked out and had some issues starting and was able to get a full checkup and have a gameplan. They have free WiFi and comfortable chairs if you need to wait longer.
From my first phone call with Kevin to arriving and then having the job completed we were treated like VIPs. Firestone, Davie is first class all the way. Great service, great prices! Highly recommended.

I came to Firestone to get new tires and Davie this morning the guy who assisted me very good. His name is Everton and I got good price really good discount on my tires. I will recommend this place.
I arrived at this Firestone Complete Auto Care at 7:45AM to be one of the first customers. I was actually the first one there. At 8AM, when the store was supposed to be open, the garage doors were still down, the lobby lights were off, and three employees were just standing around in the garage. One had a blue shirt, one had a gray short-sleeve shirt, and one was a technician.
When I finally got assistance, I explained that I needed an oil change and tire rotation. Even though I was the first customer in the building, my car wasn't taken in for over 35 minutes. The lack of urgency and poor customer service made the whole experience extremely frustrating.
I had a bubble on the sidewall of my tire and was an hour from home. Albert helped me and made sure my tire was changed that day. While I was waiting, I overheard conversations that both Albert and the other employee had with customers and they are both very professional and nice! It’s always a pleasure to have our cars taken care of at Firestone!
I had an issue with a service done on my car at this location, and after submitting a complaint, the store manager, Kevin, called me the very next day. He listened patiently, took full responsibility for the error his team made, and never made any excuses. I truly respected that, because I understand mistakes can happen. What stood out most was his willingness to work with me to make things right and to ensure that I remain a loyal customer. That’s the level of service I respect and admire.
Ray and his team were the best! No one expects their car not to start, but I called and they fit me in right away. The gave me several touching points and updates and listened to my needs. We will continue to come here.
I've been going to this location for years, and Kevin is your guy by far. He's super reliable, honest, treats you right, and makes sure the right work you need gets done and never scams you. I had a horrible experience with a Firestone in another location years ago, and when I brought my van to Kevin at the Davie location, he not only made everything from the other location right, he went the extra mile to make sure nothing was missed and got me up and running. And he still rolls like that today, more than 10 years later. 10/10, no notes lol

I've been bringing my cars there for over a decade and I always get top notch service. I brought my old work truck in and I thought it was fine but after inspection they informed me of some alarming safety concerns and was able to get them squared away in a timely manner. I was able to be my brakes done as well as motor/transmission mount and two tires repaired and all for a decent price. I also got a extra discount because I have a Firestone card. I would suggest signing up for one if you go there to get your car serviced.

I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for a long time, and there’s a reason for that. They’re everywhere in the U.S., you can book an appointment or just walk in and get your service done. They always have promotions and even offer discounts without you having to check online.
Today, the plastic under my car came loose and was dragging on the floor, making a horrible sound. I stopped at a nearby auto service shop, and they told me it would be a two-hour wait and $29 just to remove or reattach it. I thought, “Two hours? No way.”
So I stopped at a random Firestone, and they fixed it in 40 minutes—at no charge! I really appreciate that. Firestone is like Starbucks: convenient, reliable, and all about great customer service.

They broke my wiper blades on purpose. So I had to replace them. The service advisor called me and told me your wiper blades need replacements. I told them that I was good with my current ones as I knew they were not bad at all. I just thought they were trying to get the upsell.
Unfortunately I did not noticed until next day, that both of the front wiper blades they ripped the rubber on purpose.
