I started a journey of wanting a BMW. That led me to Sanad of Melbourne BMW. I called into the dealership one day looking at a used BMW when I lived in Sanford. I finally made my way over to Melbourne BMW and Sanad took the time to show me the multiple vehicles I was considering. He was attentive, respectful, and knowledgeable. I ended up deciding to order a custom build with him. The entire process was easy and he kept me updated as I ordered a special build. When my car finally arrived Angelina took the time to make the onboarding informative and easy. I’ll definitely buy another vehicle from them.

This was the best BMW experience. I got stranded with a flat tire in Melbourne on my way to Miami. The Staff took extra care of me and ensured I was able to return home. Service from all staff I interacted with was exceptional.

Never, ever again! Finance woman Kim is a terrible communicator and beyond rude! Guess she only needs to be kind when you spend money there. Claims other BMW dealers are wrong. Funny how that BMW decided to help me when she refused. Can’t listen to voicemail or dial the number right the. Doesn’t even apologize. Run around from the whole staff to get in touch with someone. Seriously does the GM step into anything? They act like you should be grateful they gave you the time of day! Glad I traded with a different dealer who when I called back said they would help me. Funny they were able to do what Kim said they lied about!

I recently serviced my BMW X5 M60i at Melbourne BMW for a recall issue, and the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly courteous upon my arrival at the Service Department. The Service Manager, Eric, had meticulously prepared everything and promptly handed me the keys to my loaner car. Throughout the servicing process, which took a few days, Eric provided regular and reassuring updates on the progress. Upon completion, they even took the extra step of washing my car. When I arrived to pick it up, Eric personally handed me the paperwork and brought my car right to the door, ready and running for me. Both the Service and Sales Departments at Melbourne BMW consistently deliver outstanding and professional service!

I drove over 3 hours just to get the best of the best—and it was so worth it. Jo was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable—there honestly aren’t enough words to describe how amazing the whole experience was. The manager took the time to explain everything clearly, and the credit department was super detailed and helpful. Just an all-around SUPER AWESOME experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Our best car-buying experience? YES! Almost accidentally, we found a listing on the website for pre-owned car we had been searching for. Our first call connected us with Mark Kienast in sales. From that first moment his service to us was the best we have encountered at any car dealership - extremely helpful, informative and friendly. The car had just been brought in, wasn’t prepped, and it was also raining. Mark offered not only to show it to us, but move it under the shelter of the service entrance. We arrived, looked over the car and took a satisfying test drive. Mark told us they would do whatever needed to make the car the best it could be. We called the next day for another look, but the car was in the service area having new tires fitted. Mark escorted us to examine the car more closely, and agin pledged to detail it thoroughly, including repairing some minor nicks and blemishes in the paint. We were sold, and placed a deposit. Over the next week, Mark stayed in touch while the car was being carefully refreshed. He saw to it the car was flawless inside and out. When it was ready, the theme of amazing customer care continued. The car was presented in the center of the showroom and looked simply stunning. My last request was checking the possibility of replacing the wheels with a different set of OEM BMW ones, and Mark immediately worked with the parts department to find them. They did, and at the best price too! Its a bit of a long review, but I’ve never had a car buying experience nearly this great. So friendly and knowledgeable, but most of all, the service was ABOVE AND BEYOND. This was a fairly simple transaction-basically buying a pre-owned vehicle. But Mark and the entire team at Melbourne BMW were exceptional throughout. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

I had to take my new BMW in for service to fix a minor issue. I alerted my salesperson Mark who scheduled an appointment the very next morning with Service to fix it. Service team member Eric was great to deal with. He assessed the issue and was able to fix it straight away. This outstanding service is what I’ve come to expect at this dealership. I don't typically write reviews, but I just had to. We were here 8 months ago and last time it was meh was chaotic and being greeted there was gloomy and dull. But, we saw a new face Julie Ann at the Service Area was such a kind soul and lively to be around, definitely made the experience better for me and my husband overall. Huge shoutout to her for just being great!!

My wife and I came in the other day and at first it was chaotic as expected a few seemed to not have a good time so we didnt expect much. But to our surprise we ended up having a really great experience because of Julie Ann at the service desk she was highly professional and just a joy to talk to. So ill be coming back again for service just because of that!

On time check-in for oil change. Courteous service advisor (Eric). Was informed about a recall (software update) and made an appointment for that. Time given to finish the service was met. Waited in the lounge, nice fresh baked cookies. Car was returned cleaned on the inside; dirt mats were washed as well as the exterior.

