Went there to get used tires to get me through the weekend. They was throwing my rims which ended up scratching my rims. When I said something they got mad and started using profanity telling me I don’t have to pay for the tires but to never come back. When I went to leave they told me they called the cops. When it’s all said and done I still had to pay full price and they trespassed me. Do not do business with this establishment. They do not take pride in their work and if they make a mistake or damage your property they will not try to resolve it in a professional manner.
Great place to get your vehicle repairs and maintenance. The staff is great and a very professional with best prices and quality too. I have purchased tires, had my wife’s vehicle repaired here and also my son’s Honda accord. I Will not go anywhere else and truly recommend everyone to come here and save time, money. Thank you guys and Fernando for all the help.
Freddy Fernandez gave a different price for my mother's job on three occasions. He bought a piece without first asking her for prices and in the end he intended to charge her three times what he had already told her. And to top it off, it was all disrespectful and poorly spoken. He had no education when it came to an agreement.
I did not know that I was taking my vehicle here, but according to my bank transaction I guess I did. So, if im leaving the other place a bad review I might as well leave Garys. NOTE: When qouted a price be sure to get that in writing. When told by the guy who runs the place.. oh did you misunderstand, No buddy english is my first language.
I paid $80 for an oil change and they didn’t change the oil filter. Not only that, they used a worn and used container that was sitting open to fill it up. I asked what filter they used and he told me STP, lied to my face. How does an oil change place forget to change the filter? Unreal
They failed to replace the oil ring on the filter housing and I had a serious oil leak. I went to Tampa a few days later and was loosing a quart every hour. Fortunately my truck has a low oil sensor so I was alerted to the problem otherwise I would have ruined the engine. After watching them change the oil & filter this time, I was convinced they did not change the filter on my last visit as a skid plate has to be removed first and the last change was far to quick to do that.
I purchased two tires here and within less than 2 weeks one of them blew. When I tried to replace it with the other tire I purchased, (my spare is a full tire), it also went flat overnight. I called to ask if there was anything they could do and she told me they only help if something occurs within 2-3 days. Terrible customer service. I really liked this place before, it is conveniently located, all the guys are really nice, but I will never bring my business back here.
My first time in here mainly because it’s Sunday and my regular place was closed. These guys were over the top with customer service and quality of job. I found me a new spot for here on out!
On a trip with family, service was literally 7 minutes, they topped off our tire pressure, and added windshield wiper fluid. We never even left the car. Excellent service, and we will definitely be using this business on all future trips.
Didn’t actually make it in to the business, was going to get an oil change but when I called to inquire about the price the girl on the phone was so rude that I will make sure to never step foot in this place. She needs a serious attitude adjustment if she’s going to be answering calls from customers, because if she’s allowed to be that rude and unprofessional I can only imagine how unprofessional everyone else there is, plus $44 for an oil change! Yeah it’s 10 minutes but I’d rather wait 2 hours and pay $20 which is what most places are charging then pay and extra $20.
Have been coming here for years. Always the quickest, friendliest service. They always go above and beyond. Great value for the quality service they provide.
i have had plenty of good oil changes here 1. one bad only change. and 1 horrible services for tires.. they sold me 4 "practically new tires" that didnt even last a year, when i got them changed at another spot they showed me how sketchy the tires really were and that they were literally rdy to blow (2 of em)not to mention they were tires from 2002 and i drive 2016 civic
I stopped by today and tried this place out for the first time. I'm happy to say that I had a great experience! The guys that work there are super nice and everything got done super fast! It was very affordable and I made sure I tipped. I got a bulb replaced, an oil change, and a new tire I really needed. I'm coming back next time I need anything because I really like this place.
Just had my first oil change and didn’t really know what to get! Everyone helped me in a very nice matter and was very knowledgeable and professional in their work. A lot of places take a while for just a simple oil change, but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Definitely my go to place for now on
Customer service was ok, you don't have to leave your car, prices are fair, in and out really fast, and business is warranty compliant for all major car dealerships. If you need oil done I highly recommend this place. They even top of windshield fluid and tire pressure for free.
I loved how quickly they changed my oil!! I'm a busy mom with a lot going on, and all the other places take an hour or more. So finding a place that can change my oil in 10 minutes really made my day. I will definitely return on a regular basis.
Fernando’s is the best place in town for oil change windshield wipers and tires and all of the above. Family owned business and all of them guys work great together. It literally took them five minutes to do an oil change for me. I was going to buy some brand new tires but they were honest with me and told me I didn’t need them yet. That goes along way with me. Anyone else would’ve sold them to me just to make the money. Thank you y’all are the best in town!
