This company likes to wrongfully tow vehicles that are in the process of being worked on. It's absolutely disgusting how they treat people. I honestly hope they go out of business.
I was in an accident and my car was towed by Imperial. The adjuster went to their lot and estimated $7800 in damages. I went to the lot to retrieve some items from my car 2 days before It was getting towed from the Imperial lot to the body shop. Everything was fine inside. Then yesterday when my car arrived at the body shop, all the seats in the back were flipped up, and all of my WeatherTech mats were gone, except for the large one that goes to the third row, It was crumbled up like they started to take it, but it was too big for someone to sneak it out, unlike the other floor mats, which are small and easier to conceal. While I was there, there were two employees smoking weed in one of the vehicles near mine, and one of their drivers was talking to me about the damage on my car, and he said he thinks it was gonna be totaled, Because he thought there was more than $8000 in damage from what he could see, and he said I should get everything I want out of the car, because I might no see it again. So that’s probably why they took the mats out. I called and talked to the owner, He said his employees are not thieves, and that they’re not responsible for any lost or stolen items, and hung up on me. They have surveillance cameras on their property, which is fenced in and secure. They know who took my floor mats. They thought my car was going to be totaled, so they took what they wanted.
I’ve used Imperial Towing twice now and they have always had clear professional communication and arrive quickly which can be difficult to find in the towing industry especially when you’re in a bad situation. A+
Once again Imperial comes to the rescue!!!! I love these guys. I originally called the office for an emergency tow as I was stranded in the middle of Apollo blvd. I had a catastrophic failure of a front wheel hub and found out the driver was an hour away in Titusville. So while I waited I decided to just stand and wait, didn't really have a choice in the matter! Peter was the driver, and the only driver working today so by the time he made it down to Melbourne, I was just ready to drop it off at my mechanic and go home. Peter is a 20 year vet in towing and I will say his professional experience definitely shows! Thanks again dispatch and Peter for rescuing me today!!!
Great service! Reasonable price. Helped me on a Sunday tow a huge van to a local mechanic. I wasn’t able to stay with the vehicle and it was no problem. 100% would recommend.
Our car broke down at Einstein Bagels and we had a tow truck within 20 minutes take it to the service department at the car dealership. Thank you for your help but the car now needs a front end alignment.
Imperial Towing picked up my daughter BMW that was in an accident on 95. The office and driver were very professional and polite. I don't know how these drivers can put their life on the line picking up vehicles on the road side of 95. I was shocked at how many people don't move over for their safety. My husbands motorcycle broke down yesterday, in not the best area of town and in a very awkward parking position. We had to leave it over night and try to get a tow this morning (5/8/2025). We were able to get it set up to meet in 30 minutes. Mike was right on time. He was fast, efficient and friendly. He talked while he worked and made me feel comfortable. Mike got the bike on the back of the truck 1, 2, 3 and then when he took it off, I was amazed at how easily and quickly he pushed it up the slant on my driveway. I would definitely call Imperial Towing again - if I can get Mike to be my driver 8-)
Last night on March 6th our 16 year old daughter was in a car accident with her 15 year old sister in the car.The phone call that every parent prays they never get we got and thank God they both only had minor injuries and the other driver was ok too.Palm Bay Police called Imperial Towing to come pick up our daughters car as well as the other vehicle that was involved in the crash.The driver who came last night was great.Today my husband called to ask a few questions as far as their hours open and location and such and then headed there to take care of it all.Upon arrival he was greeted by a woman who was smoking a cigarette at the desk and told him that he had to pay $452.03 in cash only which they did not tell him on the phone.My husband thankfully had the cash but they did not have change for a $100 bill so he had to then go to a nearby store and make a purchase to get change.They had all of these insane fees-$114 towing ok yes,mileage $86.88,labor $36.46,extra person $75 when there was no extra person so not getting this,special equipment $18.83,storage $45.60 counted 2 days even though it didn’t come in until 11 last night but because it was a little after 12 today it counted as 2 days.Oh then the hand written added on admin fee of $67.13 which brought us to $453.03.We then needed the car towed to our house in Palm Bay and we were told that could go on a credit card and I didn’t even want to know what my husband had to pay for it.The truck arrived with our car and my husband told him where it needed to go in our driveway which we had a clear opening for because being the condition of the car we assumed he would back the tow truck up in our driveway and lower the car out this way but not the case.This driver got in our daughters car and proceeded to drive it up the driveway and most likely causing more damage to the car than what was already there.I was not out there for this and probably a good thing but we were both shocked by this and so is everyone else that we have talked to about it.I hope there is a place to attach pictures so everyone can see the damage of the car and how it was still driven into place in our driveway.Not happy one bit about any of this and we will never be using this company again and we will definitely be sharing our experience with family and friends.I feel like we were taken advantage of on some of the fees that we paid and the delivery of our car was just mind blowing.The passenger side was completely smashed in along with the whole wheel well with a tire and rim that was flat and bent all out of shape that we could not and would not drive on last night to even move it from the road but this driver did not care and just drove it up our drive way not caring what additional damage was caused.
