Ill be very honest, I walked into your store frustrated because not only had a part broken off of my sons car on a 90 degree day in Florida, but I had just made the terrible mistake to go to the Advance Auto Parts store right down the road first, and the gentleman working behind the counter could have cared less about our issue. With that being said, as soon as we walked in to your store, we were greeted by Jack B who immediately calmed us down. He then looked at the part we had and immediately knew what it was and where it was located on the rack. He also eased out mind letting us know that was a "best case scenario" and an easy fix. I live 30 minutes away, but if we ever need anything for our cars, we are coming to see you. Please extend our thanks to Jack for being so incredibly helpful and for putting our minds at ease. I appreciate it so much.

Went with a friend for three weeks now the same part that the computer said was the issue. The new part didn’t do anything in the last time we went the bolt was in there so tight that the guy didn’t have time to mess with it. I’m not impressed.

I called, they had the battery in stock, they installed, all in 1 hour. Aaron was amazing!!! Other places would have said they couldn’t do it because it was a bit challenging. Not Aaron!!! Thank you so much!!!

I was fortunate to be helped by Aaron - He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process quick and stress-free! I am so thankful for Auto Zone. I am a veteran, and I ran into a dead car when trying to leave the VA. After a friendly officer jumped my car, I went straight to Auto Zone. A wonderful woman changed my battery and helped me understand I had deeper car issues to address. Another woman who works at Auto Zone took the time to call a couple of local mechanic shops, trying to see if anyone could help me tonight. These two women went above and beyond the call of duty by providing exceptional customer care service. I am impressed by these two women who stand out in this industry, and I am honored to salute each of you tonight. Thank you for what you do for this community! May you be blessed, and may you be well. You do matter, and you do make a difference! Update: Today I had the privilege and honor of being helped by Josh. My push mower stopped working. I thought a new spark plug would do the trick. Josh went above and beyond to not only get me the part but also teach me how to use the tools. When my lawn mower still wouldn’t crank, Josh helped me problem solve some next steps to take, offering me the right tools and solutions needed to get the job done. I am deeply grateful for Josh’s patience, persistence, and his willingness to help me research and come up with an action plan to help me get my lawn mower working and my grass cut.

I've only had great interactions as an AutoZone customer as they are usually my first stop for my automotive needs. Two nights ago was no different as I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron H. He was a true professional, very knowledable, and an awesome representative of AutoZone. He assessed my vehicle starting issue...which turned out to be the battery, but then in my opinion went abovecand beyond to check if it still under warranty. He then replaced my battery and answered any other question I had. Superior customer service!! As I said earlier awesome representation of AutoZone but even more...Just a great person! Thanks Aaron!!

The most pleasant helpful staff I have ever seen. Ms Anna and mr Aaron treated me with such care and courtesy that I was stunned. I came in for a battery for my car and they told me what to do to keep the new battery from losing power. They offered to put it in my vehicle and even gave me a discount for a trade in for my battery. Aaron had such a personable attitude and told me to have certain things checked out by my mechanic when I get back to my hometown. This is a prime example of of awesome customer service and and the power of kindness and courtesy. 10/10 service and the best people I have met in beautiful Melbourne. God bless the staff over here they are the best!

Went to AutoZone this morning to get a battery changed out. Phil could not have been more helpful. Turned out my battery was under warranty and I didn’t even know it! Amazing service, great organization.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in a store. The manager literally told 2 customers she was too busy to help anyone. The commercial phone line is all that appears to get any attention. Employees don’t seem to know much about cars either. They all kind of wander around until the manager yells at them. Then she told an employee that she wasn’t yelling, she was just being loud. She referred to another employee whose name she couldn’t remember as “little one.” The manager dropped three f bombs and multiple other profane words while talking to an employee in front of a customer.

Needed new wipers, didn't know what size etc. Sales lady was very helpful, looked them up, size etc and replaced the new ones for me. Very nice, and guess what? It started raining as I left, very satisfied.

To get any of your commercial needs met ask for Sherry!!! She’s Great. But I’ve been up here a couple times now and unlike most parts stores, this entire staff seems pretty knowledgeable. Only Dummies I seem to meet up here are on my side of the counter.

Went to Auto Zone on Wickham Rd because my battery was dead or dying. Nick the Manager saw that the battery was still under warranty and installed another one and had me on my way in minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable and knew what hew was doing. I like this Store for all my Auto parts and Auto accessories. You will too. Good Job Nick store #4448

Came in thinking I needed a battery. Sure enough, that's what it was. The employee that worked with me, pretty sure his name was Michael (from the Virgin Islands) was awesome! Knowledgeable, considerate, and competent. It's rare these days to get that kind of service. I hope the manager recognizes the value of his employee. That guy definitely deserves appreciation for being a quality employee.

Amazing customer service. Both managers there, help me immensely. One of my windshield wipers that I just installed on my car, came off my car on 95. Not only did they get me a new windshield wiper to replace it, they installed it in the pouring rain, and didn’t charge me. I will from now on always go to this Autozone for all my car parts . TY Nick and other manager (sorry I can’t remember your name ).

I had an issue with my car and they had the belt in stock. When I went out to replace it I realized the entire alternator bracket had broken in half. While I was looking at the engine bay, an associate came out and asked if I needed any assistance and I really felt like he cared about what was going on with my vehicle. I was happy to hear that he was an ASE certified mechanic as well and that input is very valuable. The associate offered to help me get the part the next day as well. It was a very hot day and they set up chairs inside for my kids and wife to wait while I set up a tow truck and were incredibly friendly and helpful the entire time. Stellar customer service and I would highly recommend heading to this location for anything you need, information or parts. I really cant stress how positive my experience was!

All fantastic staff here. Sherri in commercial is particularly special, a great asset to the company & should be recognized for her determination & friendly, outgoing attitude. I was looking for parts that weren't easy to find, where Sherri refused to give up. Thank you Sherri! Dave is also incredibly friendly and always offers great advice. Store mgr Dan is always friendly & accommodating. The newer staff is also fantastic. Thank you all & keep up the great work!
