On Sunday 9/14/25, I got a flat tire. I called Tire Kingdom West Melbourne and gave the make and model of my Tesla tire. I was quoted $133 and told the tire was in stock and could be replaced the same day. I even paid for a tow to get there before closing based on that promise.
When I arrived, the technician (Travis) first told me my Tesla had tires without foam and he had “never seen that before.” A few minutes later, he changed his story and said my tires did have foam and tried to sell me two foam tires at $278 each. I said I only needed one replacement. He then told me he could order my exact tire for the next day at $160, and that it would be ready by 3–4pm Monday.
On 9/15, no one called. At 4:45pm, I called the shop and was told the tire had not come in. They promised it would arrive the next day and that I would get a call by 3–4pm. On 9/16, again no call. When I phoned, I was told rudely, “I already told you it would be changed today.” I was given a 5:30pm pickup time.
At 5:30pm, I arrived to find my tire had not been touched. Staff told me to wait 20 minutes. The car was finally ready closer to 6pm.
The final bill was $303.26:
Tire: $278.99 (almost double the in-person $160 quote and more than twice the $133 phone quote)
“Balance Package”: $25 (never disclosed beforehand — when I asked, the manager shrugged and said “it’s just something we have to charge”)
Recycling Fee: $3.50 (also never disclosed)
When I asked why I was charged $278.99 for a tire I was shown at $160, the manager said he was “only making $47 on it” and there was nothing he could do. Even though I had a screenshot of the price Travis displayed to me, but he refused to adjust the bill or honor the price I was originally quoted.
At no point was I given a written estimate, which is required by Florida law for repairs over $100. The final price was never disclosed until after the work was done, and it more than double what I was promised.
This was a textbook case of bait-and-switch pricing, poor communication, and hidden fees. I have filed complaints with FDACS and the BBB.
If you consider this location, protect yourself: demand a written estimate upfront and don’t trust verbal quotes. My experience cost me wasted time over three days, extra towing expenses, and a bill more than twice the quoted amount.
Stopped in to check out some new tires and had a great experience with Trevor and Walter! They were very knowledgable and helped me find exactly what I needed. I WILL be back!!!
This Tire Kingdom is the best auto shop I have ever done business in a lot of years of driving. They have gone above and beyond what would be expected of them to help me get my car back on the road and get it home 40 miles away from where my car had a flat. I had the pleasure of dealing with two incredibly great guys Mark and Walter. I would drive 40 miles away from home to buy tires from them again. I would drive 40 miles to have them service any of my cars. People like Walter and Mark And the entire staff at this particular Tire Kingdom have nearly restored my faith In people and Finding incredibly honest And sincere by the way, they treat their customers. I would recommend them to anyone within driving distance of Melbourne Florida. Thank you so much for all you’ve done to get me on the road. Words can’t express my appreciation.
Mechanic who worked on my vehicle did great service, also explained and showed me, what vehicle needs in near further. All staff members were courteous and kind. I would definitely continue to do business with these fine gentlemen

