This will likely be my last time going to a big franchise shop. I went in for a simple balance and ended up waiting nearly two hours, which felt excessive for the service being done.
On top of that, they told me my battery needed to be replaced even though I had just installed a new one the day before. To be safe, I got a second opinion at another auto parts store, and they confirmed the battery was in like-new condition.
That experience made me feel like I was being upsold or misled, which is frustrating. I expect honest recommendations and reasonable wait times, and unfortunately this visit didn’t meet those expectations.
Do not trust these people with time frames or appointments at all, straight up con artists. I came for an alignment, which they told me would be 60 to 90 minutes, I added an oil change which they said would bring it to about 2 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT At 1 pm mind you, I made it very clear that was the most time I had. They decided to do the oil change, and not the alignment which was the main thing I went for. It's now 3pm and they have not even started the alignment. What a coincidence, they had time to do the oil change that gets more money out of me, but not the alignment that I paid $200 for lifetime alignment. They logic was "we always do the pull change first."
If you value your time, don't go near this place, this is the second time they lie about time to get me in and take way longer.
Service Manager Greg and Service Tech Michael were very caring and , knowledgeable with helping choose a good quality smooth riding 4 tire replacement along with scheduled maintenance oil change , engine/cabin filters and brake fluid flush. Omar and Nayeliz came to the Rescue!!! Amazing work, we showed up 20 minutes before they close because my tires was fully flat, they were so patient and helped us although they had to stay longer than their time. We really appreciate your help.

I have needed a lot of work done on my car and I have continously gone to Tires Plus. They guys know my car, work with me, and are honest. As a single mom, they have been aces in navigating my financial troubles while keeping my car afloat. It's not a service offered, but they have even helped me with a ride home when the world was going to take the majority of the day. They always keep me posted and try to find ways to keep me getting to and fro. I appreciate the heck out them. Whether its Greg, Omar, Anthony, Nick, or any of the other guys. You are in good hands. Terrible customer service .ONLY IF THERE WAS ZERO STARZ.How can you got a untrained woman so call want to be mechanic, ignored the customer over 1hr then rushing after 2:05pm after the customer got important appointment to go at 2pm. This location is a total joker & URGE WASTE OF CUSTOMER TIME FOR EVEN BEEN LABELED A TIRE PLUS AT ALL.HOLIDAY OR NOT.HIRE REPRETABLE STAFFS.NOT SITTING AROUND wasting time until closed at 4pm. Great experience at Tires Plus. Omar and Nick took excellent care of me—they replaced two of my tires and performed an alignment, and everything was done efficiently and professionally. They were knowledgeable, honest, and made sure the work was done right. My car drives perfectly now. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be back. Highly recommend asking for Omar and Nick!
Came in today for a scheduled appointment and was given excellent customer service by Santi- who checked me in. He was professional and thorough- while being very friendly and welcoming. I went there scared one of my tires were going to pop. And I’m a college student so I didn’t want to drop a paycheck on new tires. Santiago Understood my concerns and went out of his way to not only make sure it was affordable on my end but also checked my breaks and gave me maintenance advice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs service on their car
I needed a cable replacement for my battery and I needed a fast turn around. I went to the tire plus in Davie and I really appreciate their level of service. Even though a slight mistake was done when wrong part was ordered, they were able to fix my problem and save me half the cost of the previous quoted price. Kevin, Greg, Omar are all amazing and patient with me. As a customer it’s hard to find a place to trust your car and money with. But here is where i go to do all my maintenance, oil change, tires, A/C. The techs are great too, every-time i change my tires they come out perfect with the stem lined up to the dot, no matter which tech. Other places ive been to (because i had no other choice) dont do that and its those small details that show how much they care! I make sure my family and friends take their cars to tires plus as well and give these good people our business!

I had 17,000 miles in 2 years on my 70,000 limited warranty tires and Tires Plus gave me $25 off each new tire…. I got my tires rotated every time I needed to and had my alignment checked every time. This is absurd and I will never recommend Tires Plus. After fees and all the other things Tired Plus charges, I literally spent more money on 2 new tires than I did on 4 tires. Their math is wrong and Tires Plus warranty is a scam. Never go here. I have service paperwork to prove all of the above.
I had my tire pressure light turned on on my way to work and I stopped by Tires Plus, they opened exactly at 0700 and were able to repair my tires in a timely manner and it was free of charge since I purchased my tires with them. Everything went smoothly, only complaint was the ladies bathroom, it was disgusting!!!
Great customer service from all the guys at the front desk. Place definitely has an old school neighborhood shop feel. Very knowledgeable people who care about keeping your car maintained. Special thanks to Greg and Kevin for having patience and trying to figure out the issue with my 2002 Ford Expedition.

Staff is the best. Very knowledgeable. This is my first car and it’s been giving me a lot of trouble because I think the dealership scammed me. The guys at Tires Plus were very caring and fixed all my problems. I’ve been coming to the Tires Plus at 7520 W State Rd 84 in Davie, FL since 2017–2018, and the service has always been great, but today truly tops all of my experiences. Omar, Santi, and Naya went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of. Here they have inexperienced mechanics ( or tire techs) who claim they could fix my vehicle they never did, wasted my money Towing my car to this shop,
Just come here for tires and the oil change but don't expect to get any other service
I just wanted a simple wheel alignment, the guy on the phone said sure we can do it, The computer accepts the car.
However they chickened out all because they said my brakes didn't work or stop, so they couldn't get it on the alignment rack, and let my car sit for a week..
They could have recommended a brake job, the worker even said they could have one of their expert mechanics come in which never happened.
Shame and embarrassment on this shop do not recommend!
Good service and very reasonable price. They had a promotion right now that I luckily got. Instead of paying $124 for a new tire I paid $97 . And less waiting time
