Beware this company doesn't have there stuff together!! There time on the website says they close at 4:30pm but that is false they close at 4:00pm. And also if you haven't been there before make sure you ask for every little detail on were to unload your scrap because the person behind the window will not give very good directions on were to go! There is no signs telling you were is the drop off point or were anything is you can barely find the window for the cashier! The layout is very confusing if you haven't been there before. I also didn't see anything telling you how much they were paying for what ever your bringing in.I wasted a bunch of time and gas to drive all the way there just to get turned away by the time I finally found were I was supposed to unload! And it was only 4:05 pm.If I knew they closed at 4:00pm insted of what there website says (4:30) I would have waited until another day that I could be there alot sooner. Very bad business practices if you ask me. Im taking my stuff somewhere else and not ever going to mess with this joke of a place!!! Was trying to make a little extra cash and it ended up costing me money instead!! "Update" I had gotten an email from a manager or coordinator someone with a title and was told if I came back and give them another chance that I would get 2¢ more on the lbs for my metal and so I did and It was even worse of an ecperians!!! Florida had some weird ridiculous rules on this stuff! It was like I was being arrested. The only thing that was different was no finger prints and I got to leave! And watch how and where you walk or how and where you unload there is alot there too! Its just junk metal if you was able to load it and transport it to there I think you know how not to get hurt! Also showed the guy my email and was waiting on my paper stating they was sending me a check instead of cash!!! and he wanted me to get out of line and go to the back of the line to wait on an email from the person who sent me the email!! Now what would I be junking metal for if I had the know how and ability to fake an email to myself to steal 2¢ from them?? So I didn't get out of line and just didn't get the the money I was promised which if I did wait I was on the clock and it probably would have gotten me wrote up for taking to long and lost more money somehow agian!!! But I do think that if they could find a real manager that knows how to streamline production and maximize profits it wouldn't be to bad.

Sold cans for 72 cents a pound. Decently quick.

Called three separate places, and they told me they were the highest. When I drove 15 miles to get there, they ended up being the lowest. I will not return.

Law enforcement should check this place out. They straight took my aluminum and have me the lowest sheet metal price available. The new gut was nice but couldn't understand what was done. The guy on the phone was nice but said his boss didn't have time. Well I am making the time to let everyone know this place is beyond evil should be shut down permanently. Have a nice life .. I am still disheveled that they had no compassion to figure it out..

I would like to start by saying I live in St. Cloud. There is four other recycle places a lot closer to me! Every person I’ve dealt with are great employees, knowledgeable, helpful, and very fair which means a lot in These harsh times! This company is a great family and I feel that I’m part of that when I go there. I just wanna share one more thing, it was very very hot today and this young man brought me a water and ice pop and it really just made my day. Thank you for letting me share. John v Ryan

I called there to make sure I will be able sell a coil out of an outside AC unit, straight to point after I jumped through the hoops, I got my ticket went to the cashier and this one guy (Black hair) took over asking all kinds of questions, then call to the back to make sure I'm not lieing, more delay, he then print out a check, lay it front of me, and says I will mail it to you, don't want to pull the race card but from reading other complaints. IJS

They gave me almost $4 a pound for bb it was really hot and they brought us out frozen ice pops there yard is very low risk of getting flat and spending more then you’re making but these are the go to guys in Brevard as far as I am concerned!!!!

I live in south Palm Bay and have been to TMR a few times now and have had nothing but great customer service and satisfaction. I’ve had questions on multiple occasions that the workers had no issue answering and were knowledgeable in the field. I’ve not had a bad interaction even on the hottest days. I went today to drop a load of steel and they had a customer appreciation event going on, by far the best yard I’ve been to and the best people to interact with. Thank you for the positive interactions, I’ll be coming back!

Friendly service and best rates around. It’s also one of the cleanest scrap metal yards. I’ve been in very little risk of blowing a tire and costing you more money than you earned when you drive in special things to Gustavo for working with me and getting things on the correct account, etc..

A man named DON works in the back where u turn in things like aluminum from AC's. Hes has a horrible horrible attitude. He's very prejudice. Everytime my husband goes with things to sell he always harasses him. Nothing is ever done to correct his attitude. It leads me to believe everyone that works there has an issue with black people. I wish the company could see this review and do something about it, today once again the guy Don is at it again! He needs to b let go or at lease he needs to have consequences for his actions, he is a very prejudice person, they still have not done anything about him. Minorities watch out because he a very nasty person This dude Don is still there harassing minorites I would have thought the company would have given him a write up or at least spoken to him about his behavior but no they didn't so heads up scrappers who r of color be ready to be treated unkind when u come here smh... They had this dude Don away from us minority scrapers but now they have him back again to harass and treat nasty us who r of the minority, I was hoping that they appreciate the reviews of their customer's and at least talk to him about his attitude towards us smh...

