Great place! Went in a couple weeks ago for some tires and Santiago helped me put the best type of tire to fit my budget and even helped me with a tires plus card to make it twice as easy on my wallet and allow me to get an oil change at the same time! 10/10 location other mechanic shops should take notes of this kind of service and mechanical knowledge because it is top tier

Fast efficient and most of all HONEST service, 11 out of 10 every time I come, I would have to 100% recommend tires Plus to anyone in need of Auto service, Santi at the front was extremely helpful, and Greg was very thorough and made me feel very secure in all of his judgments
I had 17,000 miles in 2 years on my 70,000 limited warranty tires and Tires Plus gave me $25 off each new tire…. I got my tires rotated every time I needed to and had my alignment checked every time. This is absurd and I will never recommend Tires Plus. After fees and all the other things Tired Plus charges, I literally spent more money on 2 new tires than I did on 4 tires. Their math is wrong and Tires Plus warranty is a scam. Never go here. I have service paperwork to prove all of the above.
I had my tire pressure light turned on on my way to work and I stopped by Tires Plus, they opened exactly at 0700 and were able to repair my tires in a timely manner and it was free of charge since I purchased my tires with them. Everything went smoothly, only complaint was the ladies bathroom, it was disgusting!!!
Great customer service from all the guys at the front desk. Place definitely has an old school neighborhood shop feel. Very knowledgeable people who care about keeping your car maintained. Special thanks to Greg and Kevin for having patience and trying to figure out the issue with my 2002 Ford Expedition.
I had a great experience at Tires Plus! The service was quick, professional, and hassle-free. Staff is the best. Very knowledgeable. This is my first car and it’s been giving me a lot of trouble because I think the dealership scammed me. The guys at Tires Plus were very caring and fixed all my problems. I had a great experience at Tires Plus Davie! Santi greeted me when I arrived, and the technician, Neville, took care of everything efficiently. The staff was friendly and welcoming, scheduling an appointment over the phone was easy, and the location is very convenient with plenty of parking. Customer service rep. Omar was extremly rude, making threats towards me as after spending almost 3hours with scheduled appt to just change oil! because they did not have oil in the shop! When asked why I was not informed about this before, he threatened me, this is florida, take your key and go!
I would gladly have done it, except they already emptied oil from the car.
Omar should not be near customers, as besides he has no manners, he is dangerous, threatening customers!

Recently visited this location and I was very satisfied with the service and efficiency of the staff’s work. Kevin and Santi were respectful and Micheal was quick with getting the work on my truck done as fast as possible. Absolutely blown away by the service at this tire shop! I got a flat tire right before they were about to close, and instead of turning me away, they stayed late just to help me out. Santi was the one who took care of everything—super professional, kind, and clearly knows his stuff. My battery was about to die and I needed to get it replaced immediately. It was a Sunday and 4th of July weekend and wasn't sure I'd find a place open. I called Tires Plus and they said they could take me right away. And they did. They replaced my battery and I was out of there in 25 minutes. Also, I really like that they have a separate waiting room with tables and chairs and the ladies room was very clean (they have a men's restroom too). I will definitely go back.
The guys here were friendly and knowledgeable. They recommended certain things for my vehicle and they were able to accommodate me as I had to change my appointment time with no problem. Great place. I will be back Thank you all so much.

I’ve come to this location for 4 years now. Good and honest people in the auto repair industry are hard to come by, particularly in bigger cities like Fort Lauderdale. Michael the mechanic at this location is one of them. I don’t know everything up and down about my car but know enough to know when I’m getting a bad deal, and most of the time you can’t do anything about it. Michael thoroughly showed me what my tire issues were and everything made perfect sense. Maintaining your car is never fun but it’s nice to have found a place I can trust will be honest with me when it comes to repairs.
Thank you to the Tires Plus staff! After another tire shop canceled my scheduled maintenance right before my appointment, this shop got me in on incredibly short notice. Nick worked incredibly hard all Sunday (seriously, my truck has a lot of corrosion underneath) to make sure I got my vehicle back before the week. I will continue to use this location for everything going forward
I called first because I was told by a similar place that they could not do my battery install because of the type of vehicle I had only the dealership could. The dealership was super expensive and they had to "reset" the computer after the install. Why does it always have to be so complicated and double the price? I spoke with Kevin told him my vehicle year, make, and model. I told him what was explained to me elsewhere. He was extremely helpful and said they could change the battery, reset the computer thingy and it was definitely less than the dealership. We scheduled a same day appointment in the afternoon. I showed up and he checked me in. I waited while they worked on my vehicle. I was out in under an hour. I appreciated Kevin's assistance and honesty. It's rare these days. He printed a receipt for me upon my request even though they email them. He's an asset to Tires Plus for sure.

Here they have inexperienced mechanics ( or tire techs) who claim they could fix my vehicle they never did, wasted my money Towing my car to this shop,
Just come here for tires and the oil change but don't expect to get any other service
I just wanted a simple wheel alignment, the guy on the phone said sure we can do it,
The computer accepts the car.
However they chickened out all because they said my brakes didn't work or stop, so they couldn't get it on the alignment rack, and let my car sit for a week..
They could have recommended a brake job, the worker even said they could have one of their expert mechanics come in which never happened.
Shame and embarrassment on this shop do not recommend!