Poor customer service. I went there on Friday 21st to replace 4 tires and alignment, in doing so the manager came and told me that they saw an issue with the powersteering and it need to be replaced because oil is coming from it. I gave him the okay to do the job. After about 6 hours they called me to come and pick up the vehicle, when i arrived and paid the full amount the manager told me that the parts for the power steering was not installed because the parts didn't arrive. He told me that the parts would arrive over the weekend and I should bring back the vehicle on Tuesday. I took back the vehicle on Tuesday, the 26th of August, at about 1 pm and was told that the parts were still not yet reached, but they expected it today. The manager said he would call me as soon as the parts arrived today. The day passed by without a call from the store, Wednesday came and passed, no call from the manager or the store, on the 28th i decided to call the store to find out what was the issue, i could over heard the agent asking the manager in background about the parts, when the agent came back on the phone, he said that the manager is asking him to take my phone number. I told him that i needed to talk with the manager. The manager came on the phone to tell me that the parts didn't arrive and he is going to track it now and would call me back at 12 pm today, the 28th. I told him it was unacceptable and inconvenient for me.
Great customer service. My Aunt needed a brake light put in and Mark assisted her quickly and had her out on her way in minutes. Will recommend to everyone I know.
I went to Tire Kingdom to try and get a tire repaired and have my AC checked out. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Mark. He was very friendly and never once tried to take advantage of an older woman by selling her parts and services that were not required. He had my best interest at heart. I was shown where my tire had two nail holes side by side that could not be plugged or patched. He sold me a tire within my budget, and told me my AC only needed freon. The replacement of the tire was done quickly. I was in and out within thirty minutes. I received great customer service, and was even helped out of the store and into my car. There should be more employees like Mark. I would recommend asking for Mark anytime you need service on your vehicle.
Just got a brand new rear set of tires and the workers did a great job. I had an issue with my tire pressure sensor in one of my tires but they fixed it right when I brought it back. Amazing work, workers, and customer service!
Slimy. Instead of patching my tire like I asked, they used the 45 mins they quoted me for the job working up estimates to replace all sorts of perfectly good parts on my car. They didn’t even do the job I brought the car for, I guess a tire patch isn’t profitable enough for them.
I came here last week for a battery check and was told my battery was “fine.” Today my battery died again, and when I called them the manager told me their battery tester was broken when they checked it. That wrong diagnosis left me stranded and caused me to miss an entire work shift.
This wasn’t just an inconvenience, it cost me time, money, and peace of mind. When your equipment fails and you give bad information, customers pay the price. Instead of making it right, I got excuses.
If you value accuracy and accountability, avoid this location.

I did a great experience in there . Staff took care of me and their service was on point . Specially the tire tech , his name is Lahens , he really knows what he is doing and give 100% to his work . He has done 4 tires in less than 30 minutes ,changed my sensors , and also did my oil change while I was talking to the staff upfront.
I really recommend people to take your automotive service in this store . You won’t regret it.

Service was quick but the tech could not follow simple instructions. If he can’t follow simple instructions, how can I feel confident that he can follow instructions and procedures and service my truck properly? I have had similar issues at other Tire Kingdom locations. I’ll not use them for future service.

Mark is very unprofessional tried to sell me the wrong parts. The people were inspecting my car I heard them say that the issue was something else other then what mark told me. He treats other workers there like crap when he is wrong he does not like it. Ive come here for years and never have had issues until today. Please do something about your employee in the front office. I can only imagine what the employees deal with.
Ashley is absolutely amazing! Every time I come in, she’s incredibly sweet, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is explained clearly and that I’m taken care of. I had a great experience today. I came in last minute @ 510 and they got me in and fixed my tire that had a screw in it. Great guys in the front and the tech worked quickly I got me on my way. I recommend using this tire shop!
Great experience at this location getting new tires! Came in with no appointment and was taken care of right away. As a younger female with little knowledge on cars, I felt totally comfortable and taken care of by these guys. Austin took his time to go over all of my options, and even printed out paperwork for extra things that my car will need in the future that I can refer to. They truly made sure that I was safe on the road, and the service was so quick. Thanks guys!

These guys are awesome! Sunday afternoon 20 minutes before closing before a holiday and Austin took care of our tire puncture in less than 10 minutes. This is the second time we’ve worked with this store and we will be coming back again!
I went to tire Kingdom to buy some tires. The staff was friendly, but they were also very Adamant about me getting work done that I didn’t need in charging me ridiculous. High prices.They found as they say several other things wrong with my car, which I know was not true because I had went to another place prior and everything checked out good but they said I needed brakes I need rotors I needed a filter I needed alignment which were all untrue. I believe they upped the price of the tires they did some work
without my authorization. They gave me one price and when I went back to pick up my car, it was almost $300 more. I feel like they take advantage of women they push you to buy things you don’t need. I got into an argument with the manager he was very unprofessional. I will never go back there ever again. I had the worst experience. Also, they asked me to fill out a review to give them a good review before the service was even done Once I filled out the review, that’s when all the extra charges start coming. Don’t go to the tire kingdom in Melbourne off of 192 because they will rip you off..they get no stars from me Do right by people don’t take advantage of people they need a whole new staff.
