So my headlight went out and I was about to drive to Orlando International at stupid o'clock the next morning. Which means I'd be driving in the dark. Knowing my luck I'd get pulled over, be late, miss the plane and not make it to a very important appointment. Off I went to a auto parts store where the bulb was bought and, because they couldn't install it, I made the wise choice to ask for a recommendation. That's how I ended up at Steve and Sons.
Not only did these gentlemen not treat me like a dumb girl (y'all ladies know exactly what I mean), but they fixed the headlight so fast I didn't even make it around the block with my dog. They loved on my puppy, had good conversation, excellent service and didn't make it weird. I can count on one hand the times a dude didnt make it weird when it comes to cars, and I'm middle aged.
I'm happy to have found Steve and his delightful son, they were wonderful, reasonable and fast. What more could you want?

Oh my God first let me start off by saying I thank you, Ive had a great experience Mr. Steve and I appreciate your work. I bring both my cars to him if you don’t trust a mechanic around your way or don’t have one you can go to as your mechanic, he is very understanding I would highly recommend going to Mr. Steve and son‘s automotive most of these mechanic shops around not gonna tell you a lot, but Mr. Steve, he’s gonna tell you the honest truth show you and actually get into details about what’s going on, he’s never told me he couldn’t find the problem. He’s always found the problem that was wrong with any of my cars.The energy he give is great customer service, if I needed to be seen he gets me in that same day or the next day. If there were more than five star rating, I would rate him a 10/10. And I would recommend anyone to come here. You will not be upset. Thank you again!

I came to Steve and Sons needing a difficult battery replaced. I expressed to Steve that I needed it done as soon as possible and had to be at work on time. He got me in first thing in the morning waiting for me to arrive and did a quick and excellent installment. I then asked Steve if my brakes needed to be changed and he went through a full demonstration on how he knew they needed to be replaced.
Brought my truck in because it was running rough for months. AJ diagnosed the problem and realized it was just a dirty throttle body. He cleaned it up and got it running great again and didnt even charge me. Highly recommend.
Steve and Sons took great care of me. They diagnosed and replaced my Rack and Pinion quickly and went out of their way to get it done before a weekend. My daughter's car was broken down and she is a college student in Florida while her family is several states away. We all know the fear of not being right there for our children when's things happen. Steve was amazing! He was more than amazing. Not only did he walk me through steps of having her car towed he then walked me through the steps of how the inspection would go. Steve provided a break down of everything wrong including price. Aside from the professional ins and outs of what needed to be explained it was so much more than that. Steve gave this mother hundreds of miles away, the assurances I needed that my daughter's car would be taken care of. He gave the assurance that all would be well. And there isnt a price on assurance. Steve worked with me on pricing and payments and was just all around an answer to my prayers. Thank you for what you have done Steve and God bless you.
Very friendly and nice fast with an oil change helped me when I really needed that done soon even when I am financially hard on money right now thank you so much I will be back with any other repairs eventually

This is the most honest and very sweet garage.. They saved me $700 on a gas leaking repair that was not needed..it was only a clamp that needed replaced!! if you are a female, this is the place to go…they will not rip you off.. i had an alternator done by them a couple years ago..great job... today i went to get my tire plugged… he had his buddy from the shop next door to come plug my tire…no wait time.. very nice…..good, honest people..we need more like them in this world!! If you need work done this is the place you should go. They've shown me over and over that they put their customers first. I've never seen someone be so attentive and knowledgeable while still being so fair and honest. I was worried I couldn't afford to get my car back on the road...but they helped me and got me right back to work within my budget. This guy is amazing.

I don't really know much about cars. I'm a new-ish driver, this is my first car! The Car was blowing hot air for two years, I've had it for 4 months. It was miserable coming home or driving later in the day :(
But now, it blows cold air It's AMAZING! It's SO cold that I have to lower it! I am so grateful I went to his shop. HIs prices were affordable for me, and I'm just so glad it wasn't too expensive. Thank you so much Steve!!

If I could give Steve 10 stars I would. I had a FANTASTIC experience with his business. I had an issue with my AC and window (not going up and down).
He went on it right away after I dropped it and updated me throughout the day about the status. He sends you a video of the work he's performing. He is at all times straight forward, transparent, honest and is a genuinely super nice person. He will not overcharge you!
I would recommend him to anybody who wants it done correct, the first time. Steve really goes above and beyond!

Let me start off by saying that I’m beyond pleased with Steve and Sons Garage!
After receiving a high estimate to repair my AC from another garage, I decided to secure a second opinion. I researched Google, and came up with Steve and Sons garage, Send which is two blocks from my home. So I decided to stop by his shop to talk to him…he was very personable and he told me that he would like me to drop my car off the night before and drop the keys into into the key drop box. That way he would have it early in the morning and give him ample time to work on it. He told me to contact him when I was ready, which I did. He texted me with a link to look at an estimate, which I approved. Then I dropped my car off that evening, and the next morning, he called me at 9:30, to advise that my car was ready. The total cost was just slightly higher than the estimate…and the good news was that it did NOT need an A/C compressor (as I was told, by another garage). I was beyond thrilled, because Steve saved me over $2,100 (the quote from the other garage) to repair my AC… he took care of everything for less than $300!! This guy is so honest, and is a real “people” person…. And I wouldn’t hesitate to return to him for anything that my 20 year old 2005 Ford Taurus might need!! Thanks so very much, Steve!!
I can’t say enough good things about Steve at Steve and Sons Auto Repair Shop. My car had been a nightmare for weeks—problem after problem—and after taking it to multiple mechanics who either couldn’t figure it out or gave me vague answers, I was starting to lose hope. Then I found Steve.
From the moment I walked in, I could tell Steve truly cared about helping me. He listened to everything I explained, asked thoughtful questions, and took the time to really investigate what was wrong. Not only did he find the issue (something no one else could figure out!), but he went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly and at a fair price. He even sent me a Google Drive link with videos showing the problem and how he would address it before proceeding with the repair.
Steve’s honesty and transparency were so refreshing. He walked me through every step of the process, and I never felt pressured or left in the dark. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants the best for his customers.

I sent my car to Steve on a recommendation… he took a problem I had been having and diagnosed it, but needed to verify with a Nissan dealership. The dealership agreed with him and it was an easy fix while they were diagnosing. Knowing he had spent hours with my car I asked how much. He told me nothing, he didn’t fix it. His top value is honesty and integrity and he displays it.

I would give a 10 star if possible. After having bad experiences at other places, I actually was glad that my car needed to be towed from one place to the Toyota dealer. Thanks to a great tow driver, he told me about Steven and Sons. I am so impressed with the honesty and terrific service and will highly recommend them. Steve was in constant contact with me and I have never had a mechanic send videos of the work being done as he did. My confidence with this shop went through the roof! I will never go to anyone else..he is stuck with me!
STEVE IS THE BEST . I have multiple cars take every single one of them to steve. My Bmw , Infiniti , Lexus and the Miata also take my girls car up here. Send all my friends to steve he does it all and is HONEST. Really over all just the best type guy you want to be dealing with when working on your car. He always looks out and is as transparent as possible. Family ran operation by locals for locals for sure. I drive from Titusville just for steve. Definitely recommend steve and sons if you need anything done to whatever car your driving.
