I didn't know how similar this store was to Firestone. Overall I had a good experience. They were able to pin point the issue I had with my brakes and gave me a quote. I was in and out within decent time. Between the two businesses, whatever was done to your car will be in both systems which is convenient. Less explanation when it comes to getting things fixed. I appreciated the fact they took pictures of the brakes and where the problem was plus complimentary brake check. Thank you!!
I was in need of a tire replacement 15 minutes before close because i live very far. I called ahead and they took me in. Mindy was very kind and understanding and helped me right away. The techs did their job great and installed a brand new tire for me in less than 20 minutes. I recommend!!!
The Staff there us Great from the young Lady Lindsay I think her name was at reception when you walk in to the mechancs.The pricing is fair and they were more then happy to remind us of any coupons.I would give this shop a 20 if you offered more stars.Thank you for a great experience this shop certainly leads by example.
I had a very disappointing experience with the store manager at Store #676454 during my recent visit. Despite having been to this location multiple times and having had seven alignments done here, the manager was rude and accusatory, claiming there was no proof of my lifetime alignment purchase. He told me that moving forward, I would need to provide proof—something I’ve never been asked for in the past. When I inquired about what would happen if I couldn’t provide it, he vaguely mentioned a “Plan B” but refused to explain what that meant.
He blamed the issue on previous mismanagement of the store, but as a loyal customer, I don’t see how that’s my responsibility—it’s his, as the current manager. I’ve been a Tires Plus customer for years, but this type of treatment is unacceptable. This manager’s approach is driving customers away rather than building trust and loyalty. I will not be returning to this location, and based on this experience, I can no longer recommend Tires Plus to others. The manager did call another local store and located the proof of purchase & emailed me a copy, but the damage was already done.
Mindy and her team were excellent! I got a flat tire driving home from work today and they were able to make sure my tire was in stock before I headed to them. I was in and out extremely fast. The service I received was top notch and I’m glad I went to them
My service was extremely satisfying and with great respect of my needs. I have a valued K500 Chevrolet and each person from the customer service to the garage technicians gave me outstanding service. I am a returning customer with other vehicles and the reason for returning was I knew what to expect from this Tires Plus location. They have gained my confidence in exceptional service and I will always seek their service in the future. If you are in Melbourne and do not use them, you might want to stop and see what they can do for you.
Always professional and helpful. I don't leave feeling like I was overcharged. I've had tires put on and mechanical work done at different times. Always great service!

I suggest having an independent and competent auto shop check your vehicle; especially your alignment.
These guys were very helpful, I came in with a nail in my tire and they got me one that was good quality, they took care of the tire and gave me a good price, definitely recommend.
Went in to have them fill my tires because of a low pressure warning and explained that I have had this issue with multiple tires since they installed them, and I had never had a problem prior to that. The guy at the desk was very condescending and literally talked to me very slow like I was an idiot and told me I could get the tires filled, they could check the one tire was low but it would take 45 minutes, or it would take three hours to diagnose them all. I had it ask questions several times to get to what he was saying and finally I was so frustrated I just got the tires filled and left. This is the first and last time I will use Tires Plus, and do not recommend them. I should have gone to Discount Tire. Their guys are always friendly and helpful.
7/22/2025: Another great 5 star experience here today. Tires Plus got my car road ready for an out of state trip. Fast service, economical competitive prices. And convenience of my Tires Plus credit card and its six month no interest payment plan. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. Thanks again!!
Prior review: Have had a great experience bringing my Toyota RAV4 here for services, including new brakes and rotors, tire repair, oil changes, etc. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. I choose to wait for my car and the sitting area is clean and comfortable and the vending machine appreciated. I have been able to work while waiting or just a read a book or just zone out :)
For the women out there who are looking for an auto shop that treats you with respect and listens to you, this Melbourne Tires Plus on New Haven does just that. And my husband appreciates that I never come home complaining about a bad experience. :)

