Tire Kingdom is so great! I bought tires from them in 2024 and they are still in great shape. I brought my car in to get a free rotation, and they took care of that quickly and pleasantly. I will come here for my tire needs in the future always! Friendly people too. Thank you Tire Kingdom!!
John and Trevor went above and beyond to help me get two new tires, oil changes, and make sure both of my cars were safe and ready to drive. As a walk-in customer, I was pleasantly surprised with the time of completion and attention to detail. They even drove to another location to get the specific tires I requested so my service could be completed the same day. 100% recommend this location and team and will be returning!
Walter was the guy who handled my car and he’s the same like me our cars are everything! He took amazing care of my car and was very sweet !! Humored me a bit and assured me that my car would be taken care of and I’m very happy with the outcome !
Trevor was very helpful. They were able to get me in with no appointment and my car was done in about 30 minutes. Matthew and Garrett did a great job on the oil change for my Wrangler, and they offer loyalty discounts.
Nails and tires are a bad, but all too frequent combination- Trevor got me in on my lunch hour and back out safely on the road in record time! Great experience all round! Thank you!
People are nice enough, but never offered or mentioned road hazard coverage (which I've alwayz had), so when I got a flat less than 3 months after dropping a grand on new tires and went in assuming it was covered (had been included with my last set at BJs), they decide it can't be patched and score another $200 for a replacement. Left feeling scammed. Oh, and check your air valve covers. They can't be bothered to put back the one you came in with and will just throw in whatever miss-matched covers they have lying around the floor - just lazy. Won't be back to this place.

The staff was nice enough, but incompetent. I ordered a tire earlier in the week after my flat tire was deemed beyond repair. Unfortunately, all that I ever received were empty promises and delays. I finally gave up, picked my rim and flat tire back up, and went across the street to another tire shop where the problem was promptly handled. All told, this was a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of my time.
Dropped off daughter's car in the morning to diagnose. Trevor (& the crew) were extremely helpful and had an answer within an hour. Price was reasonable and the car was fixed same day! Will definitely be back anytime one of our vehicles have issues

They were fast and very friendly. (I made appt 20 mins prior online). I came in knowing exactly what I wanted but also saw how they helped another person find less expensive option for their minor car part replacement. Impressed me as “old school” feel to service vs having people walk away unsatisfied. Recommend them.
Walter helped me out a lot. Being a woman you sometimes feel like you’re being taken advantage of when it comes to auto work. He made sure to explain everything and show all the details of what was being done. I’ll always use them from now on.
I’m incredibly picky about where I get my oil changes, and I was out of town and needed one, so I originally called just to ask a quick question and spoke with Mark, who was incredibly kind, honest, and helpful. He answered everything with no agenda, and his professionalism alone made me decide to come in for a oil change.

They do good maintenance work, but never trust them when they say something needs to be fixed or replaced. They told me I needed a new water pump and when I took it to the dealership they told me Tire Kingdom was either lying or dumb. I still go for simple maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations, but I completely disregard any other issues they always seem to find or immediately get a 2nd opinion.
If I could give them 10 STARS I would. Mark, thank you for getting in right away and actually listening to my concerns. Steve, you are a rockstar mechanic! This Tire Kingdom is the best auto shop I have ever done business in a lot of years of driving. They have gone above and beyond what would be expected of them to help me get my car back on the road and get it home 40 miles away from where my car had a flat. I had the pleasure of dealing with two incredibly great guys Mark and Walter. I would drive 40 miles away from home to buy tires from them again. I would drive 40 miles to have them service any of my cars. Mechanic who worked on my vehicle did great service, also explained and showed me, what vehicle needs in near further. All staff members were courteous and kind. I would definitely continue to do business with these fine gentlemen
I went to Tire Kingdom to try and get a tire repaired and have my AC checked out. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Mark. He was very friendly and never once tried to take advantage of an older woman by selling her parts and services that were not required. He had my best interest at heart. I was shown where my tire had two nail holes side by side that could not be plugged or patched. He sold me a tire within my budget, and told me my AC only needed freon. The replacement of the tire was done quickly. I was in and out within thirty minutes. I received great customer service, and was even helped out of the store and into my car. There should be more employees like Mark. I would recommend asking for Mark anytime you need service on your vehicle.