So I have some old original catalytic converters from my ford Explorer and I was quoted $206 for two by a online company that pays for the shipping. Now these are originals with lots of good metals so I figure I can get more locally. Probably a lot more. Maybe $500-$600 ...So the guy at Trademark says, and I quote "I can probably give you ten bucks for them". So, I was like " that's all you pay for cats?" ...yeah ten bucks. I wasted time and gas driving to this hell hole?

I have an account here to scrap my junk autos. For no title cars there’s a derelict fee. They were charging me 100$ derelict fee and When I finally caught it I brought it to there attention. They corrected the fee to 25$. I was supposed to be compensated for the adjustment 2-300$ for the past cars they charged me 100$ derelict fee for.. the company nor has the buyer has reached out to me to correct this. To pay me my own money. This was months ago, I go today with a title for a vehicle, they give me a hard time. I say charge me a derelict fee no worries.. they can’t do that either… I called another company UNWANTED CARS they had me sign an affidavit to correct the title and on my way I went. I will no longer bring vehicles to this facility. I will be selling all my vehicles to UNWANTED CARS INC

Easy place for pick up but SUPER DUSTY. Check in at the cashier and then scale your truck empty. After loaded scale again then go to cashier to get your paperwork. Id and eve a fingerprint asked. ??‍♂️

I can honestly say as long as I've been scrapping I haven't Ben ripped off or treated bad the employees he been great honest I haven't had to wait long and prices have been the best and consistent In brevard county but that's just my opinion

Perfect, not much traffic, easy in and out. The only concern I have is the nails on the road.

Very helpful staff, 1000 times better than the scrap place by the Sarno dump. Fair prices, I got almost 600.00 for 3 sliding glass door size sheets of aluminum extrusion used for hurricane shutters. The employee of 15 years even gave me advice and helped me pull out the non extruded pieces. If he wouldn't have told me I would have received about 200.00 and been non the wiser. He even busted his tail helping me. Thanks to this guy TMP restored my faith in taking in recyclables. Two thumbs ? up.

Dishonest, poorly organized. They treat everyone and anyone who brings scap as junkie. They use a rare earth magnet on aluminum and claim its steel. Not impressed, much better when it was Yorke Doliner. Prepare to get ripped off.

Service was excellent, as I was greeted with friendly faces all around. For people new to the facility, head to the cashier for instructions, otherwise it's quite confusing to navigate.

This is the highest paying scrap yard in the area. Some employees are grumpy but you got to get to know them, they work hard everyday and deal with folks new to the business constantly, so patience of any human being can be used up in that respect. It is the same in most scrap yards. They also have a points system to get gift cards, hats, t shirts etc.

Great to take your recycles good price for what the market is offering out. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful and will take the time to make sure that each of your metals that you're recycling are in the right containers so that you get paid the most very very helpful great place to do business with. And sometimes they will actually do a cookout have hamburgers and hot dogs so that's also a nice treat when they do that.

I disassembled 4 aluminum screen doors and took them here for recycling. I got $13. Wasn’t worth the trouble, especially considering you are photographed and have to give your fingerprint.

If I could give zero stars I would. Took me 2 weeks to get ahold of the right person to get a metal dumpster to my job site. Then when I was ready to call it off, they would just keep transferring me to someone else until that person didn’t answer the phone and I would leave a voicemail and never get contacted back. 6 days later and me threatening to take there whole dumpster to another scrap company someone finally got in touch with me to get it pulled.

Don is my man crush, and he will definitely accept "gifts", no tipping... I'm only kidding, aside from the crush bit. They do give the best prices for salvage however! The other scrap yards sell to them, if that's any answer about the economics of the situation.

I have had much PLEASURE doing business at Trademark for 7 years now, as a Licensed Scrap Buyer with the exception of most recently I let m6 License expire! The company allowed me to keep some of my dealer prices! They have ALWAYS treated me respectfully :) They have been under New Management whom sets the Prices, which concerns me...I try to compare prices through the various dealers in the area, which I haven't been doing recently, yet need to !!!! Happy SCRAPPING everyone.....

Took a car there to scrap, rented a tow dolly and drove about 60 miles round trip for them to drop the payment by 150 dollars of what they said on the phone. and this was after they already destroyed the car, so there was no reason for me to take it back. They also had me wait in line for around 45 minutes to an hour, which i wouldnt have minded if they kept their word. woulda saved money by having Cocoa auto salvage come and pick the car up and haul it away.
