Went with a friend for three weeks now the same part that the computer said was the issue. The new part didn’t do anything in the last time we went the bolt was in there so tight that the guy didn’t have time to mess with it. I’m not impressed.
I called, they had the battery in stock, they installed, all in 1 hour. Aaron was amazing!!! Other places would have said they couldn’t do it because it was a bit challenging. Not Aaron!!! Thank you so much!!!

Went to AutoZone this morning to get a battery changed out. Phil could not have been more helpful. Turned out my battery was under warranty and I didn’t even know it! Amazing service, great organization.
Needed new wipers, didn't know what size etc. Sales lady was very helpful, looked them up, size etc and replaced the new ones for me. Very nice, and guess what? It started raining as I left, very satisfied.
Josh is really cool about helping me find some bolts for my bike and he even let me borrow a tool to put them on!!! Usually I hit O’Reilly’s but I’ll be back to this one instead!

But I’ve been up here a couple times now and unlike most parts stores, this entire staff seems pretty knowledgeable. Only Dummies I seem to meet up here are on my side of the counter.
Went to Auto Zone on Wickham Rd because my battery was dead or dying.
Nick the Manager saw that the battery was still under warranty and installed another one and had me on my way in minutes.
He was friendly, knowledgeable and knew what hew was doing.
I like this Store for all my Auto parts and Auto accessories. You will too.

Came in thinking I needed a battery. Sure enough, that's what it was.
The employee that worked with me, pretty sure his name was Michael (from the Virgin Islands) was awesome! Knowledgeable, considerate, and competent.
It's rare these days to get that kind of service. I hope the manager recognizes the value of his employee. That guy definitely deserves appreciation for being a quality employee.
Outstanding staff! Had a great experience with tech Ryan Kilmer. He answered my questions, didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. It's comforting to know there is a place you can trust to do right by the customer.