I’ve been coming to this Tires Plus in West Melbourne for a while now #store676454—bringing not just my own car, but my grandfather’s and my mom’s too. I came in recently for an oil change and tire rotation, and also mentioned an issue with excessive brake dust from the front pads. I had all four brakes done here just 6–7 months ago.
When I brought up the brake dust concern at the desk, I was told it's "normal" due to friction, and that nothing could be done—despite it clearly being more than typical. But what really pushed this over the edge was what happened after the service. As the technician dropped off my vehicle, I overheard him and another employee behind the desk openly mocking my concern.
When I addressed it directly, the guy at the desk apologized and admitted it was unprofessional. I asked for a manager and was told none were available, and that the tech in question was “on his way out.” That doesn’t excuse the behavior.
This was a completely disrespectful and unprofessional experience. I’ve trusted this location with multiple family vehicles for years, but after this, I’m strongly reconsidering.
They are amazing! Outstanding customer service - they were so helpful and thorough in explaining to me what the issue with my car was, and fixed my car up in no time. 100% recommend. Thank you!!
I brought my truck in to get my tires changed That I purchased myself. I went in. They told me they could put the tires on. They put the tires on I didn't drive my truck throughout the weekend. I drove it the next week and it has a very bad shake. They said they don't do alignment on the aftermarket lifts , And they didn't even tell me that I should have an alignment done when I put the Tires on. I do not recommend this company To anybody Getting any Work done
Brought my vehicle here for an alignment and it was pulling very hard afterwards, the service manager argued and said it was not the alignment that it was my tires. Brought my car over to Cassels Garage and they fixed my alignment for me and now my car drives straight. Would highly recommend Cassels garage.
This is an excellent place for you to get your vehicle serviced, everyone that works there is very nice and informative. One of their technicians, James, takes excellent care of my vehicle every time I come in. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to go.

My fiance took our truck to get an oil change here march 18th. We traveled 4 hours to the pan handle after that when we noticed our engine sounding a little funny. When we took a look under the hood we saw that they never put the oil cap back on. Oil was spewed everywhere. We’re lucky we caught it because over time this could potentially ruin the engine. The guy was too busy trying to sell us a bunch of BS that he forgot to put the oil cap back on. He said “we’re just looking out for you”. Clearly not or you would have done your one job correctly. We’re now in north Florida and they told us to bring it to the closest Firestone to have it taken care of. Avoid this place.
Treating customers like they don’t know what they are talking about and making them feel like there idiots is par for the course at this branch here in Melbourne Florida. Usually you would think you would have quite your job since you seem to people with such disrespect. You should be ashamed of the way you speak to people. We bought a set of rims and tires from A large well known online service for my son’s truck. These tires and wheels have been on his truck for several years now. Only one had to be replaced this store didn’t sell the matching brand so they put on a comparable tire. Before I go any further when the rims and tires were mounted and balanced we also bought an alignment for my son’s truck. Since then I believe it’s been in a time or two for that service. Apparently this job wasn’t done correctly because now the tires that were installed “ have to be replaced” per store manger informing us that there wearing on the outer part of the tire…..hhmmm seems like the alignment was the original issue. Unfortunately this manager with great managing skills is still in charge of this store. We won’t be back I should have listened to surrounding businesses when I was warned. Corporate is getting a copy of this as well.
Took my tire here to get repaired, they scratched my rim and broke my center cap when I brought it to there attention of course the tech was on break. Never had this issue at the wickham store by eau gaullie. Don't take your vehicle here. Unbelievable then the manger insisted it wasn't there fault when clearly it came.in fine. Absolutely disgusting the way they neglect to train there employees.
Awesome place and honest people! Got some new tires last year and was able to come in for free tire rotation. I recently got some work done at the dealership and they gave me a huge list of “repairs” that needed to get done. The repairs included a tire that was irreparable due to nail close to sidewall and new brakes and rotors. Everything added up to over $700. After tires plus looked at my car they told me that the nail in my tire did not penetrate and my tire was fine! They also said brakes were good! I will definitely be back and will never go to that dealership again. Lying and stealing may pay off in the short term but God sees everything and we reap what we sow. Honesty is always the best policy and these guys at tire plus look out for the customer.
