A piece of my splash guard got detached and was dragging. I went to the dealership and got it reattached. The very next day it came off again and the dealership wouldn't get me in for several days. I was passing Midas and stopped just to ask how much it would cost me to have it reattached. The very pleasant and polite man said they would do it free if there was no other issue. It took maybe 5 minutes.

We never got there to get service on my car. I always have a pleasant experience and they always have fun with me so I trust the rock and I tell others who wants to get work on the car about where I went.
Midas replaced my starter, which needless to say is a tough job and I’m glad they got it in quickly. Only issue was with disconnecting my steering it was reassembled with my steering wheel at a 45 degree angle. My traction control since the repair has been on as well. I’m disappointed in spending $400 for the car to be delivered to me in this condition. I just today finally got to pulling the steering connection off and turning the wheel straight and reconnecting it. Problem solved on my own. I’ll have to live with traction control for a bit before I can spend time working on that. Could be a coincidence but more frustrated that they would deliver crooked steering back to me and saying it’s ready to go. Hopefully I can get some credit back for the hassle.
Update: after driving with steering fixed, traction control light turned off.
I have used this location many times. They are super. My car hasn't stump them yet. Always friendly, helpful. I really like that they give me a heads up on maintenance I'll need in the near future. I needed an alternator and they had an option with a company, so I had 100 days to pay it off. What a relief. Highly recommend.

The repairs were done in a timely manner and and they double checked the repairs to make sure they were done correctly.

Like always, this place has always perfected their skills and talents in regards to the service technical Mechanical capabilities. Each time I bring one of my vehicle vehicles, and they are top-notch polite, Experienced and productive. I don’t have to wait hours like the other two Tire Mechanical companies that are nationwide.

Even though they are busy, Christian took the time and explained the warranty, pricing, and how long it would take. The were able to take my car in the same day. Trustworthy family crew. As a woman, we are always skeptical to go alone, my car has never had any issues after a visit. Josh is also very friendly and patient. It's also convenient that they own the Midas in Merritt Island as well, as I work in Cocoa so it’s a quick drive. 100% recommend both locations.
The team at the Babcock Midas have always taken great care of my car, even though my model isn’t the easiest to make repairs on. I always appreciate how upfront they are about costs, and never feel pressured by upsells. Josh has especially been great over the years. His customer service and honesty is a big reason why I keep coming back to this store.
What a wonderful experience! While waiting for my a/c to be diagnosed I watched Christian and Joshua interact with customers and we're the friendliest people I have seen in a long time. They were polite and explained everything to be before any work was done. I was on guard being an older woman going in there but they were honest and I trust them (I did my homework). They did not push any other issues or try to sell me anything else. Work was done on time and Joshua did an excellent job. I did not meet the other technician s but they all were talking very friendly to everyone. I def will be going back to them.

Josh and his crew are awesome! His father has serviced my vehicles in the past without any issues. I was referred to them by a friend. Josh is following his father’s legacy very well! His service technicians are on the spot addressing necessary maintenance issues as well as addressing warranty concerns that may have not been corrected by the manufacturer/dealerships. When asked about conditions of the vehicles in the past, Josh diligently took his time to do research to steer me the right direction when it was something beyond their in-shop services. They have always been accommodating to my schedule as I tend to run in and drop vehicles without notice from time to time which I know can be annoying to most service centers whom try to book services on appointments. They are great folks!
Went in for an oil change and brake change. They commented that my car needed major rear and front work which i knew but have been having trouble getting scheduled. They worked with both mine and my son’s schedule and even allowed me to have the car held for an extra day to figure out the logistics of the pickup. Special shoutout to the Manager Christian and my technician Deon for doing a laundry list of work orders in such a short amount of time and short notice. Y’all were major life savers thanks for making my car safer for me and my boy.
Kudos to the team @ Midas! I had an issue w/ a dead battery that’s in a tough spot to change. I didn’t get there until almost closing time but Christian was wonderful & made sure I was taken care of. Joshua is also a great help to his customers. We use this location frequently & they are honest and prices are good.
I came in with a coupon for an oil change, tap all fluids and a tire rotation. They said about an hour. The coupon would not be for $29.99 since I used synthetic oil and he said at that time it was still a great deal because I got the wheel alignment. So I took a walk and shortly I got a call saying the tire rotation was not included and it would be an extra charge. I was unhappy since the original representative told me I was still getting a great deal. When I went back and to speak to the owner I was greeted by Joshua Castillo he said he had already done the tire rotation and apologized for the confusion. The gentleman who helped me earlier was a trainee. I would highly recommend them they are a family owned business. I will definitely go back. Thanks Joshua.
Always extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They don't cut corners and try to nickel and dime you for every little service like the dealerships do. They work with you too and keep you informed and make suggestions. Definitely my preferred motor vehicle service center. Good coffee too!
