Best customer service i have ever received. Last week our transmission went out and put us on the side of the road on I-95 in a dangerous spot. He immediately came and picked us and our vehicle up, took the vehicle to a dealership to get serviced, and even took my family to the cruise terminal so we could make it to our vacation on time. Our entire vacation would’ve been ruined if it weren’t for this man. Thank you so much! God bless!
Showed up when promised and got me out of a jam. Tow dolly binder broke and vehicle rolled forward, carefully got it over the dolly and onto bed and delivered where instructed. Would definitely use in the future. Truck, equipment, and skill were top notch!
Police towed my car in on a Friday, they held my car all weekend while they were closed and then charged me 500$ to get it released.
115$ hookup fee, 30$ admin fee, 75$ labor fee, and 50$ gate fee for the honor of opening their gate to release my car.
Woman at the front desk said the state of Florida is who I should be arguing with and then demanded I pay the 500$ in cash.
She looked like she wanted to cry when I asked how she slept at night.
Only gets one star because I literally cannot give them a negative rating.
Absolute scum of the earth business and people.
Good luck dealing with this company, they will hold your vehicle hostage. They will tell you one price on the phone and when you go to pick up your car, the price doubles. I would never recommend a company that takes advantage of other people‘s misfortune like this company does. Shame on them!
My car was towed on a Saturday and when I went to pick it up Monday afternoon it reeked of cigarettes and I could tell someone had been joy riding in my car because it was no longer on Bluetooth but the radio. Use at your own risk !!
I was headed out for a trip in my RV. It was fully loaded with groceries and clothes and ready to go, and when I got inside and tried to start it, it was totally dead. The battery is only a few months old. I called Brevard Towing and spoke to Don. I told him I had a Jeep and brand new jumper cables in the Jeep, but I didn’t know how to jump a vehicle so I wanted to have somebody come out and do it for me. He told me that I need to know how to do it anyways, and that he was going to walk me through it. He told me to get the Jeep next to the RV, get the hoods opened and the jumper cables out and ready to go and then call him back and he would walk me through how to jumpstart my RV. He texted me from his personal phone so that I would have his cell number and I called him back and he walked me through it, it started right up. He spent quite a while talking to me about why a brand new battery would be dead and all the reasons and things that I could’ve left on that used up the battery to trickle down to a dead battery. He was absolutely amazing‼️ He saved me money and taught me something that I should already have known how to do?. What an honest man and I have put his number in my phone so if ever I need a tow, he is the only person I will call!
They were very respectful and handled my car as much as 1 could hope for with a break down. The car was cared for as if we're his own vehicle which was very helpful in an already stressful situation

Todd w/ Brevard Towing was great and provided excellent care and service to us 6/10/24 when car shut down electrically and couldn’t be maneuvered. He took care not to just hitch and drag which would’ve caused more damages, didn’t rush just to get us out of the way. I was called when truck on way and after delivered to repair shop which put our minds at ease. I highly recommend this company for any towing needs. Great job!!!
Brevard Towing was extremely fast, efficient, and friendly. Wasn't able to jump start my car but Todd offered to try using his jump starter before we pulled the trigger on towing it. It actually started the car and allowed me to drive right to the dealer instead of having to pay full price for a tow. Was extremely impressed with the genuine urge to be helpful and not to scam me. Would happily use them again

They charged me $800 and almost 2 hrs to pull my car out of the sand! I kept asking how much would it cost and the head guy (I don;t remember his name, but claimed he was the owner) kept saying he couldn't tell me for sure. It was me and my cousin, early evening, a hundred miles from home. I had no choice but to pay it and felt uncomfortable debate, but it was clearly a rip off and he (they) took advantage. I totally understand business is business...but so is shady business! No, I definitely do't recommend these folk. Scam artists!
Thank you Don, owner of Brevard Towing, for coming to our rescue this early Sunday morning. Our vehicle broke down near Hwy 528 and Hwy 520 exit at 6:00am. Searched internet for local tow companies and called him up. He came to our rescue. A great guy, great towing company, with new trucks and equipment. Reasonable towing price back to Merritt Island, FL. Being a Sunday there are not that many auto shops open, so when I asked he recommended a local auto shop. With his help we will be able to get our vehicle back on the road by the end of the day. Thank Goodness because I didn't want to rent a car for work while I waited to get the vehicle into a shop Monday morning. As a female I felt comfortable and safe with Don and his towing company.
