I can’t stress enough how amazing these people are. On a few occasions now I have had to come in with my ram 1500 to get some things fixed and they have been nothing but amazing. They have even given me rides back-and-forth between my home while they are fixing certain things and they are very nice people and it’s a very nice environment, clean bathroom, nice out front seating while you wait.If you need any help This should be the first place you go

I bought my own tires there and was charged $100 to put two tires mount and balance customer service was terrible. I will never go back or recommend anybody else to go there. and when I bought the vehicle, ask a couple of times how much will I be charged gentleman kept saying oh we will let you know

I’m so impressed with this company. I’ve been dealing with other companies in the past 30 yrs. Had a company I had used for years then the owner retired and I never trusted the new owner or the employees. Then I went to another “ franchise “ company and the last time I was there , I knew I’d never go back. I’m grateful for the friends referral and for not having the feeling” oh, her comes a female, how much can we take advantage “!!!!! Local and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and ethical. Thank you for your great service and getting me back on the road with a great working vehicle!!!

So I went in for AC repair and now have a soaking wet floor that they won’t take care of for me. I had this car 11 years and the AC worked without soaking the floor. Here’s the note telling me to use a towel. The floor is soaked every single day. $1000 later. I can’t believe this. So the owner responded like he was really concerned and said to email him to resolve the issue but won’t get back to me. Great lip service response. Be careful who you trust.

Great service, quick delivery, done right, and the porch rockers invite you to sit for awhile but that is not necessary. From the time you drive up, you feel welcomed, in good hands, and confident they will treat you right. I even got a handwritten "Thank you" letter in the mail!

Took truck in for oil change and oil change only. An hour and forty minutes later they say i need a new radiator. I refused the radiator cause it's NEVER had an issue and of course I leave and it starts overheating. Clearly they did it to try and make extra money. Hearing a lot of bad experiences from others

Kendall's has been my go-to for any car service for years. I first found them over 10 years ago, and as a single woman, it was wonderful knowing I wasn't going to get taken advantage of. I would recommend this place to ANYONE & EVERYONE, but especially Veterans!

*Edit to my first review: I was reached out by the team at Kendalls. They did have me bring the Traverse in to work on correcting the deficiencies in the a/c. They found where the leak was actually coming from and made a repair. As I write this I am 2 weeks in from when they made the repair. The a/c cools much better than what it did. We will see if it continues. I do still have an issue with this a/c as far as fluctuating temperatures. This may be an unrelated issue. I changed my rating mainly because they did allow me to bring this in and work on correcting it. I appreciate that a lot. I have had my 2019 Traverse in here multiple times for the a/c. At this point they have replaced the compressor, condenser and other parts. I have roughly 3k in to this repair and this a/c still is not working. It’s hard to get it back to them because I live so far away and they don’t do appointments. They also just keep throwing parts at this and it works temporarily and then stops. I use to like wanting to use the local shop especially since I use to go to the gym with the owners. But I have lost faith in this shop.

We were referred by a family member, who uses them. Traveling with our 5th wheel from New England means no skimping on certain things, tires and brakes. We needed two tires and rear rotors and pads. The crew at Kendalls we quick and informative, with what they found. In and out in less than 2 hours and all at a fair price. I’d send anyone there.

I bought a car and had the wrong mileage reported by this company..... They did a report on July 2023 with 111k miles and at August 2023 the older owner return to another services and they report 400k After that all the reports have the correct amount 111k up. I called the company to try to correct and the guy that answered just say that he can't do NOTHING and that HAPPEN ALL THE TIME. Asked me to go there with the car so they can look and see what they can do. So be careful and CONFIRM if they report the correct mileage on your car, so you will not end like me now with a 115k mileage car with 400k wrong report in the middle of all the correct reports. Please I hope that someone with more education can answer me so that this can be reviewed. Thanks

I took my recently purchased 2010 Nissan Frontier in to have it looked at after the "service vehicle soon" light came on. Turned out to be a fuel control sensor. Kendall's installs OEM parts which are the correct parts so I'm confident that I won't have trouble with that particular sensor again for a very long time. They took my pickup in immediately and had the problem resolved in a short time. I appreciate their work quality and the quick response when I brought it in. I will take my business to them from now on.

Took my car in for a busted radiator, Rob called and let me know that my brakes felt weak and they also suspected my wheel bearings were bad. They quickly repaired my radiator and when I took my car back in to address the other issues they found Rob insisted that my brake caliper may still be covered by a warranty from previous work elsewhere. They replaced wheel bearings and brake sensors and I had my car back within 18 hours of dropping it off. My car runs great. I would recommend them to any who needs service.

