Was helped by RJ, hope i remembered his name correctly, but he was extremely helpful. ended up needing a new battery but he caught the date i bought my original one and it was under warranty. i completely forgot about it and was preparing to buy a completely new one. Super thankful of him!

Absolute worst customer service. I have forwarded the problem to as many managers as possible. For anyone experiencing similar issues please don't hesitate to reach out to regional managers to hold the horrible customer service at this location accountable.

At This Location I met Two very Helpful employees, their names are as follows: Myles and Isaias Chi. They were very helpful and because they knew how to help a customer the automotive company puts the wrong information about the parts you need. The System say one part number for my Toyota Corolla 2023 the battery, which was wrong it was very late and close to their closing time, but they found the right battery for me and gave me a very good price also. They were very commendable customer service people.

Jokes got me on hold for 30 minutes to confirm if the store had the part since , all the other store list it stock but not available. Hung up and showed up to an empty customer less store only 2 walk in and see both counter guys just on there phones. This is why advanced is going under guys.

Had an awesome experience due to Mohamad going above and beyond to help out my family and I. Our car battery died while on vacation at 8:30 at night. I was able to get a jump start from a passerby and headed over to Advanced as we were leaving the next morning to go back home. Despite walking in 5 minutes before the store closed, Mohamad greeted us, checked out our current battery, sold us a new one, and installed it all within 20 minutes time. Amazing service which turned a very stressful situation into something we could put behind us. A+ experience.

I had the absolutely most pleasant time here when one of your employees named Johnathan L. gave me the absolute BEST service i have EVER received at any auto parts store! From the moment I walked in, Johnathan L. greeted me with a warm smile and immediately asked how he could assist me. I explained what I needed, and he went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly the right parts for my vehicle. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. What really stood out was how genuinely friendly and helpful he was throughout the entire process. He even double-checked to ensure I had everything I needed before I left, and offered some great tips on maintaining my car. It’s rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, and Johnathan truly made my day. Thanks to him, I left the store feeling confident and satisfied. This Advanced Auto Parts location here is lucky to have such a dedicated and caring employee. I’ll definitely be returning if i need to, and I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area. I visited Advance Auto Parts to purchase a new battery, and the experience was absolutely terrible. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a rude, sassy tone, asking, “What do you need?” as if I was bothering them. Instead of offering any real help, they continued to speak with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. When they did try to assist, it was clear they weren’t interested in helping—they were dismissive and impatient. The customer service was so bad that I ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything. I won’t be returning, and I recommend others think twice before shopping here. Terrible service and attitude all around!

They refused to do a free service test on the battery/ alternator due to and I quote "my boss said we can't test it because I'm busy" nobody in the store except me and 5 workers

I was quite disappointed with my experience at the Tower Shops location. Despite calling a few hours in advance to request a new battery, I arrived to find the doors locked, lights off, and no one answering the phone. In stark contrast, the service at the other Davie location on Orange Drive was exceptional. They assisted me immediately and resolved my issue with great efficiency. The Tower Shops location could certainly learn a lot from the team at the Orange Drive location. I highly recommend visiting the Orange Drive location instead.

Absolute garbage customer service. DO NOT waste your time here, from issues like the parts they don't have in stock always being nowhere else in south Florida and mandatory they be ordered through them to having ridiculous insulation to prevent you from returning "at the location of purchase". Any other advance actually will earn your business.

A store employee named Jordan gave me some of the BEST customer service I’ve had since living in Sofla. He went above and beyond to help me find a reservoir cap for my truck. Though it didn’t fit, I appreciate the level of detail to help me find such a simple item. I will definitely return because of the customer service I received.

I been in this store about five or six times since the place open. It's two dudes that's always so helpful Dee and Justin. Give them men a Promotion. And another thing PLEASE fix the A.C it's extremely hot. Hotter than outside!

They go above and beyond here. Was helped by a person at the front named dee who helped me get my ac back cool while my baby was in the car really crying. Johnny came out to help him as well. Couldn't thank them enough real professionals.