I needed towing for a crap situation and they were the second service I called for pricing and not only were they cheap but he said he would be there in 20 minutes I swear it was only like 10. Driver#77 thank you again we appreciate you a lot!
Fantastic operation.Called and they arrived to transport company truck to Ft.Pierce which weighed 46,000 lbs. 1 hour to hook up the 50 ton wrecker and 1 hour and 15 minutes delivered.Best company by far!!! Thanks again guys. Cardinal Scale from Ft.Lauderdale.
Peter picked me up and towed my 2018 Mazda, after I had lost my key, to my house. Service prompt and he was very respectful. Love that he takes great care of his truck. I am a AAA customer and they would not be able to accommodate me. I would recommend Imperial towing to my friends. Wish they had a plan I could join for roadside service.

I have never given 5 stars to a towing company before. I am so impressed. I broke down on 95 and called another local company recommended by the road ranger first and they said they would be 60 to 90 minutes. I called imperial and whoever answered knew exactly where I was, told me they’re on the way, and had a shop in mind open on a weekend to take me to. The driver arrived in about 15 minutes, AAA would have taken hours. Incredibly fair cost as well. Bravo!
Had a I95 towing emergency...Sam answered the phone was calm helpful and patient with questions. Brandon was on-time and did a great job getting us to repair shop. Highly recommend to anyone in Melbourne area.
Answered the phone promptly on a Friday night and while it took longer than expected to arrive, the guy who picked up my car was great! He was so nice and even checked the collision center I had elected to drop my car to ensure it had a key drop box. Then our other car’s battery died and he gave us a very quick jump! So I was very happy when I called and the guy I spoke to said they would be here with 45 minutes to change a spare tire. He asked me if I had a spare and I told him yes it's underneath. The guy came out and changed the flat one for my spare which was also flat and didn't have a way to fill it up!!! I told him I would pay him $65 for him to switch a flat for a flat. And he could tell his boss that he will have to sue me.
Josh was fast, great mannered and did the work spectacular on towing my lifted f350. Safety was his main priority to ensure me and my significant other were safe before starting.
I could not be more pleased with the fast service and reasonable price I paid to have my car towed. I called 2 companies. 1st one was a 2.5 hour wait. I called Imperial next and not only did they have a person available to come get my car right away, it was 1/2 the price. The driver was friendly and professional. He was able to get our car parked in a good spot on our driveway so that we could work on it later. Imperial will definitely be the 1st company I call from here on out. Thank you.
Imperial towing were attentive with their customers. They loaded my car very carefully on the truck and even checked what’s wrong with my car. Also the person who answered my call was very nice and customer friendly as well. They were willing to listen on what I needed. Over all great service. Will recommend to friends and families if they ever need towing service. I called a different towing company prior to contacting Imperial towing, and they were rude and doesn’t seem to care. Their service also seemed over priced. Glad I called Imperial towing before settling to the other company.

Best tow company melbourne Cocoa Saved me $400 bucks by suggesting Gattos close to my location, tow truck driver was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to tow the box truck down the street, these trucks are not easy to tow and he did not give up. Thank you!
Our driver's name was Scott, and he was fantastic! The truck was very clean, he was very polite, they got there in a reasonable time and he took extra care with my car. I am very pleased with my service and I am thankful that my insurance company sent them out. We were having a bad day, and the excellent customer service from our driver really helped.
