Extremely disappointing experience. I walked throughout the entire parking lot looking at vehicles while multiple salesmen were outside, and not a single person acknowledged me, greeted me, or offered assistance. I felt completely ignored as a potential customer. For a luxury brand like BMW, I expected at least basic customer service. I ended up leaving without speaking to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere

Excellent experience buying a new BMW iX M60 at Melbourne BMW.
Michael, Sales Director, kept the process efficient and enjoyable. Christian, Sales Rep, was highly knowledgeable about BMW’s electric technology, charging, and the iX M’s performance features—no pressure, just clear, expert guidance.

I had a malfunction message on my X2. Melbourne BMW fixed it quickly and also found another critical issue with my car, which they repaired. They were courteous, efficient, and very helpful. Excellent customer service!

Want to correct the record and raise the ratings from 3 to 4 stars. After doing some research I found out that the driver assistance plus feature (hands free driving) only available on major highways which means I couldn't have tested it while on the way from the dealership. Once I got on a road where it is available the feature did start to work, so they did fix it but simply couldn't explain or weren't aware of the functionality limitations.
Nice place, not sure their level of competency in the newer features though.
We have a few months old vehicle equipped with Driver assistance pro package. Drove down here from Northeast. Somewhere in the middle of Carolinas the Driver Assist Plus features stoped working while regular Driver Assist still worked.
Melbourne BMW is about 30 minutes from our place here so I called, described the problem and Scheduled an appointment with them .
Drove over at 8 am in the morning, they asked me if I was waiting, 'yes I am' and the question should have been asked when I made the appointment.
It took about an hour before my car was taken inside and another hour until they told me it was done, they just had to reset some errors, which I found questionable but accepted since I thought they are supposed to be the experts.
Tried to test the Driver Assistance Plus features on the way back, turns out still doesn't work. Called back after some back and forth was told I could comeback a couple of weeks later to leave the car for a few days because they will not have a loaner before that.
I refused, because I have other plans. Ended up wasting almost 4 hours of my time.
The last thing they said 'we didn't manufacture the car'. That is what definitely one wants to hear from a dealer, especially a luxury one...Jan 01, 2026 -
Our check engine light was on and when we pulled in on our trip through Florida, from Virginia, it turned out we needed a recall item replaced. It was the week after Christmas and they were booked solid but because we were on the road and had no other options, they took us in and within a day fixed the car. Perfect service.

Had an issue with my lug key. Tom in the parts depth was so kind and helpful. He helped me identify the correct code for my vehicle's lug key and helped with getting a replacement key. Wonderful service!!!

Let me start off by saying if you’re in the state of Florida and need a new bmw you must reach out to Tre Rich from Melbourne BMW. This is my 34th bmw and this was best sales experience. Can't compliment Joey and Christian enough. They're funny, communicative, and straight forward. They didn't sell me the car they sold me the product and won me away from their competition. They are even giving me a "goodie bag" for my purchase with different BMW accessories. I am looking forward to picking up the vehicle tomorrow. I am glad I contacted this dealer.

On October 26, 2025, my car was totaled in the flood waters in Titusville. Going through the process of getting the car paid off by the insurance company was long and intense. My client advisory, John was very patient and knowledgeable. He was very helpful in explaining the options available to me plus he is a kind person. I have used John before at Melbourne BMW and will do so again if/when I purchase another car.

It’s always a pleasure bringing my BMW 435i to BMW of Melbourne for service. I recently purchased the 3-year Oil Change special with the help of Chris Keefe, who made the process smooth and straightforward. I brought my car in for its first service yesterday, even though the shop was fully booked, Chris went out of his way to fit me in. He even arranged a ride home for me, which was a thoughtful touch.
Jean, the designated driver, was fantastic, friendly, professional, and a great conversationalist. As a small token of appreciation, I gave him a bunch of fresh coconuts, which he graciously accepted with a smile.

I’ve been a BMW owner for a long time. Back up north, my wife and I worked with the same salesperson and service advisor for almost 10 years—across six different cars. So when we moved to Florida, I knew starting over with a new dealership and new relationships could be challenging.
Melbourne BMW made that transition effortless.
The service team has repaired our car on two separate occasions and has always given honest, practical advice—including guidance on when it made sense to trade it in. When we were finally ready to make the move, Erica and Joey delivered the same transparency, honesty, and quality of care we were accustomed to from our previous dealership.
After our purchase, I received a marketing email offering reimbursement for certain service costs if the vehicle had been traded in. Since we had already purchased our new car before seeing that email, I didn’t expect anything to come of it—but I mentioned it to Erica and Joey anyway. They immediately took it to the service department, investigated the promotion, and told me they’d look into it.
Honestly, I didn’t expect it to go anywhere. I figured I’d follow up in a week or two and that would be that.

