I would advised or recommend anyone to come and visit this location prior to getting an appraisal at Carmax. They will definitely offer you up to 1k more comparing to Carmax or any other competitor. Mikayla did a exceptional job appraising my vehicle & by offering additional $750 for my vehicle.

Don't go here, they won't offer more than CarMax like advertised and will make you lose your time. They don't have an inspector on site. Basically they make you go to CarMax first so they can get the inspection report from CarMax and get an idea of the real condition of the car. Regardless of CarMax's offer they will make their offer based on the online trade-in value of the vehicle which is many cases is less than what CarMax offered you.
So easy and yes, they gave me more than car max. Was super quick and Mikayla was fantastic...so nice and helpfull!!

I had a junker of a junker and carmax offered me $400, but the car still runs well and we pay more auto recognized that the car could still have life and offered me more. Then they got me in and out quickly and offered me a ride when they saw I was going to call for an uber. Very personable, professional and pleasant to deal with.

Give them your CarMax estimate and rarely, if ever do they offer $1,000 more. You’re lucky if you get $500 more. Employees forced to work in a warehouse setting in hot temperatures. Air fresheners are overwhelming and room is muggy and hot. When I commented about the co dictions, they pointed a personal fan in my direction.
