Needed to find out what I need to fix my front and rear brake calipers since they are seized. Only 8500 miles Honda Goldwing F6B Deluxe 2016. Probably need to ride it more. Carlos was able to help me immensely. He walk me thru brake calipers schematics and show me the parts numbers and parts needed to order. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient to help me out. That’s why I purchased my Goldwing at Honda of Melbourne because of professional employees like Carlos that give us a very pleasant experience. Job well done Mr. Carlos!

Outstanding Experience with Eddie From start to finish, Eddie made our PWC purchase absolutely seamless! We live several hours away, so we had a lot of questions before making the drive — and Eddie answered every single one honestly, promptly, and with genuine joy. He sent detailed photos, kept us updated every step of the way, and had every part of the process completely organized before we even arrived. Called for parts for my Shadow Spirit and Carlos F. picked up the phone with a smile on his face every time. Honest, straightforward, helpful and thorough, Carlos is the guy for your parts needs! I became busy in the middle of our phone call and had to cut it short, but he kept working! Within minutes, he sent me diagrams showing each and every part that we talked about during our phone call. Phenomenal customer service! If I can ever afford OEM parts for my bike, Carlos is gonna get the sale. Great guys, great shop, great customer service.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this shop. I first brought my bike in to get my brakes bled and fixed, but was told my front left axel was broken i said please fix it and paid then with no problem i gave them my atv in December then February came paid $190 for it to be picked up from my house ands dropped off to the shop and got my atv back i took the shops word for it took my at out for a ride and someone pointed out the axle wasn’t installed properly. Afterward i called and told them , I was told that the technician who worked on it was fired, The second time I took my bike in, they still didn’t fix the front left axle, which had been the original issue. Instead, I was informed of all these additional problems with the bike that weren’t mentioned during the first visit. It felt like the whole process was just being prolonged without any real resolution. Fast forward to today, I finally got my bike back in August, almost months after it was supposed to be done had the bike brought in in December got it back February Axel wasn’t fixed sent it back ever since then finally August 1 2025 I got my ATV back at 3 PM. They did replace the axle (the same one I had initially brought to them), but I was charged extra for bearings and labor. What didn’t make sense was that I had already paid for these parts during the first visit, but because it was an aftermarket part, I was told it wasn’t covered. I ended up paying $100 more out of pocket, and it felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed for things that should have been addressed properly the first time around. On top of that, my snorkel kit pipe was damaged—or, more likely, ripped off. They told me it "fell off," but I believe it was damaged during the process. The whole situation has been a hassle with poor communication, including me being charged for delivery on top of everything else. I was patient throughout the whole ordeal and never once raised my voice, but I’ve had enough. This will be my first and last time dealing with this dealership. It’s clear they have some major issues with customer service and quality control. I’m left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I guess I’ll need to handle things myself from here on out.

We had one of the best sales experiences we have ever had at Honda of Melbourne. The entire team was wonderful to work with but our sales rep, Eddie, was amazing from start to finish! He made our experience easy and enjoyable. We came to just look around and left very happy with our new Honda side by side. Avoid Honda of Melbourne – Dishonest and Terrible Customer Service! I bought a used 2022 Kawasaki KX for $5000 from this dealership on 02/24/2025, and the very next day, the bike stopped working. I took it back, expecting some kind of support, but instead, I was treated with total disregard. Not only did they refuse to help, but they were also extremely rude. When I asked to return the bike, the salesman Rob mocked me and said, “This isn’t Walmart where you can just buy and return things.” That’s completely unacceptable and disrespectful to a customer! The manager initially said he would help me, but in the end, it looks like I paid for everything myself. I ended up being charged $854.80 to fix a bike they sold me just the day before! If you’re thinking about buying from this place, think twice! Awful service, false promises, and zero accountability. I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! After 5 hours the engine completely blew up

I first saw this motorcycle on Facebook marketplace period I called about it to verify if it was still there and I really wanted it due to the low mileage period the cost is a little bit steep for me, so I decided to just wait it out and see what happens after 2 months. The price came down to almost half. That's when I jumped on it. I called the dealer back and spoke with a gentleman name rob. Rob was very knowledgeable about the motorcycle and he actually took the time to send me a video and some photos of the motorcycle period after going back-and-forth for about a week.I told him I can not make it there until the weekend which was several days away. He told me the motorcycle is on a first come.First serve basis but he would keep me informed day by day if anything should transpire with it. The weekend finally came and I spoke with rob on friday and told him I would be there on saturday period I drove all the way from cape coral to melbourne a three hour ride to meet rob and to possibly pick up the motorcycle. After looking the motorcycle over I asked if I was able to test ride it and I was told no due to. Insurance reasons. I get that however , I was a little upset because I really wanted to take it to see how it felt. I spoke with the store manager.And he also said I could not drive it. He assured me that the motorcycle had gone through a thorough inspection and safety and it was ready to go. I went back outside to relocate the motorcycle and made the decision.I would take the chance to buy it. While I was out there, my girlfriend spoke with manager.And he said because of my inconvenience.He removed some money off of the cost of the motorcycle. I was not looking to have that done.But I very much appreciate it. At that. Point rob came back to me and we talked and he said he will personally.Wash the bike and get it ready to go. Rob was nothing but a gentleman through the whole procedure and gave me the comfort.I needed to be able to drive this machine home. I was very satisfied that I dealt with rob and the crew here at melbourne honda.
