This is a rare review for me because I was always told. If I had nothing nice to say not to say anything at all, but I felt a great need to express myself in this case. The usual gentleman that normally changed my tires at this location we’re not available, and the one gentleman (and I use the word gentleman loosely - the owner ) treated me like pure garbage, I am not disrespectful, nor am I a person of poor manners so I thought it was a little off how he shunned me, dismissed me and treated me so disrespectfully, I asked his wife if I had done anything unusual or said anything wrong to upset him, she said no I guess he had something personal going on. I merely wanted a Tire and instead I got disrespected. I will not be returning there -nor will my family who has been going there for many years. I went to a different location -the gentleman there told me that I have specialty tires on my car and that’s where I guess the problem was, Fernandezdid not have what I needed, and I was merely wasting his time, instead of just explaining that to me, he dismissed me. It is not my fault that I have specialty tires on my car, he owns that shop so he should not be hating on me -beware buyers and patrons.
Drove here on a spare 15 minutes ago to see when I could come back and if my tire was in stock. Freddy quickly found my tire and Jose put it on the car within minutes. Fast, friendly, and great pricing! I will be back.
I needed a tire very badly my metal was showing so I went to one place they didn't have the size so with the help of my mother and the other tire shop I went to this place that my mom had brought my car to all the time since she has lived in Melbourne Beach and we thought they didn't sell tires anymore well they do this place is FANTASTIC I literally walked in gave my size they said pull your car into the bay and they had a brand new tire on it in less than 10 minutes!! I WANT TO RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO EVERYONE!! Alexandra at the desk to Freddie changing my tire to them always have worked on my car they are very professional sweet and I will continue to send anyone I hear that needs any automotive work to FERNANDEZ TIRES!!!!
Wow! No fuss, no muss, no wait..... Just getting it done and taking care of the customer. Efficient is an understatement. Had a leaky tire. Stopped to get it looked at and in less than 10 mins, they found the issue, took the tire off, plugged it, and had me on my way to work. I was actually able to make it on time. I heard they were a great place to get tires too. Will definitely be checking that out later.
Fernandez and Team are great to deal with!!! Always professional, friendly staff!! This is my second visit to the Tire Shop Fernandez and have always been quick to help. When I need tires and service, definitely go here.
Would not recommend, they are severely overpriced. I was able to get better used tires with more tread for $50 but the other place was short one. Came here and one USED tire was $84. I never right bad reviews even when I have bad experiences but charging twice as much for poorer quality is insane.
I have been here multiple times and I usually have a good experience getting tires here, but this last time wasn’t so great. I don’t know if it was because I showed up 5 minutes before opening (was not harassing people to help, simply waiting in my car til 7 to ask for assistance), but I said used tires twice and they gave me new tires, so I spent a lot more than expected and they also left a sticker that was on one of the tires on the front bumper of my car.
Pulled up asked to get 1 tire out on, decided to get 3 instead, cool no problem. In the process I noticed a ding on the rim that wasn’t there, so of course ima speak up. I pointed out to him in a calm manner & asked to be careful. Boss man wanna tell me “It’s just paint” Idgaf what it is! Just because someone else Finna let you rough up their wheels & not say anything. I’d be damn if I sit there like a duck & do the same shit. Then took all 3 tires off the rims & was like “I don’t like working under pressure”
If you go here observe how they handle your stuff you work hard for. That 80K Vetter parked out front I BET they not damaging the wheels on that & saying “It’s just paint”

Terrible, 2 cars brought with engine issues part issues and they misdiagnosed both. Over 1000, on one, took a test drive with a tech and he was high as a kite! I would not trust them with a tire change!
I got tires here about a month ago. At first they looked all right. Then I started driving on them and they started feeling funny. So I look at the tires. One of them is completely turning white now. The tire is supposed to be black and all the other ones started cracking. Now I spent $240 on the rim out the door. No paper cash in hand and they rip me off. I really don't appreciate that. I work hard for my money and the fact that now I'm out tires and out of money I have to struggle and try and find tires now because I'm almost at a blowout stage. One of the tires doesn't keep air anymore. The right front one is all bubbled out in the middle of it. Shady stuff. And they also said no refunds so I have to eat it and deal with it.
