The employees at SA Scrap Metal act unprofessional and seem constantly angry. Their customer service is terrible, often treating people with disrespect as if we were children. It feels like they take their job frustrations out on customers instead of doing their work with basic courtesy. They need to realize these jobs are replaceable and that professionalism matters. This place really needs to improve the way it treats people.
Fair prices. Just make sure you separate your different metals. Aluminum cans are kind of low-priced and need to be higher. Otherwise, this is a good place.
For my first time dropping Steel. Everybody was healthy and super nice and it was a fast process will definitely be bringing my steel there from now on.
