I want to take a moment to shout out about Mike and the service team at Honda of Melbourne. I’ve been by there a few times in the last couple of months to schedule service on one of my bikes. Top marks for knowledge and willingness to help. But today, Mike, Julius and the team (Jay and Tanner) hosted a free clinic to teach less experienced riders some basic things to insure their bikes are ride ready. Unfortunately, my son and I had prior commitments today, however a friend was there. Patient and educational with a Q and A session for the riders is what I was told. We will make it to the next one for sure.

I was riding my Indian motorcycle with a sidecar on US1 southbound when I heard the sidecar tire pop. I happen to be 3 mins north of the Honda dealer and decided to take a shot in the dark and see if they could help me. I walked into the service department and was met by Jacob, and I explained my situation and Jacob was very helpful and service oriented. He looked at my tire and promptly went looking to see if they had one that fit. Jacob came back with great news, not only did he find a new tire but also an inner tube. The Service Manager Mike also came out and explained the issue that caused the flat. For not being a regular Honda customer Jacob treated me as if I were a long time customer and the whole team made my bad situation much easier. Thank you Jacob, Mike and the whole entire Honda team. I do have a 1966 Honda Baby dream that I found out that they can service and I'll be back to have them service. Merry Christmas and thanks again.

Out to by a side by side with my adult son. Sean, the salesman, was very helpful.. we thought they had the color he wanted but we did not see it at the store…. Apparently they did at a local warehouse and were able to get it to the dealership in a quick amount of time … the trip around the showroom to meet all the leads of the other departments was a nice touch….

Needed to find out what I need to fix my front and rear brake calipers since they are seized. Only 8500 miles Honda Goldwing F6B Deluxe 2016. Probably need to ride it more. Carlos was able to help me immensely. He walk me thru brake calipers schematics and show me the parts numbers and parts needed to order. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient to help me out. This has been a great experience and Steve did a great job. He worked hard to get to our price point and payment. He is down to earth and works hard for the customer. We we’ll definitely return our business to this dealership.
I’m really disappointed with my experience at this shop. I first brought my bike in to get my brakes bled and fixed, but was told my front left axel was broken i said please fix it and paid then with no problem i gave them my atv in December then February came paid $190 for it to be picked up from my house ands dropped off to the shop and got my atv back i took the shops word for it took my at out for a ride and someone pointed out the axle wasn’t installed properly. Afterward i called and told them , I was told that the technician who worked on it was fired,
The second time I took my bike in, they still didn’t fix the front left axle, which had been the original issue. Instead, I was informed of all these additional problems with the bike that weren’t mentioned during the first visit. It felt like the whole process was just being prolonged without any real resolution.
Fast forward to today, I finally got my bike back in August, almost months after it was supposed to be done had the bike brought in in December got it back February Axel wasn’t fixed sent it back ever since then finally August 1 2025 I got my ATV back at 3 PM. They did replace the axle (the same one I had initially brought to them), but I was charged extra for bearings and labor. What didn’t make sense was that I had already paid for these parts during the first visit, but because it was an aftermarket part, I was told it wasn’t covered. I ended up paying $100 more out of pocket, and it felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed for things that should have been addressed properly the first time around.
On top of that, my snorkel kit pipe was damaged—or, more likely, ripped off. They told me it "fell off," but I believe it was damaged during the process. The whole situation has been a hassle with poor communication, including me being charged for delivery on top of everything else.
I was patient throughout the whole ordeal and never once raised my voice, but I’ve had enough. This will be my first and last time dealing with this dealership. It’s clear they have some major issues with customer service and quality control. I’m left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I guess I’ll need to handle things myself from here on out.
