Worst example of a towing agency rude and disrespectful. While taking their sweet time with taking my vehicle out the owner said to me with the threat of hold my for a full hour to not rush him, when all that was said was my vehicle was too close to another vehicle.For a business owner to display such hateful disgusting behavior is humiliating to one’s business and for anyone who has business with these disgusting individual is one their self. They should have a sign posted up in the front saying beware hostility will be given to anybody who questions their authority.
This towing company let their people go around scouting for cars to tow:
1/ Let their people park a “bait” car in the private property, especially property near shopping mall where parking lot filled quickly, 2/ when somebody park the car in the property, the towing company people immediately locked the parked vehicle wheel, 3/ then this towing company people called their team to come for towing immediately, everything can happen in 10minutes. 4/ at their facility, this towing company accept cash only for payment (they do not accept credit card payments even though over the phone they mentioned payment can be paid either by cash or credit cards).
Under Florida Statute § 715.07, only the property owner, lessee, or someone authorized by them may cause a vehicle to be towed from private property.

This company damaged my car and gave one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Let me start by saying: I understand why my car was towed. I accidentally parked in visitor parking without displaying my resident pass. I own a garage space, but had let someone else park in front of it, so I parked in a temporary spot. That part is on me. The real issue is how Emergency Towing handled my vehicle and the complete lack of professionalism during pickup. My front bumper was left damaged with a hole, scratches, and paint peeling. There's also scraping underneath the car panel, which is now dragging when I drive. For reference, this is a new Toyota Camry SE and I have never had damage like this from towing in my life. When we went to pick up the car, the man running the office (alone, with no help) quoted us $210 and asked for cash only. Once he realized my plates were from California and I had an out-of-state ID, he suddenly changed the story and said he could only accept cash because the car was out of state which makes no sense but I still complied. When we returned with the money, the fee had jumped to $288, because they claimed the car had been there for "two days" — even though it hadn’t been there more than 6 hours. We were told they towed they towed the car late night on November 10 and we picked it up the morning of November 11. They counted that as two full days. It felt like a complete ripoff. While we were trying to calmly ask questions, the employee became agitated and made unnecessary comments. When my husband questioned the charges, the guy told me, “Don’t worry, he’s from here that’s how they act here.” That comment was completely inappropriate and felt borderline racist or at least stereotypical. It doesn’t matter where someone is from anyone would be upset if their car was damaged and they were being overcharged. The employee also threatened to call the police on my husband simply for asking questions and trying to check for damage to our car. I was nothing but cooperative, even apologizing multiple times just to de-escalate the situation. When we went to the second location, we spoke to other people who were ALSO picking up their vehicles and complaining that their cars had been damaged too one lady had a BMW, another had a newer car as well. This didn’t seem like a one-time mistake it seemed like a pattern of careless handling. No one at this business looked or acted like they were professionally trained to handle vehicles. We were met with dismissive attitudes, workers with missing teeth, and zero concern about damaging people’s property. When we pointed out the damage, they immediately blamed us and insisted we must have hit something which we absolutely did not. I will be taking the appropriate next steps to hold this business accountable for the damage done to my vehicle.
Until then, I’m leaving this review as a warning: if you value your car, stay far away from Emergency Towing. They are careless, rude, and operate with questionable practices and zero regard for your property.
On 8/19/25 my vehicle was towed for allegedly parking in a handicap space without a visible placard. The tow company’s practices were dishonest and predatory. At 11:00 a.m on 8/21/25 I was quoted one price to retrieve my vehicle, but just one hour later, the fee had doubled. This company intentionally made up false claims and created unnecessary obstacles in order to keep my car in storage longer and inflate charges.
In total, I was forced to pay $530 for less than 48 hours of storage. Despite holding power of attorney over my husband’s property, the company gave me an extremely difficult time retrieving the vehicle. Their actions were deceitful, unethical, and money-driven. I am actively pursuing legal action and believe this business should be investigated and shut down for exploiting consumers
the manager is beyond incompetent, i don’t understand how he can keep a business running as he doesnt even know whats going on in his own lots. gave the wrong location, drove 30 minutes to be turned back around 30 minutes in the direction we came from without any compensation for their mindless ignorance.
