We drill out broken bolts and repair threads . We also do block cylinder honing and boring Diamond decking as well as hot tank cleaning .We offer flywheel machining and can weld cylinder heads if corrosion or crack are present.

Guys did amazing work on first gen B58 head, diamond cut and cleaned, after their work it looked better than brandnew head. Would recommend to every one in need of cylinder head or block refresh! 10/10

They didn't do a good job on my motor they told me that they cleans it and it's look like they didn't even do anything to it. but still charge me add a 3.8.
Jeep wingler. They're supposed to change the cambearings, and they put them on Cricket. The oil holes is not straight.

The nicest people, extremely knowledgeable and one of the last true old school head shops around. Its a gem and deserves business. Been here since the 50s i believe. Got both my heads and valves done here. Took them a rocker bolt the other day and i swear they tore that place apart for over an hour trying to find one for me. Taking pictures of the bolt and sending it to their business partners as well. Just Great people & workers.
Dropped off an aluminum cylinder head a few years ago which had some corrosion and a crack in it. They repaired it and overhauled the cylinder head for a very reasonable price. Still going strong 30,000 miles later.

My dealings with Cylinder Head Depot was the only positive thing relating to my Ford 4.0l engine rebuild. Greg was more than helpful; C. H. D. will forever be the machine shop I use.
I had my hemi heads gone through by these guys after a valve seat dropped and broke up and tore up the head and piston. Greg was super nice and he explained every detail to me. The price was super fair 550$ for the heads to be machined he also dropped in new valve seals and springs. He punched the head around the seats to ensure they stay put permanently. I got the heads back and Wow! They look sparkling new. Beautiful work. Very impressed. Thanks guys!
I would NEVER!!! recommend this place of business to anyone looking for service. Cylinder head depo has the WORST!!! Customer Service . I Went in to drop off my cylinder head and the guy that I spoke with couldn't give me a straight forward of how much the resurfacing would be and then I asked how long the process would take and the response I got was it just takes time. I had a friend call them after I left the same guy answered the phone Greg I believe he name is gave my buddy a exact price and time of service it would take to get the work done. NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

I drop my 2jz cylinder head off to get cleaned and valve guides installed. Steve and his team brought it back to life I swear I thought he had just order it from Toyota but he was like no this is the results you paid for. I brought my Suzuki DRZ-400S head into the shop having no experience with the inner workings of an engine and they were able to get my problem fixed at a very affordable price and explain it all to me in simple terms for a newbie like myself. Greg also has excellent communication and never kept me waiting.
Greg advised me what was needed to be done to my trucks head. I had it dropped off, they started and finished the work in just a couple of days. It cost me exactly what he estimated. If I ever need another head inspected or resurfaced I will definitely be using their services again.
After searching the web, reading reviews of the machine shops in Miami I decided to drive up to Broward and drop my 2005 Jeep Wrangler 4.0l cylinder head off with Greg and Steve.
I picked this machine shop based solely on their reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. Steve checked for cracks before I walked out of the shop. And then replaced all my exhaust valve seats along with a complete valve job.
I will definitely use this shop again.

I live in palm beach and drove to Davie because I am picky about who works on my car. When I showed up Gred identified my cylinder head Audi / VW 2.0 fsi immediately. I dropped it off on a Monday and told them I was picking it up on Friday. I received a call on Thursday stating that everything went well and it was ready to be picked up. The price I was quoted was the price i was told to pay when picking up.
The whole team is great. very friendly. after reading review after review from other machine shops i bumped into cyl head depot in ft lauderdale florida. I honestly went in distrustful expecting the worst. But these guys from day one explained what my options where what they recommend and what would be outcome if i went with used parts etc. I said let me listen to these guys they been in the business for a long time and know the ford 5.4 3v engine might as well go all the way. I shopped around for a new head casting. But no one could match the price to top it off the service they offered to put it all together I cant complain. Thanks Steve and staff you guys are awesome. These guys are super honestly i cant say enough about them thanks.

Had them work on a rather difficult cylinder head to machine with damage, they not only fixed the head to perfect running condition but they also noticed other issues with the head I was having and saved me a ton of time and guessing! The work looks and performs great zero issues! Staff there were all friendly and helpful. Plan on using them again for my next diesel head!

They're well priced as well for the quality of work done! if you want it done right these are the guys. I own a small porting business for performance cylinder heads and these guys are awesome, I use them numerous times with amazing results every time! I have used Steve and Gregg for 25+ years. They have always done a quality repair.
Most people who go there have major issues. Most business owners will always get someone
with anger issue's. When you are taking an engine apart there is a great deal of time and money.
People do get frustrated and short tempered. This is normal. Anger Management is not so easy
to explain. However you cannot tell people what they want to hear. There is no way to give an exact
price on a head without diagnostic time. Guess's will get you in trouble. I have been in the retail business for 27 years. You never remember the compliments only complaints.
