This towing service was great. The driver was very nice and helpful with the payment link. The price was very reasonable and came out on the 4th of July within an hour. I appreciate you and will definitely use Faith towing again!!! Happy 4th of July!!!

Giving this towing company a high mark. The company after it got our assignment, text us with who there were and an appropriate arrival time (90-110 minutes). Having used other towing services, I wasn't surprised. As the ETA got closer, Rafael, the tow truck driver, called, introduced himself, cited what he was tasked to do, said the vehicle's location and also verified where the car was going. Then he asked if I was at the vehicle. Rafael, after verifying all that, told us where he was and gave an updated ETA (5-10 minutes). Rafael arrived, positioned his truck and got out of his truck and reverified the information, while photographing the vehicle to be towed from all sides. He got right to it hooking up the vehicle, putting the vehicle in neutral and pulled the vehicle up onto the tow truck's platform which had been deployed. When the car was on the platform he secured the vehicle with chains and then brought the platform to its home (level) position on the tow truck with the vehicle on it. Rafael had me electronically sign the required documents. ALL THIS DONE IN A CONSTANT DOWNPOUR. We followed the tow truck for about 5 miles thru the streets and onto the interstate. Rafael drove carefully and about 5 MPH below the posted speed limits. Verified the next day with my mechanic. The car was in his lot parked and the FOB was in his drop box. GOOD JOB!!!

Truly proud of Sergio & Johnny. They worked great with the Sheriff department and their diving team in getting out a completely submerged Suburban and trailer. The detail and the team work that was demonstrated truly insured that everyone was safe in the recovery. Great job guys.

Quick service less than one hour and the driver did his job very professionally. The only problem I have is I did not get a receipt that I can present to my insurance. The driver sent me a text that said the amount but I couldn’t print it out. I did a text reply and ask for an email receipt and they did not reply.

My car suddenly died at my job and Knights came to my rescue! The driver even made sure it wasn't just my battery before towing . . . super awesome company and I'd definitely recommend!!! (. . . and it waaas a fuse issue cause we were STUMPED, lol)

The company said they would call when close and they did just that. The technician that came to get my car was very professional and took care of my car with grace and patience. He was very professional. The quote they gave me was no haggle or a lie. What they quoted me is what I paid. It was a pleasant experience.

Called and scheduled a pickup for the morning. Had left my phone at home the morning of pickup but these guys took care of it. The only problem I had was the driver who had dropped my vehicle off. He did not call me before he was on his way with my vehicle and was going to just drop it anywhere in my yard without asking. He seemed like he was in a very big hurry because he pretty much disregarded everything I was saying about how he didn’t call me. The vehicle got dropped in the correct location because I happened to caught the driver before he was pulling in. Otherwise I would’ve been infuriated. Price was very good but I don’t know if I’ll call them again because of this.

This company provided me with excellent customer service, when another towing company failed to move my car on two different attempts - and they were cheaper than the original company! I am so glad I was able to work with Knights, who went above and beyond to get my car to the appropriate drop location and ease the stress of dealing with a car accident! 10/10 would recommend!

These guys are the people you want towing your car. After sitting on the side of the road for 4 hours waiting on another tow company these guys showed up right away and were truly professional in every sense of the word. I am single woman and was stranded on the side of the highway with 2 flat tires. I was worried and unsure of what to do. I googled tow companies and found this one had great reviews. I called them, the man on the phone was very polite and reassuring. He said they would get someone to me as soon as they could. A man showed up 20mins later. Very professionally he helped me out and explained everything he was doing. He took me to closest shop. They were very affordable, careful with my car, friendly and made a terrible experience alot easier to deal with. I will use them again if I had too.

Great service. Dispatcher was very courteous. Driver arrived much quicker than the time estimate I was given and he had my car back on the road in no time. Very professional. I would definitely call them again.

These guys provide great service! I called to have them tow our truck to a mechanic shop and they were hooking it up within an hour of of me calling. Payment was handled easily and quickly thru their payment processing site. I was notified when the driver was on the way and how long it was going to be before they reached me. And then I was notified again after the truck was dropped off at the shop. Would definitely use them again if we ever have the need!

From start to finish Knight Towing was a winning team. Prompt response to my call. Quick pick up and delivery of my car to the Dealership. The driver gave me good tips on dealing with getting my car repaired. Would use this company again and will tell my friends to call them.

My car suddenly stopped at a stop light while on my way to work. Thankfully a kind stranger help push my car ta side street and off the road of the busy morning rush. I called Knight Towing and they were there in no time. The gentleman from the company was very polite and kind. I would recommend this service.

Awesome service, very patient and took the time to really help. My truck was stuck in park, battery was completed drained, would not go into neutral. The two guy I can't remember his name actually started looking up a resolution on YouTube. Finally I called the dealership and they walked us through the process of putting the truck in neutral. I recommend their services, and will definitely use them again.

A couple of weeks back for the Parker Solar Probe launch, I called around for hours before finding Knights Towing who came out on an early Saturday morning to come help me out. Thomas was prompt, informative of the different services provided by knights towing as well as overall a very lighthearted person who helped make an unfortunate situation into an unforgettable one. They literally got to my hubby within 10 minutes, lady on phone was extremely nice. This being a holiday weekend and having service like this is amazing. Absolutely appreciate them very much. $65 to hook up and $3.50 a mile not bad in my opinion. Thanks for helping us out!!!

My truck broke down a thousand miles from home while on family vacation with my wife and daughter. I called several tow services that were unable to get us before an hour or more before contacting Knight. Their driver showed up 20 minutes before they said they could and charged less than their competitors. Their driver was excellent and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I was quoted a 90 minute window during which they would arrive and they did show up 89 minutes later. Our operator Craig was extremely professional and very nice. He was quick and efficient, getting us to our chosen tire place 2 mi away in a few minutes. Overall a good experience.