The facility is spotless and comfortable. The entire staff is friendly and polite. The service is top notch. I actually look forward to going to Melbourne BMW for my annual service. Every year, when we have our car serviced, we go to a different restaurant for lunch. It gives us an opportunity to explore Melbourne. Our service person, Eric, is always very friendly, informative and helpful. This trip we had two wonderful drivers, Willie and Angelina, who dropped us off for lunch and picked us up when the vehicle was ready. I recently serviced my BMW X5 M60i at Melbourne BMW for a recall issue, and the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly courteous upon my arrival at the Service Department. The Service Manager, Eric, had meticulously prepared everything and promptly handed me the keys to my loaner car. Throughout the servicing process, which took a few days, Eric provided regular and reassuring updates on the progress. Upon completion, they even took the extra step of washing my car. When I arrived to pick it up, Eric personally handed me the paperwork and brought my car right to the door, ready and running for me. Both the Service and Sales Departments at Melbourne BMW consistently deliver outstanding and professional service!

I drove over 3 hours just to get the best of the best—and it was so worth it. Jo was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable—there honestly aren’t enough words to describe how amazing the whole experience was. The manager took the time to explain everything clearly, and the credit department was super detailed and helpful. Just an all-around SUPER AWESOME experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Our best car-buying experience? YES!
Almost accidentally, we found a listing on the website for pre-owned car we had been searching for. Our first call connected us with Mark Kienast in sales. From that first moment his service to us was the best we have encountered at any car dealership - extremely helpful, informative and friendly. The car had just been brought in, wasn’t prepped, and it was also raining. Mark offered not only to show it to us, but move it under the shelter of the service entrance. We arrived, looked over the car and took a satisfying test drive. Mark told us they would do whatever needed to make the car the best it could be. We called the next day for another look, but the car was in the service area having new tires fitted. Mark escorted us to examine the car more closely, and agin pledged to detail it thoroughly, including repairing some minor nicks and blemishes in the paint. We were sold, and placed a deposit. Over the next week, Mark stayed in touch while the car was being carefully refreshed. He saw to it the car was flawless inside and out. When it was ready, the theme of amazing customer care continued. The car was presented in the center of the showroom and looked simply stunning. My last request was checking the possibility of replacing the wheels with a different set of OEM BMW ones, and Mark immediately worked with the parts department to find them. They did, and at the best price too!
Its a bit of a long review, but I’ve never had a car buying experience nearly this great. So friendly and knowledgeable, but most of all, the service was ABOVE AND BEYOND. This was a fairly simple transaction-basically buying a pre-owned vehicle. But Mark and the entire team at Melbourne BMW were exceptional throughout. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.Sep 28, 2025 -
On time check-in for oil change. Courteous service advisor (Eric). Was informed about a recall (software update) and made an appointment for that. Time given to finish the service was met. Waited in the lounge, nice fresh baked cookies. Car was returned cleaned on the inside; dirt mats were washed as well as the exterior.

I had a great experience at Melbourne bmw , I worked with Erica , she was phenomenal. Her and I connected on many levels . She made the car buying experience easy. We were able to come to an agreement on a used car and I left happy ! And I wasn’t there all day so that’s a huge plus for me ! I even received some delicious brownies in the mail as a thank you ! So that was a very fun surprise to find ! I def recommend Melbourne bmw even if I didn’t buy a bmw lol

I am very disappointed and disgusted with the service that I received on May 31 2025 on my 2022 BMW . I scheduled an appointment a week in advance with making them aware of my time frame and schedule. BMW told me the service would take approximately 2hr and the total of the service. I brought my car in on time for the appointment at 10am drop it off expecting to receive my car back within the 2hr timeframe. I understand things happen but no communication at all is unacceptable . I call to check on the status of my vehicle around 12pm in which I was total my car was not even serviced yet and it could be around 4 pm that I get my car back . Unacceptable bad and poor service customer communication and no consideration for anything that I had to do that day. Which was to attend my family funeral service that I end up missing because my car didn’t start getting service until 2:03 pm and they called me at 3:30pm to pick up my car. On top of this experience of bad poor customer service that was incredibly inconsistent to anything that I had scheduled on my agenda ,my 6 year old child end up finding a smoking Vape in the seat of the car from whom ever service or detailed it. I’m a non-smoker and my child should never have access to things that can harm them because someone left it my car after a service I am paying for unacceptable. BMW took / discounted by $30 for the inconvenience lol . I spoke with The service manager today, Monday, June 2 2025, after calling in this morning leaving a message with the service desk and leaving a message on the answering machine. He never responded. It took me to call back around 4pm to explain what happened in which he said to me well I’m sorry but you did get the service done what would you like me to do in a Brush off way. I have had my car serviced at BMW in Naples Fl and received the most positive Pleasant experience with Quality customer service treatment. Melbourne BMW with out a doubt picks who and how they treat each customer . It’s very sad to see that we are still picking who we treat with with quality service. There is a picture of the smoking vape that was left in my car . I am the only driver of my car . this car is not used regularly and only used on occasions and stays in my garage. No one but my 6 year old drive in my backseat so no one could have left it in my car. Yet it doesn’t matter disgusting.