My tire Blew out on 95. A good Samaritan our earth angel. FROM (A Class Hydraulics Inc/ACHI tire services.) Changed our tire and made sure we made it to the next exit. (We sat for 2 1/2 hours waiting for Rangers and RSA. 8pm / 1030 pm ) Sams club wanted 199 for cheepest tire. I was headed to tire king when i seen this diamond in a rough. I meet 4 wonderful locals all whom have been coming there for years. Which made me very comfortable. I was comfortable enough to buy 4 tires and an oil chane tire sensor and two steams. Thank you for getting me back on the road. I am feeling safe. Enjoyed everyone from the man with his red high heels . To Bolo and his New dad. The wonderful lady with her amazing bf (daughter) The comedian behind the counter. Special thanks to the BOB /ROB Thank you Thank you. Oh ya i didnt feel anything but HOME.

These guys were top notch, I had a situation happen on Sunday and had my tow guy drop it off when they were closed and it was ready to roll Monday afternoon and they didn't try and get over on me because I know they did what they said and what needed to be done i just couldn't spend the time on it myself, so they were definitely good on their word. Good and fair guys I would 100 percent go back to them for assistance and would refer my people to them in good faith.

What can I say except amazing. I have a 2009 dodge laramie and my fan was going, and with this heat wave, i couldve blown my engine. They not only took me right away, They replaced it immediately. No waiting for parts etc and then to boot, the quote wound up being over $300 less cause they searched for a part to save me money. I was stressing while driving since I watched my gauge rise, and now I'm so relieved, and extremely thankful. This is my truck's or any other vehicle I may have, #1 place to go. Thank you all for a no more stress drive. If they had 10 stars they would've received that.

Here's a 5-star review for Kendall Automotive: I recently took my wife's 2014 Toyota Camry to Kendall Automotive for some much-needed maintenance and repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and valued as customers. Not only did Kendall Automotive provide excellent customer service, but they also did an outstanding job on the repairs themselves. Our Camry now feels like new again, and we have Kendall Automotive to thank for that. The workmanship was top-notch, and we could tell that the team took pride in their work. Additionally, I was impressed with the time management at Kendall Automotive. They were able to complete the work on our car in a timely manner, which allowed us to get back on the road and back to our daily routine as quickly as possible. Last but not least, I appreciated the fair and reasonable price that we were quoted for the repairs. While I was driving on I95, I lost my Rim and tire and went for a ride. I looked up a few places to get towed to and fix my issue. Well I decided to go to kendall automotive. The best choice I made they acted fast while they were busy to check all rotors and rims. I was satisfied with the work and the time it took to do the work highly recommended very professional.

These guys were amazing! My car would not start after leaving a store in Melbourne. Luckily a friend recommended Kendall Automotive and they came to my rescue. They came, jumped me off, and followed me back to the shop to change out my battery. When they opened the hood they could smell a radiator leak. They were able to help me get taken care of even though my emergency came at the end of the day. Thank you Matthew, Justin, Kevin, and Bob! You all were angels when I needed help.

Nice staff, quality workmanship, good prices, quick to get you vehicle back to you. Never had a auto shop send me a thank you letter for allowing them to work on my vehicle. Then in the letter states they are a FULL SERVICE one stop auto shop. They have earned my repeat business. But honestly I took my Tahoe there for their great reviews and family owned.

I would highly recommend Kendall Automotive. They diagnosed the problem quickly with my Toyota 4runner and were able to get me back on the road the next day. Great communication! Brian is a top flight professional and kept me in the loop when they found additional problems outside of the initial repairs. I am extremely pleased with the service they provided and will definitely be going back in the future.

I stumbled across this gem when I purchased my home in West Melbourne. I used to take my Volvo S80 to the dealership a few miles down US 192 for all services, but realized I was spending way too much one day after I pulled into Kendall with a slow leak in my tire. The friendly tech came out, checked it, plugged the tire, filled it, and checked/filled the other three. It blew my mind how inexpensive it was. All with a smile. I knew I’d found a new home for my cars, even the expensive ones. Last Christmas, I hit a curb on the side wall of my 2016 Genesis. Done. Not a chance for repair. I called Hyundai, and they quoted over $300 to replace it. I called my guys at Kendall, and I was out the door for $247.39. Same exact tire. My husband is a road warrior, traveling 125 miles round trip each day for work. Recently, his Cadillac SRX needed an oil change, wiper blades and a Freon charge. I brought it in around noon with the full understanding it would be there all afternoon. It was done within less than 2 1/2 hours. Bob initially joked that it seriously needed a wash, and it really did. When I picked it up, in addition to a very reasonable price for all the requested work AND a free tire rotation, we received a coupon for a free car wash. What a nice touch. This is the only place my husband and I will trust to take care of our cars, unless something is under warranty. The work is professionally done, reasonably priced, and we are truly treated like family. That’s a super nice bonus! What more can I say, other than that Kendall is locally owned and operated, and that means it’s our kind of place. Bob is grouchy only so often, but he makes up for it with his witty jokes and expressions. Bob, Jeff, Brian and the Kendall crew, we love you! 2022 UPDATE: We’ve since replaced my husband’s Cadillac with a Tesla Y. Yeah, nice trade up, but unfortunately the Tesla dealerships in Orlando and Merritt Island are a HUGE disappointment. Can never reach a live person, and the Merritt service location broke one of our after-market caliper covers during installment. No remuneration for the loss. Items were missing from the car, too! Not good to be inept and untrustworthy to boot, Tesla ‘Service’! We bought another set, took it to Bob and his team, and DONE! No problems. Today, we took the Tesla in for what turned out to be a torn splash guard. We were very worried it was something more, especially with the sound it was making at high speeds. We asked Bob to rotate the tires too. DONE. Now my Genesis is in for a 40K service. I know it’ll be done right and I can feel safe and secure. THAT’S worth it’s weight in GOLD. Hyundai will never see me again unless there’s a recall or warranty issue, and even then I’m hesitant to deal with them. Thank you again and again, Bob, Jeff, Brian and all the Kendall Crew!