This place is horrible. I bought a used tire from them a few months ago. Only to find out that it was 10 years old!!! Couldn’t return since it’s been a while since purchased. I made the mistake of having my husband buy a used tire from them last week cause he was in dire need. They sold him a tire that he drove for a DAY and then it was already damaged. They blamed it on he needs an alignment which why wasn’t that the problem before we replaced it? I do not recommend this place for used tires at all!!!!
Very helpful and pleasant to deal with! Found a great set of used tires for the front of our suv. They had at least 50% tread or better on these. Price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
The owner is very unprofessional. We have been doing business with him and every time we go there for 1 tire he finds that the other tires have to be changed as well. He is a rip off! He has a nasty attitude and does not care for his customers. Do yourself a favor and don’t do business here.
This place is great! Not only do they provide quality service to the car but their customer service is unmatched all at a great price. I’m truly grateful for Freddy and his team for helping me get my car back in shape! They have found a loyal customer!
The worst mechanic experience ever! I took my car in for a simple oil change, and they managed to ruin everything. First, they broke my oil filter while replacing it. Then, they didn’t fix the drain plug properly and forgot to put back the existing gasket (washer). As a result, my car started leaking oil badly.
The negligence didn’t stop there—my car completely drained of oil, which caused my oil cooler to break! I ended up paying an additional $300 just to fix their mistakes.
If you value your car and your money, avoid this place at all costs. Absolute disaster of a service!
Avoid this place—if their prices seem too good to be true, there’s a reason. I took my truck in to have tires swapped onto new rims, and they completely botched the job. Instead of properly transferring the TPMS sensors, they put them in plastic bags and stuffed them inside the tires before inflating them. Had I not caught it right away, the sensors would have disintegrated, potentially ruining my tires from the inside. This is beyond negligence. Freddy, it’s time to retire—your shop is a disaster. You own a tire shop and you can’t even do that job properly.
I called The Fernandez tire shop and spoke with someone about having my tire size. So I asked how much, the gentleman clearly said $50 each. I get there and got them put on. The guy charged me $60 and didn’t put back my tire caps back on and leaving the tire shop my passenger wheel started making a wired noise
I had > half tread life left on my tires when one tire had to be replaced. I decided to get a used tire and had recommendations to go to Fernandez. They installed a tire but i was disappointed that it did not have nearly as much tread as my other tires. After a few months the tire developed a leak, so I took it back to them. Turns out the leak was caused by a tiny crack, not by a nail or equivalent. I believe it was because the tire was old, and I asked them to replace it but was told they had no other tires in that size. They repaired the leak and charged me $20 to do it. Now the tire is worn out and I still have a little less than half tread on my other tires. I'm in $80 on the used tire that maybe lasted 9 months.
Steer clear from Fernandez tires the mechanic sold me to tires, both wrong tires size and he put tires installed backwards, and he stripped my lug nuts, I asked for a oil change the he said ok the mechanic is straight garbage I watched him perform oil change, he did not no how to put oil filter on correctly, during oil draining he lost the crush washer and told me he don’t have washer, who do a oil change without putting on crush washer. Go everywhere but this place they suck.for the total I paid him 120 per tire and 140 for oil change. 260
Went there to get used tires to get me through the weekend. They was throwing my rims which ended up scratching my rims. When I said something they got mad and started using profanity telling me I don’t have to pay for the tires but to never come back. When I went to leave they told me they called the cops. When it’s all said and done I still had to pay full price and they trespassed me. Do not do business with this establishment. They do not take pride in their work and if they make a mistake or damage your property they will not try to resolve it in a professional manner. That also have an F rating on the BBB.
My husband bought 2 tires from them and one started going flat first day. Took it back next day and guy went in back brings out something and say he found it in tire. Then we were told the next day that the tire they replaced it with needed a patch because it was losing air and the other tire has steel belts start to show. Don't go to this place!
