Purchase experience was fantastic! Saw a truck I liked while browsing the internet on a Sunday & sent them an email. James responded immediately & invited me to come check it out even though they were closed. My wife & I drove up from West Palm & met James (who was nice enough to come in on his day off). He was super friendly & easy going, no pressure whatsoever. I loved the truck & he offered me exactly what I wanted for my trade. We made plans to close the deal during the week & James offered to meet me halfway to deliver the new truck! Entire transaction was super smooth. I highly recommend James & O'Donnell-Lutz!

Bruce and James were awesome! No pressure sales tactics and had some great conversations. Drove from Miami to check it out the car but couldn’t leave with it due to an issue with my loan. Got it sorted out the next day and James brought the car down to my job so I didn’t have to drive up to get it. Felt great to tell my boss “I’m stepping out for a little bit, my new car is being delivered.”

These guys are top notch. I drove from Destin to Melbourne because they were so easy and great to work with. They seemed genuinely passionate about selling high quality used vehicles and offering the best service they can. They also have the knowledge to back up that passion. I had a trade in as well and they were very fair in what they offered. I was in and out within about 30 minutes when I arrived. Best vehicle transaction I have ever been apart of. Thanks James!

I bought a Toyota CHR for my daughter, being a female I was prepared to get pressured and offered things I didn’t want but I was pleasantly surprised! This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! I would definitely buy a car here again and I will tell everyone I know if they want a good car with a good price with no sales pressure buy it here they are the best!

A Business has to earn a 1-star review from me and here's why I gave this business a 1-star. I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge with ~60,000 miles on March 14, 2020. During the transaction, a "Notification of Items to be Repaired, Added or Improved As Part of the Condition of Sale" was signed. The agreement was to provide the second keyless entry key fob at the expense of the seller. A third party locksmith/ key maker services customers with this need. As of writing this review, the second key has yet to be provided after multiple attempts of contacting and visiting the dealership regarding this inquiry. Considerations: Unfortunately, on March 17, the first coronavirus case in Brevard County was identified, and a county-wide shutdown of non-essential businesses soon followed. I experienced a plethora of inconveniences of only having one available key, including but not limited to, having the key fob battery die and leaving my vehicle at a gas station overnight until the key fob battery could be replaced. I understood that the pandemic caused nationwide limitations on certain services. Still, I was greatly disappointed with the lack of communication on their part. I have never received a phone call from this business after the vehicle was purchased. It's as if, once the transaction was complete, I was ghosted. During my visit on May 29, they admitted to me that the 3rd party locksmith/ key maker had made several visits to create keys, and they forgot to give me a call. Battery: On June 13, I began to experience electrical issues including but not limited to, difficulty/ inability to start, radio resetting randomly, a battery warning message in the infotainment system, etc. On Wednesday, June 17, I had the battery checked, and the battery was bad. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership on that day, and they replaced the battery for me (parts and labor). The battery cost them ~$115.60, and I was asked to pay for the battery. Understanding that having a bad battery within 3 months of purchasing a used vehicle is part of the gamble, I agreed to pay the fee for the battery; however, the agreement to provide a second key for my vehicle has not been fulfilled. Their 3rd party locksmith/ key maker was scheduled to be there Friday, June 19, and I agreed to pay for the battery when I get the key. We both acknowledged that the key was worth more than the battery. Still, I have full intentions of paying for the battery, once I finally receive the second key. I was promised a phone call when the 3rd party locksmith/ key maker arrived. Disappointment: On Friday, I arrived to the dealership at 2:32 pm with two inquiries: The battery was improperly installed (which they easily fixed), and I was due to pay for the battery and receive the second key. The person had not arrived yet, and I had to go to work, which was 6 min (2.5 mi) away via S Babcock St. I asked him to call me when he gets to the dealership and I will make it over. He never called. I eventually called the phone number listed on Google.com at 4:40 pm (they are listed to close at 5:00 pm according to the Google website and no alternate hours of operations were ever mentioned if there are any) and was met with hostility and anger. I was told that he was at home, and I was disturbing him at home. He also mentioned that the locksmith already showed up at the dealership, and I had missed him. His response was, "you told me you were going to work! What did you expect me to do? I wasn't going to have the man wait on you!" I reminded him that he signed a contract to have this provided and responded with, "That contract is null and void now since you're not paying for the battery." I explained to him that I wanted to make one last attempt Next Friday, June 26, to receive the keys. I asked him to give me a call whenever the locksmith arrived on Friday, I will be there prepared to pay for the battery. Soon after, he hung up the phone on me. Currently waiting for a callback. Update on June 27, 2020: Never called. I don’t want a sorry excuse on Google reviews, I want keys

Bought a used 2014 Chrysler Town and Country from them last week. The car was in excellent condition. No pressure sale. Mr. O'Donnell worked with us a little bit on both the price of the vehicle we were purchasing and the price of the vehicle we traded and we came to a fair deal. Overall excellent experience. You can deal with confidence at this place.

