Bruce and James were awesome! No pressure sales tactics and had some great conversations. Drove from Miami to check it out the car but couldn’t leave with it due to an issue with my loan. Got it sorted out the next day and James brought the car down to my job so I didn’t have to drive up to get it. Bought a used 2014 Chrysler Town and Country from them last week. The car was in excellent condition. No pressure sale. Mr. O'Donnell worked with us a little bit on both the price of the vehicle we were purchasing and the price of the vehicle we traded and we came to a fair deal. Overall excellent experience. Great vehicle, no surprises! Great service, followed up to make sure all the car parts ( keys, mats, owners manual, headphones, etc) were included. Whole process was done on the internet and phone. Did not see the car in person until it was delivered 2 weeks later and 1500 miles away from the purchase location. Would trust James and do it again.
