Superior Towing came to my rescue after a flat on 595! They answered right away and gave me a very reasonable price for the service. Tony arrived about a hour later and was amazing! Very professional yet also very friendly. He gave me some safety tips to remember should I get another flat or breakdown in the future on a busy highway. He expertly loaded my SUV onto the truck and took the same care to unload it once we got to my address. Overall, a great experience with Superior Towing!

I wanted to leave a review to recognize the professionalism and attention to service I received from Superior Towing. My car broke down on the side of the road, and I initially contacted a different tow company. After waiting two hours with no response or arrival, I decided to call Superior Towing instead.
That’s when I spoke with Kiana. She was polite, knowledgeable, and eager to help. She quickly dispatched a tow truck to my location, and it arrived within 20 minutes, much faster than the original company I had called. On top of that, Superior Towing’s rates were actually more affordable.
I’m extremely grateful for the service they provided. I know towing isn't an easy job, but their team made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The driver who arrived was also very kind, helpful, and reassuring.

An elderly man I care for — in the middle of **35 sessions of daily chemotherapy** — had his car locked up over a flat tire and a tangle of requirements that made it look like he might never see his car again. Instead of piling on more obstacles, he showed real flexibility and compassion, he got a disabled and vulnerable mans transportation released and delivered straight to the dealership for repair. If you're reading this? You know the tow industry doesn't have a heart like A Superior has.

Scammers charged me $460 for a vehicle they didn't even have for 14 hours. How do you guys come up with these numbers the federal government needs to start regulating this. What they charging is 4 hours a day or something because it's not adding up

Worst towning company. Don't let them tow your vehicle, especially if you have a truck, they will mess up your drive shaft and other parts. Their towing drivers are very incompetent
Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Tray and Donny Sr. I have always heard bad stories about tow companies my experience with Superior Towing was nothing but short of a pleasure they are honest helpful and understanding they assisted me and my brother with his car that was towed. My boyfriend was in an awful accident. This tow truck company preys on stressed, confused, and hurt individuals to make money off of them. The tow truck driver did not explain to my boyfriend that he would have to pay almost 400 dollars he did not explain to my boyfriend where his car was going or the daily rate for storage. The car is totaled and we have no way to get it out of the tow companies storage unit without paying another tow company and paying them 400 dollars to release a totaled car. Makes me sick to my stomach how much of a scam this company is. They wait on the highways (which is illegal) to see the first hurt and confused person in a car accident to rip off
I just watched Gabriel put a suv that was flipped over on one of your trucks, and I've never seen anybody as highly professional and as superior as he was removing that vehicle and flipping it over so that it didn't hit the ground hard. And made sure that it was on there, good. He was checking everything before he flipped it. If I ever need a tow truck, your company would be one that I would call. And I would ask for Gabriel, I thought that he did a great job.

Not only is this place a team, it’s a family. And they make you feel like one of theirs as well. I went thru a pretty traumatic experience Sunday morning. Involved in a pretty nasty car accident, and every single one there has been nothing but sincere and so kind to help ease a traumatic situation.

BEWARE — FAKE REVIEWS & ABUSIVE TACTICS
This place is a total scam. They made everyone wait outside in 90° heat, then forced us to leave a 5-star review to get our cars back — after we already paid their insane storage fees. I personally saw them take people’s phones and post the reviews themselves. That’s not customer satisfaction — that’s manipulation and coercion. None of the good reviews here are real. Superior Towing should be investigated. Absolutely disgraceful.
My personal experience when I was in an accident and I had to get my stuff out of my totalled vehicle from an accident that wasn't my fault. 0.5 stars. They weren't rude. I was struggling with a 3 wheeled walker. Stitches still in my face.
However I work nights. I came home tonight to slightly more than a few police cars and a 3 wheeled scooter thing and a dude sitting looking sad and in trouble leaning on a street light. I don't know what he did, but it looked like his left front tire was flat. Anyhow I actually watched it get towed. I think the guys name was Rohan. He was so super careful and respectful to the vehicle. I was super impressed. He's a good employee. Treat him well. He gets 5 stars.

I got stranded in the middle of the turnpike, Tony from Superior Towing came to assist. As dangerous to the situation, since we were in that middle of the expressway, he proceeded to explain how they worked in a very professional manner. Then he towed my car quickly.