Always quick. They also probably saved my life by letting me know my exhaust manifold was hanging on by a barely 2 bolts which I later confirmed with CO2 detector, was leaking into my car. I have never had a bad experience here. They are all very nice and professional.
They didn't do everything the checklist said that they did when they changed my oil this morning. They didn't check air filter, wiper blades, top off washer fluid, reset oil change indicator light, tires, etc., etc. Kinda makes me wonder if they even changed the oil filter. But they did change the oil and it only took 10 minutes (if even). What may have bothered me most is there was a lady in her car in the bay next to mine getting her oil changed too that had a power steering fluid leak. When she asked how much it would cost to fix that she was told $1,000.00. Really? The tech didn't take a serious look at anything under her hood much less the time to look up what the actual parts and labor would actually cost... No, he just looked her in the eye when she asked and said $1,000.00. I wouldn't advise taking leak in the bathroom there much less your vehicle there to be serviced. It's a real shame because I want to be supportive to the mom and pops around town rather than going to the bigger branded shops. Gary's blew it for me this morning though.
Got a quote for a rear brake job, they did the job and the price was as quoted! No 'surprises' as I have experienced in the past . Very responsible as well. I will definitely be back!
When I went for an oil change, I had tires in my car as I intended to have them installed across the street afterwards. The owner(?) asked me what they were charging and I told him $60 if I recycle them myself, $80 if they recycle them for me. I told him I was going to recycle them myself because I'm on a budget. He said he'd match their price if I paid cash, but I told him I was using my card so I was still going across the street.
After my oil change (which was very fast, but could have been a little more thorough - by detailing what was completed and reminding me to reset my dummy light before I left), I opted to have him install my tires because I had enough cash on me after all, but I stressed that I'd recycle my tires myself to save the extra $20. He said he'd recycle my tires anyway.
After he finished, told me it was $80 cash. I told him that's not what we discussed. He got mad and walked away very quickly while telling me to come get my tires. He rolled them out very angrily to the young man putting them in my car. The young man who helped me was very patient and kind. He took the time to protect my vehicle with the garbage bags I'd brought to keep the seats from getting wet even though I was rushing through it just to get out of there.
Small business owners especially should remember that customer service is more important than the service itself. Treat every customer like they are your first or your last because they very well may be.
What's most unfortunate is that as I read the responses to the comments before mine, they express God's love, patience, kindness, and forgiveness, but my experience with the owner(?) was quite the opposite. Thankfully, I know God so I don't judge Him based on the actions of other believers, but someone else may not know that love so we should be reminded that our greatest work is in the body of Christ!
Did not screw back on tire caps after checking tire pressure also failed to tighten the oil filter completely on. Realized after I got home and leaked oil on my driveway
I moved down from NY about six years ago and was dreading looking for a mechanic I could trust. Well, I found that in Gary and his shop. He's honest, friendly and up front with pricing. I live in Palm Bay and I drive the twenty minutes up US1 just to get my oil changed.
I've taken my car there three times for Mobile 1 oil change. Rotated tires, tail lights fixed and brake job tomorrow. Fair prices. Trust these folks! Small family business. Father, Son and Mother there today. Down to earth hard working family. Gary did my oil change! I won't go anywhere else again! These folks care! Thank you!
Gary's services all my cars for over 7 years. I recently took my Chevy sedan to the dealer down the street to get a recall issue fixed and an oil change. The engine light had come on, so I asked the dealer to trouble shoot it. The dealer quoted me over $2500 worth or repairs. I declined the service then went to Gary's tire for a second opinion, After leaving my car there good while, they determined they could find anything wrong with my car. Needless to say I was very relieved. I have had 4 cars there for all kinds of repairs. They are always fair and just fix what you need done. Not much I can say for their competition. Thank you Gary's tire. You have a customer for the long haul!!
I brought my 2006 Jaguar x type to Gary's Tire and Auto. The car had already been diagnosed at the dealership with a bad ac compressor. The dealership wanted a lot of $ for the job. Gary's tire not only gave me a great price, they also replaced the compressor for no charge after the one they had previousely installed failed 6 months later. They really back up their work. New replacement compressor no charge. Way to go Gary's Tire.
These guys are completely awesome and I highly recommend them. HOWEVER, THEY ARE NOT LOCATED WHERE GOOGLE SHOWS THEM TO BE. Their real address is 914 N. Harbor City Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32935. Google shows it as Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change but the sign is Mobile 1. Northwest corner of Sarno and Harbor City. Again, I highly recommend Gary's Tires.
