I just want to say thank you to Earl and Nick for the best customer service I’ve ever had at advance. At first was really scared to even ask for help because the Advance in Miami would have kicked us out of the store (true story)They helped me and my partner when we were in a bind heading north. I told Earl the Advance Auto parts in Miami could learn from these guys in Melbourne.

O Cameron in with a bad hub driving from Miami to Washington State. I had to fix it on the spot and Í diente hace al the tools. Luckily o met Earl and Nick. They had a couple of tools in the tool box they let us use. They offeres us to use the restroom allí WWE us to clean up after we finished awesome team you have here thanks Earl and Nick

Came here to store # 07362 5 minutes before closing because my son’s battery died at the gas station down the street and was not charging with jumper cables. Earl went above and beyond by offering to come down to the gas station after the store closed and help us replace his battery. He met us, changed the battery and made sure the car started as well as took the old battery. He was so pleasant and helpful. I do hope his manager knows what an asset he is to the company. Thank you Earl!

Angel and earl were such an amazing help today. We almost spent $500 for diagnostics at a local shop. Thank god we stopped here. Angel helped us for about 30 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with our AC and earl came in and assisted as well. You guys are amazing. The customer service, especially standing outside in this heat, was top notch. Thank you for everything. We now have ice cold ac :).

I went into this Advance Auto Parts with what I believed to be a bad car battery, after my wife was stranded at a nearby store. Earl tested it for me and put a quick charge on it to see if it would hold until I could find out if the battery was indeed “bad.” Earl felt that it should’ve been under a manufacturer warranty. It was, and Earl saved me $300. Top notch customer service from Advance Auto Parts…and especially Earl. Thank you, sir!

Went in today and Heriberto was truly so helpful!! He went above and beyond to help and find me the best price. My battery was giving trouble he tried to jump me to get me going but when that didn't work he got me the best price for a new battery. Because of his help I highly recommend going here ! Thank you Heriberto for all your help and making my day go smoother with changing the battery!

I came to have my check engine light checked. When I asked Jay if it could be checked he said hold on someone was going on lunch he guessed he would have to do it. He came outside plugged in the machine and gave a me a code and told me I would have to look it up myself. I told Jay I don't know anything about cars. Instead of helping me try to resolve the issue or telling me what the code meant he told me I needed to take it to a mechanic and have tell me what the problem was. I'm really disappointed of the lack of customer service or empathy. I drove 30 mins from my house and passed multiple Advance Auto Parts to come to your advance because a friend mine referred me to your store on 5550 N Wickham rd because the phenomenal customer service they had received in the past.

I never thought buying a new lug nut and oil could be so enjoyable. Earl is the definition of good customer service. He was helpful and funny and didn’t make me feel bad for my lack of automotive knowledge like other places do. They just got a new loyal customer. I highly recommend going here.

Me and my wife regularly come here for our car needs. This advance has become our favorite and will remain so. We both especially love Earl. He is extremely knowledgeable and always helps us get what we need for our car. Even when we don’t remember ourselves. He makes sure we always have the tools we need to complete whatever job we are working on. Most recently, he told us what would help us clean up our headlights, and he always reminds my wife that she has a ton of speed perks rewards she can use. He is fantastic at his job and always goes above and beyond at helping out his customers, even when we have a lot of questions.

This has become my favorite Advance Auto Parts since I moved into Melbourne. From day one after getting my new car, Earl has been so incredibly helpful in guiding us to buy the best products and services for my lifeline. The guy behind the counter was helpful until he asked what I did for work. I told him I was a bartender. He said he could tell I worked in an industry serving men then told me I looked like I could be a stripper. It’s 50°, I’m wearing a jacket and thick pants. Just weird

Shout out to Chuck! He took the time to help me replace a D3S light bulb in my f150. These bulbs are a pain in the butt but we managed to do it between the two of us. I’ll be coming back even though it’s a pain pulling in there nb on wickham in rush hour

I came in because I was having electrical problems with my 2022.Chevy colorado truck. My warranty was very close to being up.And I didn't want to get stuck with major repairs that I would have to pay for out of pocket. I talked to Kelly.He came out looked at the truck diagnose the problem. Ended up changing out the battery And problem solved. great attitude great customer service!

A few weeks ago I was told by the company who did my oil change that I need a battery for my 2019 RAV4. I didn’t buy it at that time, but I came into my local Advance store to get one, and the fellas on duty, Earl and Jay, looked at each other and said, “We better test it to be sure,” and guess what. I didn’t need a battery at all. I have always found Earl and Jay to be generous with their knowledge and helpful. Jay even helped me reprogram my radio, which was driving me crazy with its wonkiness. It’s wonderful to have good people helping the customers.

Jay was unhelpful, rude, demeaning, and giving contradictory information than his coworkers gave me both prior to this interaction and after he harassed me regarding a warranty. He then proceeded to do a poor battery install job that I had to fix when I got home. I would give 1 star but the other employees corrected his mistake verbally, and I've had good experiences with other employees but the experience that one particular employee put me through was awful.

Awesome service. From the moment I entered the front door they guided me to the right area to retrieve the jumper cables and jumper pack I needed. Signed me up for discounts for future purchases as well! It was great! I have Always had great experiences with work advanced auto parts.

Very, very, very helpful. Did I mention they were helpful? Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. The associate took his time to clarify and explain to me what problems I was dealing with and a realistic approach on how to work them out. Just wanted to say thank you to the patient and knowledgeable associates and I will be a returning customer.