I just moved here a few days ago. I got a screw in my tire and it was leaking air. Kendall Automotive is close to my home and I read all the raving reviews about them online. I went there today just after they opened. Brian immediately got Justin to look at my tire and he repaired it right away. Not only were they fast and extremely friendly, but they didn't charge me as a welcome to Melbourne! I'm delighted to have already found the auto shop that we'll be bringing all our vehicles into for service. Thank you!

Brought my daughters car in due to it overheating on her. Showed up at 2:30, they were busy, at first was told I needed to leave the car. I explained that she is a single mom and depends on her car. They said they would take a quick look and see what the problem was. It wasn’t a major issue and the car got repaired right away. The level of professionalism and care for the customer was above and beyond my expectations. Price was very fair. I am now a loyal customer.

Kendall Automotive Center offers honest and professional service that exceeds customer satisfaction. I ran over a nail and got a flat tire. Soon after putting on my full sized spare the brake squeaked so I brought it to Kendall's to check it out. I drove extra miles to receive their expert, honest, and friendly service. There was a wait, as they were busy, so they provided a ride to my chosen destination. They are wonderful to drop you off at work or home so you can go about doing other things. When I arrived Brian adeptly entered my info into the computer in just a few minutes. Bob the Manager was at the next work station and immediately offered to have me driven to where I needed to go. I think part of this is he minimizes occupants in the lobby due to social distancing concerns. In any case, I was out of there and on my way home in just minutes. Plus they installed plexiglass partitions in their lobby which displays their consideration to safety. I was fortunate to have Sandy drive me as she is very pleasant, plays enjoyable music and is very honest. She spotted a wallet in the back seat left there by the last person driven home and she immediately called it in to the office. She expressed her concern about how that person must be looking for it. I am positive that she handled that with the up-most integrity and was very impressed by her honesty. Plus she stopped her normal bookkeeping tasks to drive me home, was extremely nice about it and I appreciate that very much. Sandy stopped her bookkeeping work again and picked me up hours later. She was still very pleasant and professional considering I interrupted her work again. Brian gave me the news about my brakes. They had two experts drive my car and looked at my brakes and did not find anything wrong except for maybe some dirt. Plus they inflated my tires to the appropriate pressure. My bill was $0 because they did not find anything wrong. Even though Bob the Manager was quiet while I was given my $0 balance bill, I know he was the one who approved it. He is so honest and kind to approve the report that nothing was wrong with my brakes. I did not see the owner this time, but he is usually around there somewhere, ready to help and is super nice and honest too. Thank you Sandy, Brian and Bob for the fantastic service. My brakes no longer squeak, so maybe they got the dirt out of the spare that I put on. I drive with confidence again and am absolutely positive that my brakes are good. This is all due to the excellent Kendall Automotive Center team. Thank you very much for your tremendous service. I was on a trip to the keys and I had a trailer bearing and hub fail. I brought it to Kendall and they jumped right on it and completely repaired it and checked the entire trailer over to be sure that I would have no further issues. They were honest and truly cared about getting us back on the road safely! I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Started off my Monday with a low tire pressure indicator, and was concerned about driving my car. I only had an hour of lunch and decided to give this place a try since it's located close to my work and the reviews were good. The guys at Kendall looked at my car right away, confirmed that it was a nail, patched it up, and I was able to make it back to work on time. It was nice that they didn't charge me just to look at it. Thank you for your service! I Will definitely use you guys again.

These guys are absolutely great. I was referred to them by a coworker and have never been let down. They let you know what is going on, how much it will cost, which are always reasonable prices in my opinion, and they explain how it will affect your vehicle if you don't make the repair at that time. They are honest mechanics with a vast knowledge and amazing customer service. I have gone to them for my oil changes and had transmission work, alternator, battery, etc. and I trust their workmanship. I have never felt taken advantage of by them from being a woman or at all for being a person for that matter. I recommend Kendall to everyone because they are what you should look for in a car service.