If you value your safety do not get your vehicle serviced here in any way. I went there to get a used tire and while he had the front tire off I decided to let the guy change my brake pads not an extremely complex thing to do. After a couple days it sounded like the tire was falling off so I checked and the caliper had fallen off. They never put the two bolts back in. When I took it back there I never got so much as a sorry my wheel and rotors are all messed up so I asked for my money back I figured that’s the least they could do after putting my entire family at risk and making me miss work to deal with the whole situation

I RECEIVED SERVICE PREVIOUSLY FROM TOYOTA AND NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE BEFORE VISITING THIS SHOP. I ONLY WANTED TO PURCHASE NEW TIRES. BEFORE THEY PLACED NEW TIRES ON MY VEHICLE MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS INCLUDING ALL THE OTHER EMERGENCY ALERTS ON MY DASHBOARD WAS NOT ON!!! MY VEHICLE HAS NO MECHANICAL ISSUES! AFTER LEAVING THIS ESTABLISHMENT WHEN I STARTED MY ENGINE ALL THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON THE DASH BOARD IS FLASHING!!! AS A MATTER OF FACT THE SERVICE WAS DONE EXTREMELY FAST WHERE IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS THAT THEY RUSHED AND NO PROPER INSPECTIOS WERE DONE! TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THE BRAND NEW TIRES I JUST PURCHASED WAS FLAT ON THE REAR RIGHT SIDE. IT WAS CINCO DE MAYO HOLIDAY WEEKEND. I UNDERSTAND THEY WANTED TO LEAVE AT A REASONABLE TIME TO CELEBRATE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. HOWEVER, IT IS NOT FAIR TO ME THAT MY SAFETY WAS JEOPARDIZED! WHEN I RETURENED TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE. THE SHOP WAS CLOSED. AND I CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED AND I WAS INSTRUCTED TO RETRIEVE MY KEYS FROM THE MAIL BOX! NO ONE WAS THERE TO ADDRESS WHY ALL THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE ON WHICH WERE:
THE ENGINE LIGHT, POWER STEERING, ABS BRAKES SYSTEM, LOW AIR PRESSURE, ETC. I CALLED THE ESTABLISHMENT SEVERAL TIMES NO ANSWER! I FINALLY GOT THE OWNER ON THE PHONE AND HE WAS NO HELP! HE ACCUSED ME OF THE PAYMENT NOT GOING THROUGH AND BLAMED ME AND SAID JUST BRING THE CAR BACK AND HE WILL PUT THE BAD TIRES BACK ON YOUR CAR AND GIVE HIM BACK THE BRAND NEW TIRES I PAID HIM FOR! HE DIDNT TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY! I EXPLAINEDTO HIM THE PAYMENTDID GO THROUGH AS IT SHOWED THE PAYMENT WAS SUBTRACTEDFROM MY BALANCE. AND ALSO IF IT WAS DISCREPANCY... THE PROPER THING HE SHOULD HAVE DONE WAS CALL ME!!! WHICH OF COURSE WAS A LIE! OVERALL, HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I EXPERIENCED FROM THIS PLACE! NEVERTHELESS, I DECIDED TO TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER AND WILL BE FILINGA COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUS FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING! THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!
I absolutely love this place. They always take care of our tires and oil changes. If it's gonna take a while he let me borrow one of his vehicles. Greatest place and best deals in town.
I had a really good experience with tire shop. I called in the morning, they were very helpful on the phone and they are bilingual English and Spanish. They told me the price and guide me through it. They also allowed me to walk in without an appointment. I drove there and they immediately checked me in and switch my tires in less than 5 minutes. I was also very surprised the owner itself fixed my car and gave me some good piece of advice regarding my vehicle from his knowledge. I always value that, cause there is nothing could defeat the voice of experience. Also you can tell immediately that this place is a family owner business and not a franchise where customers tent to become just a number. Five Stars to Fernandez for his help today and I will be bringing my vehicles to this place anytime I need it. They do Service, Breaks, Tires, etc.

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT go here for your used tires!! They do not thoroughly inspect tires, all they look for is tread and not for signs of dry rot. I almost got in an accident on the highway due to this and owner responded “not my problem There’s tread” do not go here, your safety is not their priority.
Service was awesome and quick! I have been to all the tire places in the area and this place is good, reasonable prices, 3 guys working as a team to get you moving fast, and back on the road, I don't see why there's negative reviews, other shops over charge you and definitely aren't open on Sundays, that's a big plus! Keep up the great work guys!
