The experience I had with this company is definitely worth bragging about!!! A vehicle I sold years ago was found abandoned and towed here. As you can imagine I was in a panic because I never expected to still have any attachment to this vehicle but because the new owner never transferred the title to themself I was responsible. Once I called “A Superior” I spoke with Danny and explained the situation and he made it his business to help me and do every thing he could to get everything resolved. This tow yard, must have hired ALL OF THE RIGHT humans, personality, professionalism, helpful, understanding I can't say enough about everyone there. Looks like I need to stop by for the next BBQ. Tray, who works in the front, was great—she was very helpful. The owner of the company is a good man for taking time out of his busy day to talk with me and explain exactly which documents I needed to get my car. Damian, the yard guy, went above and beyond by staying late and even coming in on his day off, waiting for me to arrive around midnight so I could get my vehicle.

Its a disgrace how the Hollywood/ Davie police department partnered with A Superior towing to rob people. My friend got in a car accident Saturday night, the ambulance was called, even when the car was drive able they still call superior towing to take the vehicle to their tow yard and did not advise him of where they were towing the vehicle to. After calling the police station we finally locate the car and was given the address, we drove there on Sunday, one of the drivers said they were close and to come back on Monday. When we pick up the car they say it was $503 for literally 1 day the car was there, and they basically said the lot its police funded and thats just the price to pay. They are money/ insurance thieves in that place. My friend had $70 cash in his gloves department that disappeared when they tow the car to that lot

I got into a car accident recently and was discussing how I wanted my insurance to pick up my vehicle. I was reiterating multiple times that my car needs to be released to my insurance. Ultimately, I signed the release forms and the towing yard seemed to have put a random body shop that they work with instead of my insurance. My vehicle is now somewhere else entirely and cannot be released to my insurance, despite stating multiple times to the towing company that it needed to be released to my insurance. This is unacceptable. Now, the random body shop is stating that they paid $1,400 to have my car released after no more than 24 hours. This is actually insane, definitely do not sign any release forms without being precautious…

When my wife’s car broke down on the Florida Turnpike, she was stuck in traffic and scared. After AAA failed to respond promptly, I called the highway patrol, who dispatched Superior Towing. Scott arrived within 30 minutes, but by then AAA had finally contacted us. Though we canceled the tow (which would’ve cost over $300) to use AAA’s free service, Scott went above and beyond by parking his truck behind my wife’s car to keep her safe from traffic until AAA arrived. His professionalism and kindness were truly exceptional. Thank you, Scott, and Superior Towing, for going the extra mile!

Superior Towing came to my rescue after a flat on 595! They answered right away and gave me a very reasonable price for the service. Tony arrived about a hour later and was amazing! Very professional yet also very friendly. He gave me some safety tips to remember should I get another flat or breakdown in the future on a busy highway. He expertly loaded my SUV onto the truck and took the same care to unload it once we got to my address. Overall, a great experience with Superior Towing!

I got stranded in the middle of the turnpike, Tony from Superior Towing came to assist. As dangerous to the situation, since we were in that middle of the expressway, he proceeded to explain how they worked in a very professional manner. Then he towed my car quickly.