Hands down the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. I bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was low mileage and in excellent condition inside and out. Their price was fair and there was absolutely no pressure. I'm a little over an hour away from them and James, the owner, delivered my vehicle to me personally. I would do business with them again without hesitation and I would happily recommend them to my family and friends.

First time we've bought a vehicle from O'Donnell-Lutz. It will NOT be the last time. Brant and "Odie" treated us like family. The vast array of vehicles we had to choose from was impressive. We settled in with a Mazda 6 Touring car. What a buy, what a transaction. Painless and we weren't "attacked" like we typically are when we pull on a car lot. They let us take our time, test drive a couple cars and decide on what we wanted. No negotiating necessary. Great trade in value. Couldn't be more satisfied. Buying a new or used Car is never easy ! But it was with James from O'Donnell-Lutz! Working with James in advance via telephone to discuss vehicle pricing expectations and providing our vehicle trade in information, made the transaction seamless upon our arrival. The 3 1/2 trip to Melbourne was well worth the trip for the value and condition of the vehicle was just as expected! It was a great pleasure to meet James and to purchase our new 2018 Ford Edge from him. Will definitely come and check back with James on any future car purchases!

I was looking for a particular SUV which this dealership had. I called and set up an appointment for Sunday. Very smooth process, The SUV was priced so right that I did not even ask for a discount. From beginning to end this transaction took less than 2 hours . Very honest, excellent quality of vehicles at a very fair price. This was probably my first experience buying from a small dealership and I can honestly say it was better than dealing with a major one. Great vehicle, no surprises! Great service, followed up to make sure all the car parts ( keys, mats, owners manual, headphones, etc) were included. Whole process was done on the internet and phone. Did not see the car in person until it was delivered 2 weeks later and 1500 miles away from the purchase location. Would trust James and do it again.

Jim is very knowledgeable, and honest as well. If you tell him what you’re looking for he’ll tell you right away if he can help you or not. They deal in quality vehicles only, as you’ll quickly realize, and his son’s ability to take care of the backend paperwork process is the most efficient I’ve ever experienced. Flew to Orlando to pick up my 2012 ram 1500 R/T and was in awe of this truck, the condition was unbelievable, looked and rode as new. James and son met me at the airport and had all the paperwork ready to go, was on my way in less than 30 minutes, everyone at home was shocked at the condition of this vehicle. I have bought every car I have owned from the O’Donnell family. They are great and always offer the fairest price on the market. I bought my newest purchase a beautiful Infiniti G37 Coupe from them and I could not be happier with my purchase. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle they will always be the first place I stop. I just hope I am able to pick up another Luxury vehicle from them. I couldn't say enough good things about Mr. O'Donnell and his son James that operate the used car lot. I stumbled upon them by driving by, and noticing very clean used cars.Boy am I glad I stopped. I bought a nearly new car and saved about $6k. It was less painful than buying a toaster. If or when I move back to Arizona, I may STILL use them. I recommend them to everyone.

You can find high-quality used cards almost anywhere, but at O'Donnell-Lutz you will find a superior buying experience at a good price. I'm on my 7th and 8th purchases from these gentlemen since 1998, and I have never been let down or had any moments of buyers remorse. These guys know how to buy cars, so they don't have to take advantage of their customers to make money. That is the key to the O'Donnell-Lutz experience and what differentiates them from other dealers. They are knowledgeable about what they sell and are honest and up front about what to expect from ownership of every car on the lot. There is zero pressure to buy, no push for financing (though they are helpful when you need it!). These guys are the real deal. Honesty, integrity and fair trade are hard to find in the car business. In October I needed to sell my Nissan Altima, and although I was not in financial trouble with the car, I didn't want to mess with people coming out to drive my car then disappearing never to be heard from again.
