I live in Mass and looking to purchase a car in FL. I talked to Steve a couple times in order to make a last min appointment for an inspection before I buy. This shop and this guy was fantastic. $3500 and three days and a mechanic couldn’t do what Steve did in just one day. He was transparent, thorough and also very considerate about price point and affordability for his clients. It shows a lot about the integrity of the business. We will continue to give them all our automotive business in the future.
Steve was super kind and helpful and showed me the entire process of diagnosis and determining the right way to go about repairs. Even gave me advice on if I wanted to do any repairs/tune ups myself! Would totally recommend for anyone looking to undertand the whole process of car maintenence and to understand exactly what their mechanic is doing. Great shop great guy!

Steve and Son auto repair is absolutely the best mechanic shop ever! I cannot express how hard working and dedicated they were to my repair. Fixed my problem with parts they had to create and charged me peanuts. Seriously , give them a try , you won’t be sorry. THE BEST!!!

Recently moved here, originally from Massachusetts and driving up for the holidays. Needed someone to go through my car to ensure I’d have no issues on the drive but was nervous to go to someone new since I have zero knowledge with cars. I am so impressed with how nice, professional and efficient they are! I could tell how honest and sincere they were and so happy that I found mechanics to trust down here!
They are absolutely AMAZING!!!!! My car was ready in less then 24 hours of the issue , only shop that didn’t hesitate to fix it BEFORE the weekend!!! They truly are heaven sent !!! About a month ago, my truck wouldn't start and had have someone give me a jump. I went to O'Reilly and AutoZone to attempt to acquire a new battery as I have done in the past. Both auto part stores stated they couldn't replace the battery due to the fact they didn't have a tool to reset my truck's computer system. They said if they replaced the battery without resetting the system, my truck wouldn't start and potentially have to be towed some where to reset it. A gentleman at O'Reilly's recommended Steve to me and said he could help and provided his info. I arrived at Steve's unannounced and told him the problem and Steve was able to get me back on the road within the hour. Steve was great and offered reasonable pricing. As a woman, it was wonderful to feel comfortable and not feel like I was being taken advantage of for my lack of car knowledge. Definitely would recommend Steve and will keep him in mind for any future mechanic needs.
Initially, my wife went to Steve and Sons when she had a breakdown while I was out of town, and they did a great job. Recently, the radiator went bad on our Jeep and we had an over heat situation with unknown damage to the engine. We towed it to Steve and Sons. Steve was great! He was 100% transparent and honest at every step. He gave me options and explained the cost of everything right up front. Great shop to work with!

So my headlight went out and I was about to drive to Orlando International at stupid o'clock the next morning. Which means I'd be driving in the dark. Knowing my luck I'd get pulled over, be late, miss the plane and not make it to a very important appointment. Off I went to a auto parts store where the bulb was bought and, because they couldn't install it, I made the wise choice to ask for a recommendation. That's how I ended up at Steve and Sons.
Not only did these gentlemen not treat me like a dumb girl (y'all ladies know exactly what I mean), but they fixed the headlight so fast I didn't even make it around the block with my dog. They loved on my puppy, had good conversation, excellent service and didn't make it weird. I can count on one hand the times a dude didnt make it weird when it comes to cars, and I'm middle aged.
I'm happy to have found Steve and his delightful son, they were wonderful, reasonable and fast. What more could you want? I'll leave a pic on my puppy because they were so fast I couldn't get any of them working.
Oh my God first let me start off by saying I thank you, Ive had a great experience Mr. Steve and I appreciate your work. I bring both my cars to him if you don’t trust a mechanic around your way or don’t have one you can go to as your mechanic, he is very understanding I would highly recommend going to Mr. Steve and son‘s automotive most of these mechanic shops around not gonna tell you a lot, but Mr. Steve, he’s gonna tell you the honest truth show you and actually get into details about what’s going on, he’s never told me he couldn’t find the problem. He’s always found the problem that was wrong with any of my cars.The energy he give is great customer service, if I needed to be seen he gets me in that same day or the next day. If there were more than five star rating, I would rate him a 10/10. And I would recommend anyone to come here. You will not be upset. Thank you again!
Very knowledgeable spoke to Steve about my AC he did a assessment on it and told me all I needed was a relay most places would have told me that I would need a new AC compressor very honest and his rates are excellent Steve and Sons I would rate them as a 10 out of 10 Thanks again very happy customer for life
I came to Steve and Sons needing a difficult battery replaced. I expressed to Steve that I needed it done as soon as possible and had to be at work on time. He got me in first thing in the morning waiting for me to arrive and did a quick and excellent installment. I then asked Steve if my brakes needed to be changed and he went through a full demonstration on how he knew they needed to be replaced.
Brought my truck in because it was running rough for months. AJ diagnosed the problem and realized it was just a dirty throttle body. He cleaned it up and got it running great again and didnt even charge me. Highly recommend.

My daughter's car was broken down and she is a college student in Florida while her family is several states away. We all know the fear of not being right there for our children when's things happen. Steve was amazing! He was more than amazing. Not only did he walk me through steps of having her car towed he then walked me through the steps of how the inspection would go. Steve provided a break down of everything wrong including price. Aside from the professional ins and outs of what needed to be explained it was so much more than that. Steve gave this mother hundreds of miles away, the assurances I needed that my daughter's car would be taken care of. He gave the assurance that all would be well. This is the most honest and very sweet garage.. They saved me $700 on a gas leaking repair that was not needed..it was only a clamp that needed replaced!! if you are a female, this is the place to go…they will not rip you off.. i had an alternator done by them a couple years ago..great job... today i went to get my tire plugged… he had his buddy from the shop next door to come plug my tire…no wait time.. very nice…..good, honest people..we need more like them in this world!! If I could give Steve 10 stars I would. I had a FANTASTIC experience with his business. I had an issue with my AC and window (not going up and down). He went on it right away after I dropped it and updated me throughout the day about the status. He sends you a video of the work he's performing. He is at all times straight forward, transparent, honest and is a genuinely super nice person. He will not overcharge you! I would recommend him to anybody who wants it done correct, the first time. STEVE IS THE BEST . I have multiple cars take every single one of them to steve. My Bmw , Infiniti , Lexus and the Miata also take my girls car up here. Send all my friends to steve he does it all and is HONEST. Really over all just the best type guy you want to be dealing with when working on your car. He always looks out and is as transparent as possible. Family ran operation by locals for locals for sure. I drive from Titusville just for steve. Definitely recommend steve and sons if you need anything done to whatever car your driving.