Honestly overall this is a pretty good new store. The only problem is that its HOTTER THAN 5 FAT CHICKS IN A MAZDA MIATA WITH NO A/C ON A 110 DEGREE DAY. Bro they have to fix the air here and fast. Help these guys out

I had an emergency with the battery of my car last Sunday... As a single mom I don't have much time and just try to solve on situations asap to take care of my son and be able to work even extra hours to give him a home. I went that place last Sunday and the guy was super rude, not empathy and as soon I left and stop in the pharmacy for a medicine for my son my car didn't start...a guy in the parking lot check on my car and told me he didn't do a good job and help me to start my car to go again to fixed and once again he didn't do it right and I end up asking for help to a neighbor that told be they didn't tide the pieces in the right way. I never received my invoice at my email, and today I called them to ask for a.piece that's missing and they just don't have idea who was the person that sold me the battery that day, and once again they were super rude, and didn't help me at all or show some professional service .... I work at customer service and I think they have a lot to learn, specially when your customer is a woman with low knowledge about something that was also scare about it, and they show no empathy... Super bad experience at all!

I’ll never come back here. Because no one has any intention of helping you. You’ll just stand in line waiting for someone to acknowledge you and when they do they all say the same thing - “I’ll be with you in 10”. Meanwhile I already been waiting 20 mins while they stare at their computer screens like zombies and then get up and walk away not to come back.

I really like Advance Auto Parts at this particular location (7060 W SR 84) bc they are always helpful, friendly, and stand behind their products. I’m grateful for their help when I ran into problems with my battery and they (manager) went out of their way to help me.

I had inquired about a part I needed for a brake sensor over the phone. Stephen, who answered the call, went through the effort to make sure it was in store. Turns out there wasn’t any, but Stephen had an alternative parts recommendation which did the trick and for even less money! Great store and customer service!

First of all I must say this place is a warehouse nothing like a traditional auto zone not even the sign so I was under the belief that Google lead me to the wrong location. The name out front is car quest auto parts. It is only when I walked in that I was able to recognize auto zone. Now to continue the rest I am a novice at car maintenance. The most I have done is oil changes even then I haven't performed my own in years. Anyway going in my kia is now over 100,000 miles so according to the manual I need to change some things. Charles up front was very kind helped me find the filter I need easily. I then came back in for a ac refrigerant. He explained while the manual says to inspect adding more refrigerant would damage my car. He helped me instead of attempted to sell me . Finally I went back in one more time. Charles was busy so another employee named Miguel assisted me. Explained my expertise but this time brought in the car manual. I asked him to explain what is a fuel additive. While he did explain what is was for he seemed almost bothered to guide me to product I was looking to buy. Then in the wall of additives he gave me a vague explanation of the different choices. With Miguel I didn't feel helped like I did with Charles. All and all confusing location, only one employee this visit was helpful

Signing on building should be updated for those who do not know Carquest is same company. Should also update location description that this is wholesale warehouse location not retail location. Visiting form out of town and needed wind shield wipers. Google directed me to this location and as soon as I pulled into warehouse complex I knew something was different. I know Carquesst is same company so didn't confuse me but I am sure others are confused. Once I found the wind shield wipers I needed I was greeted by Stephen. He rang up the wipers and I asked for assistance installing them as retail locations offer. Stephen explained since they were a wholesale location they do not do installations like retail location. With the impending storm coming I didn't look forward to fighting with them myself. I explained my disappointment in this policy as I would have gone to a retail location instead. Without hesitation Stephen got up and walked outside with us and happily and friendly installed the wipers for me. Great customer service Stephen despite your locations "no customer service policy!".

The location is hard to find because their are no signs on the building. I actually past by it the first time without even knowing. The website said they had some items in stock that I was looking for, but they actually were out of them.

I must say that I’ve never left an online review but my experience at this location totally warrants it. My visit was on Wednesday 8/22/18 and the kindness, attention to detail, and help that I received is the true definition of customer service. Supervisor Matt and his crew were welcoming from the time that I walked into the door and although what I needed help with wasn’t a common service for this location, Matt himself truly delivered above and beyond my expectations. I was truly in awe and blessed by his assistance with my vehicle and it really renewed my faith in good people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and keep doing what makes you guys a diamond in the rough. ~CWLedain
