I have been using them exclusively for approximately 2-years and have never been disappointed. The Service Writers are honest and do not try to sell you unnecessary parts or services.
I have been servicing my Toyotas hete since November of 2011, i have never had an unfriendly advisor. They are always quick and update me on progress of the work.
A great place to get your car serviced. They are on time and have paid attention to detail. I like the way they add a car wash to the service service advisor Nathan Huff was he efficient and professional thanks again Nathan.

Normally would give 5 stars but recieved fairly poorly this morning by gentleman in service dept/intake. You know what they say about first impressions. Other than that, the service is always top notch. Like the way they do business from the sale to service after the sale. Worth my 45 min drive.
The dealer inventory is pretty good. They have pretty much every trim in every model. I bought my truck here simply because they had the configuration I wanted, and because it’s located close to where I live.
Dealing with the finance people was a pain. Like most dealers, it just felt like they were trying to scam me the whole time.
Since I’ve owned the truck, every service appointment has been unorganized. They have a huge service staff, and they don’t communicate well, so there has been some sort of mix up, or confusion, every time I have brought my truck in for service. They have also given my truck back to me in worse shape then I left it. Nothing major, but small scratches on my tail gate. It’s for that reason I’m writing this review, and I won’t be taking my truck here for service anymore. It’s a shame.
Overall, they are a very average dealership. It’s unfortunate that the average dealership experience is so unpleasant now a days.
Service was quick and easy. Rob, the service advisor was helpful and competent. Service included oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter, wiper blades and unexpectedly, replacement of my 2 year old battery. It was covered under Toyota warranty. So thanks for everything. Charlie mangiaracina
They will lie to you to try to sell you something you do not need. I changed the cabin filter in my wife's vehicle on Saturday. I brought the car to here today (Sunday) for an oil change. The service tech reviewed what was done and what I would need in the future. He told me that the cabin filter was kind of dirty and would need to be changed at my next appointment. If they are willing to lie about this , I cannot trust them with any other recommendations.
Tom Beer made our deal possible. Incredible salesman, customer for life! Toyota of Melbourne was able to get me the deal I wanted and their service department followed the sale with exceptional quality work on my used vehicle to get one last hiccup resolved. Perfect. Love this dealer.
