We only got our car back after filing a complaint with the state. Ivonne was flat-out rude and unprofessional the entire time. Terrible way to treat people.
Came on time did the paper work.. ask to see my car, because they make you sign off on it before you seeing it. Because I ask question they made wait over 20min in the heat 80F.
I’ve mostly dealt with the owner Steve, and it’s always been a pleasurable experience. He’s always attentive, always picks up the phone and his team does their best to treat my vehicle like it’s their own.
WORST PLACE EVER!! I have never encountered such an inconvenient experience (i still don't have my personal belongings). If you cal they won't answer, if you leave a message like it says they still won't reach back out to you, if you pull up in person they can't help you and will tell you to go online or try calling The cherry on top is that they open at 10 am and close at 4 PM, i work until 5. I called off work to come here and get my belongings just for them to tell me i have to make an appointment. I leave and still trying to make an appointment because they don't want to answer the phone and it keeps saying leave a message. Finally i got around making the appointment with a link, AND THE APPOINTMENT ISNT CONFIRMED! ITS REQUESTED LIKE WHATTT! worst place ever and will be filing a lawsuit if any belongings are missing. all my banks cards in there and my social and i'm really scared. I also know they have been touching my wallet because i have a tile in there that sent a notification to my phone and it only does that when you press it twice. literally praying all my stuff will be there.

I called a bunch of different places trying to get brakes for my daughter car who was only going to be home from college for a few days. Most of the places were trying to over charging me and we're telling me that I had to do both the front and the back brakes and the rotors without even seeing my car. I called Davie Auto on a Saturday afternoon in a very nice man, I think his name was Steve, answered and told me that I could bring my daughter's car in on Tuesday. He said that they would inspect the car and then call me and let me know what needed to be done and give us a price for it. As it turns out, I only needed the brake pads changed and instead of charging me way over $1,000 like everywhere else wanted to, it only cost me about $350. I've had no issues with the work that was done and they were very nice and professional.
I've been through a lot when it comes to my vehicle. I have to say hands down the best!! Steve and his employees are #1 I have zero problems now. Thanks Steve for doing a great job like always. To include a few a motor swap which was done with excellence, dealing with real professionals, a transmission, bucket trucks, a one stop shop. See Eddie for a detail, window tinting, oil change, tires, performance. It's all here and ppl who know what they are doing. I owe you guys a lot. Thank you!!

I brought my truck to Davie auto,recommended by my dad after replacing my transmission twice. Steve and his team did a really good job. I can feel the difference in the smooth shifting. They took months ordering the same part and kept getting it wrong!!! Rental car cost more than the actual repairs not worth it. I had to constantly call for my car if I didn’t pretty sure it would have taken longer ! They were quick to charge me though right after I drove off the lot lol

I have been going to Davie Auto for over 8 years. They are honest, trustworthy and always keep my 2007 Jeep Liberty running. I wouldn't take my car/s anywhere else. Steve has always been fair with pricing and is so accommodating on getting it done quickly.
Was highly recommended here by a friend. Staff was friendly and the price was fair. I did a walk in and they took good care of me right away as I waited. Will be back again.

I found this place last minute in desperation to fix my brake light switch. I never caught his name because he barely said more than two words, but he was amazing.