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love my 2024 BMW X7, which I paid off in full that I picked out and ordered from another dealership because this dealership stated that I was being too picky and that I could never get my car within three weeks. Wrong, I went to Orlando ordered all of the specs myself and had the car delivered within 3 weeks. However, since the day I purchased it, the air conditioning has never worked properly. After the vehicle sits in the sun, it struggles to cool down, often taking more than 30 minutes with little to no relief. I have brought my vehicle back to the BMW dealership multiple times for this same problem, yet every visit ends with them insisting that “nothing is wrong” and that the system is “within normal range.” Apparently BMW is known to put this on their paperwork. Despite this, I have video proof showing that after 30 minutes of driving, the electronic thermostat does not reflect proper cooling. Out of frustration, I had to hire a lemon law attorney, but BMW continues to deny there is an issue. Instead of addressing the problem, they make me feel as though I’m imagining it yet when I search online, I find countless other BMW owners across the U.S. reporting this exact same issues with the same exact response from Bmw, which indicates that it is a manufacturer defect and they are refusing to take responsibility. Most recently, the dealership once again told me they “could not duplicate the problem.” Ironically, when I took my car to another luxury car dealership non BMW related they duplicated the complaint on the very first day. After running the vehicle for 30 minutes, they confirmed exactly what I’ve been saying all Along, that the A/C is not cooling properly when it exposed to hot temperatures and left in the sun. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. BMW refuses to take accountability, and the dealership continuously dismisses legitimate concerns. For the price of these vehicles, this kind of treatment and lack of resolution is unacceptable. I will never purchase a BMW ever again and I highly encourage everyone who was thinking about buying a BMW to search the kind of vehicle you would like to purchase to see if there’s any ongoing issues nationwide.

We are so happy with our purchase, it was a long trip to get here, so it was risky. The experience was five star, and even more. From the initial email to the final purchase, it was a pleasure doing business with the whole team. Ambria, our client advisor was absolutely great, her communication was quick and honest and she kept us entertained while waiting for finance. The sales manager, Joey was humorous and not intimidating. Signing the documents was very easy and quick. Then Angelina, the genius, went over every app in the car, she was so sweet and patient. Over the years we have had many terrible car buying experiences (local and long distance) honestly this was the best place ever. Thank you all at Melbourne BMW!

Honestly? This was one of the smoothest dealership service experiences I’ve ever had. My Service Advisor, Chris Keefe, was super friendly, organized, and kept me in the loop the whole time. No pressure, no upsells, just honest and efficient service. The turnaround was quick, the shuttle was a lifesaver, and they didn’t try to sell me a new transmission when I came in for brakes — which I appreciate. 10/10 would bring my car back here again.

I went to this dealership with a different car and brand in mind, and my experience was so wonderful that I ended up buying a car here instead. Sanad was my salesman and from the start he made me feel comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised, as I am used to aggressive salesmen, but he was quite kind as he worked on every little whimsical request I made for hours, while giving me honest advise. The Manager also worked on getting us the best deal possible while accommodating our requests. I absolutely recommend BMW Melbourne for an easygoing experience.

I am very disappointed and disgusted with the service that I received on May 31 2025 on my 2022 BMW . I scheduled an appointment a week in advance with making them aware of my time frame and schedule. BMW told me the service would take approximately 2hr and the total of the service. I brought my car in on time for the appointment at 10am drop it off expecting to receive my car back within the 2hr timeframe. I understand things happen but no communication at all is unacceptable . I call to check on the status of my vehicle around 12pm in which I was total my car was not even serviced yet and it could be around 4 pm that I get my car back . Unacceptable bad and poor service customer communication and no consideration for anything that I had to do that day. Which was to attend my family funeral service that I end up missing because my car didn’t start getting service until 2:03 pm and they called me at 3:30pm to pick up my car. On top of this experience of bad poor customer service that was incredibly inconsistent to anything that I had scheduled on my agenda ,my 6 year old child end up finding a smoking Vape in the seat of the car from whom ever service or detailed it. I’m a non-smoker and my child should never have access to things that can harm them because someone left it my car after a service I am paying for unacceptable. BMW took / discounted by $30 for the inconvenience lol . I spoke with The service manager today, Monday, June 2 2025, after calling in this morning leaving a message with the service desk and leaving a message on the answering machine. He never responded. It took me to call back around 4pm to explain what happened in which he said to me well I’m sorry but you did get the service done what would you like me to do in a Brush off way. I have had my car serviced at BMW in Naples Fl and received the most positive Pleasant experience with Quality customer service treatment. Melbourne BMW with out a doubt picks who and how they treat each customer . It’s very sad to see that we are still picking who we treat with with quality service. There is a picture of the smoking vape that was left in my car . I am the only driver of my car . this car is not used regularly and only used on occasions and stays in my garage. No one but my 6 year old drive in my backseat so no one could have left it in my car. Yet it doesn’t matter disgusting.

I have given Melbourne BMW multiple opportunities to live up to the BMW name, quality, and most importantly, service. Due to their lackluster service engagement and quality, I have often chosen to purchase from other BMW dealers, as the service department here seems to care only about receiving excellent survey responses. I hope this review helps BMW customers decide whether to do business or get their car serviced here. First and foremost, please do yourself a favor and make a video of your BMW before you drop it off for service or anything else. Second, the surveys they send out are only active for 1 or 2 weeks, so they will continually lead you on or pretend to call you until the survey period expires. Against my better judgment and due to their history, I normally decline a complimentary car wash after service. I wish I had done so this time as well. They ruined my 21-inch wheels, and despite my calls and emails, they have decided to ghost me--except when sales cold-calls me for a potential sale. Finally, they have not been responsive to me on numerous occasions except when they want the bmw complementary service $$ from bmw North America. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They will never get another piece of my business. In this financial environment, not many folks are buying six-figure BMWs, and Melbourne BMW will need me before I need them. Next stop is BMW NA VIP which is on speed dial for a longtime customer.