Really bad customer service was trying to get information about my car and told him where it got towed from and started yelling at me over the phone saying he’s gonna block my number (he actually did) tried reaching him back to figure out wasn’t able to get my car until contacting from someone else very disrespectful and nasty attitude
Emergency Tow illegally towed my car from my daughters’s complex at 4am for exp tag and charged me $600! In the process they damaged my car. The manager hung the phone up on me after I told them they quoted me a different amount and refused to accept the payment that I was initially told I had to pay. I’m currently seeking legal actions. THEY ARE RUDE DEVILS!!!
Emergency towing towed my car from a residential lot (completely my fault for failure to display a permit). During the towing process they were completely careless. Their equipment forced my hitch sideways and against the muffler, creating a terrible rattling noise. Toyota dealership charged $500 plus wasted an entire morning to get it fixed. I called Emergency Towing to inquire and learned that Florida towing laws leave me without reasonable options to do anything. The manager was pleasant to talk to but completely unwilling to do anything about a costly repair that was 1000000% their fault. Please don’t hire this company and pray that they don’t damage your car if it gets towed.
Horrible, and illegal company. Towed the vehicle and did not report it to the Sheriff, three hours later i found the vehicle and had to call the police to get the vehicle back.
Forgot to register our car resulting in it being towed. Was my mother in laws car and she was out of the country. They really worked with my wife and I. They were really respectful and friendly and car was damage-free. Even stayed open a little later when we went to the wrong lot and waited again for me to get cash. Overall if I had to get my car towed, I’m glad it was these guys.
Literal thieves, the guy there verbally assaulted me after I pointed out I was being overcharged as shown in the breakdown. Guy at window was talking about using my money for strippers and calling me all sort of names. I will be pursuing legal actions
Imagine getting a call from your kid miles away to tell you their car overheated and is stranded . It was such a stressful situation when you live on the opposite side of the state. I called a few places for a tow and was given an outrageous range of rates for a pickup and drop off 15minutes apart from each other. So unfortunate that some companies will take advantage of an emergency situation and price gouge.
I’m so thankful I came upon Emergency Towing. I told them the dilemma. Justin put my mind at ease and gave me a reasonable & affordable price. He gave me accurate and reasonable arrival time. Tony got the dispatch and called ahead … got my son’s car to the repair shop safely and took great care of our property. Definitely call these guys for great service, professional response, reasonable rates & a variety of convenient payment methods. Thank you for the peace of mind that my son wasn’t stranded and the confidence that we were in great hands which is priceless . Thank you Justin and Tony!! You turned a stressful situation around and made it a more manageable.
Do not use this company for any towing services. Imagine in the year 2023 not accepting credit cards. This had to be a joke. Wow, ridiculous and inconvenient. Smh
Whilst on a galivanting journey through the Fort Lauderdale area. My car had relinquished its power all of a sudden. I sent my carrier Pidgeon towards Emergency Towing and they we're very attentive and accurate with their response. They showed up as fast as an Olympic runner fighting for first place in a 400m dash. Then cautiously placed my weakened car so eloquently on their towing mechanism. The towing mechanism was as beautifully crafted as a James Webb Telescope, so was the stunning gentleman who assisted me in this quite tragic event. I would give a 7/5 rating if I could, but I am only limited to what this mundane world can give me. Very accurate, very caring, very enthralling. I was on a cloud of bliss and sheer gratification. Bravo.
It feels bad being towed, but these guys were real laid back and helped explain how to avoid getting towed in the future. 10/10 would get towed by them again.
Emergency Towing in Davie, deserves high praise! Their efficient and hassle-free towing service when my car broke down roadside, was impressive. Not only did they handle the situation with professionalism, but their rates were also considerable amongst other options.
I highly recommend Emergency Towing for their top-notch service. A five-star experience. Especially when I think of all my past engagements with other wreckers.
Man towed my car, did not leave any marks or scratches, was very nice and pleasant to deal with when getting my car back! hope its this guy who tows your car and not somebody else!!!
