I purchased a new Altima in January which had flaws in the paint/clear coat. Jay was very helpful working with Nissan regarding the warranty. Frank did the work and it was excellent. Both Jay and Frank did a great job keeping me informed. Lisa and Martha were very helpful too. Everyone was very professional. My car looked better when I picked it up than it did brand new!!!
Brought in My wife’s 2025 Nissan Rogue because there was an issue with the alignment of my passenger rear door. It was making a weird noise and the latch was missed aligned. Brought the car in to Erdman Collision Center and lisa and Frank were my to main point of contact and the phenomenal great customer service and Frank did everything he could to make sure the door was in a better state. I called and spoke with Frankie and he was so nice. I explained that I had received a customer support notice about the peeling white paint on the door frames of my 2018 Tacoma. I also told him about a spot on my hood(which wasn’t covered) and they took care of it.
10 days later I have my truck back and it looks beautiful.

NO STARS!!!!?????? CORPORATE needs A CALL!! Very unprofessional.. we spend a bunch of money on a vehicle and these people act like it's nothing ... I'm crying right now.. they destroyed my vehicle...went in for a recall ...on the paint fOR my 2017 Toyota Corolla...I was very disappointed in the little detail that they paid attention to.. over spray paint on my mirrors, rims, and door frame.. paint chips left inside the car.. windshield was taken off and chipped .. the cab now smells like fuel I can't tell if it's an exhaust leak like they lifted the car in the air and punctured the the exhaust or whatever they did or didn't do right!!?... I'm just so irritated.. there was no issues with the vehicle besides the paint when we took it in...got it back with a big ol dent in the door .. it looks like they did more damage to it.. ...... I never leave reviews....I don't like doing this, it does not make me happy.. but when you spend your hard-earned money on a vehicle and go to get it fixed from something out of your control, a paint recall...And it comes back messed up more than when you brought it in wouldn't you be upset about it also? I've never had anything given to me... I work hard for what I have.... it's just very stressful.
Honestly, I full heartedly regret bringing my vehicle here. The only reason this place should receive A star is for Ben…. As for Martha and Frankie I am completely disappointed by their behavior. Martha’s lack of compassion and discourteous with every interaction I had with her made my experience absolutely miserable. Not to mention she called me to have me do her job of contacting the insurance company due to her indolences. Unfortunately, it only got worse with Frankie’s rudeness and lack of integrity which was full of empty promises. Between the lack of professionalism and communication I would not suggest bringing your vehicle here. Some people just truly do not like their jobs and it shows here. Ps. My vehicle was not fixed correctly the first time which I had to bring it back which they had no care in the world that they didn’t get the job done correctly the first time.

Customer service was above and beyond. All my needs were met and I am very happy and pleased with the service I received. It’s definitely a 3 star center. Poor communication. Upcharging is crazy. And not completely honest about small electronical parts and issues. But over all they are amazing at matching paint and doing a good coat. Still waiting on a call back from 3 weeks ago though. Simple stuff ruins business. So it’s 3 stars for the paint work.
Frank was great to work with and made sure everything was perfect before we left. He and his team made sure we understood the whole process and that the work was done on time.

Save yourself the headache and disappointment, do not bring your vehicle here for any kind of body damage repair. Honestly, you’d be better off taking your vehicle to a nearby 7-11 and asking the clerk if he/she can work on your car when they get off-shift.
Repairs not completed as agreed to and was given numerous times to correct the mistakes and they still didn’t make it right. I would never take my vehicles there again.
Very good quality and reliability. Took my car here last week got it back in a timely manner, allot of shops are backed up and have a waiting list. Even though erdman collision center is busy the work was outstanding. See Francis he is professional respectful and knowledgeable. I love the new staff I will refer whoever I know to this repair shop
Actually a good body shop, made my 2022 Toyota taco look brand new after a bad rear end, customer service is unmatched here, now trust them with my truck for anything.
I chose this auto body shop as I own a Toyota and the local Toyota dealership recommended them, as they are sister companies. I had to wait for an appointment to drop off my car although it seemed nothing was done for days after I dropped off my car. It took them 3 weeks to get proper paperwork to my insurance company, which was the major reason a six day job became a six week job. My telling them my insurance policy was not covering a rental car did not help getting more timely service. I would not recommend to others.
Do not take your car here. I was quoted a time frame and every time they extended it. They do not call to let you know anything and when you do call they don’t pick up or return any phone calls. Very bad customer service!!!!! Took weeks to get my car back from them and it was ok work. Don’t GO HERE for anything !!!
They repaired the back hatch on my pathfinder. After calling and calling for 2 months I finally got a date and rental set up. When I got there they gave me a hard time about a rental. I also wanted a chip on the bumper painted that I was going to pay out of pocket for. They gave me a quote the first time I was there but it was so long and the guy didn’t write it up. He said he would call to give me a quote and didn’t. When the car was ready they didn’t fix the bumper. I was told I had to give the rental back so there’s no way I could get the bumper painted. Very unprofessional staff. I will call Nissan with other body shops next time.
After taking my car in to have the bumper fixed, not once, but twice for the same problem, it is still not right. We have called and called and are not having our calls returned. Shoddy work and poor customer service.
