I usually work on my own car—from brakes to spark plugs to oil changes—because I genuinely enjoy it. But when it came time for a transmission filter and flush, a brake fluid flush, and a stud conversion, I knew I needed some help.

I recently moved to Davie and discovered this mechanic shop nearby. I have a Mini Cooper and have been here a few times for both minor repairs and an oil change. The customer service is excellent, and the pricing is always transparent. While Mini Cooper parts can be pricey, the team is upfront about the costs, which I really appreciate. I'm glad I found this place. While I’m not exactly looking forward to needing more repairs, I know I'll be back when I do!

The owner lies too much. He says he'll call and never does. He had my car for one month and could not fix it. That is unacceptable! A bad way to start my year. Now the car is fixed at another shop. The guy fixed it in 3 hours.
Ketchron and his assistant are very professional and always ready to do more, he fixed my 2 cars and he make sure to check everything to let me know if I need to do something in the future. He's always busy but he will make time to assist me or she, his assistant, ready to help.

The whole establishment is super professional, they are very knowledgeable. A friend approached me about buying a new transmission for her BMW, I referred her to the establishment and she did not have to buy a new transmission. The car actually runs like new now.

I found this garage after purchasing a used 3 series which had a bunch of lights go on a few days after I left the dealership. I must have visited 4-5 other ‘European brand specialized’ garages before I found New Germany Parts and Repair. Unlike a lot of other places, they are really specialized, Ketchron (the owner) really knows his stuff and is an ex BMW employee, with all the training that goes with it. His mechanics are also top notch. He was able to help me identify what was wrong with the car, what was needed right away and what could wait. His team did a stellar job on my automobile and the price I paid was roughly 30 % less than what I was quoted at other mechanics’. Forget about the BMW dealership… if you are out of warranty and need repairs, this is your guy. They are honest, transparent and fair. I will 100% be returning here for maintenance and whatever else my BMW needs.

True definition of a BMW expert. As a woman it’s really hard finding a mechanic that not only does a great job but is also honest with pricing without trying to take advantage. Highly recommended for anyone with a BMW looking for a specialist without overpaying at the dealership. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!
