I arrived at about noon on a Saturday without an appointment due to a leaking tire. They were able to fit me in, determine that the tire had an unfixable hole, and then replace the tire and have me on my way in about 1 1/2 hours. They were very accomodating and professional.
I had an excellent experience with Tires Plus and gave a 10/10 rating! I called yesterday (Sunday afternoon around 3:30) and was impressed that they were able to fit me in the same day. Mike was very pleasant and professional on the phone, and the entire process was quick and easy. My car was finished in less than an hour, which exceeded my expectations. Great service, friendly staff, and fast turnaround—I’ll definitely be coming back!
Took my car in because the AC wasn't working. They called at said it was a valve. It would cost around 500 dollars. OK. Later they called and said it's not the valve, it's the compressor. It's will cost additionally 1k. Not happy but OK. The next day they call and say it's not the compressor it's the condenser. OK. Now the cost has risen to 2.4 k. They do the repairs and I pick my car up. As soon as I start driving it it bouncing all over the road. I call them, tell them the issue. They ask me to bring it back the next day. They later call and tell me the struts are bad and it will cost an additional 700 dollars to fix. Bottom line I took an operable car to them for AC service and left with a inoperable car. I picked the car up and took it elsewhere for service. At this point I cannot trust them.
I got a flat tire driving home from work today and stopped in to try to get my tire replaced. The gentleman unfortunate did not have my tire in stock (I have very specific low profile tires) but he was able to call around and find me a shop that had my tire in stock. Before I left he even saved me the trouble and put my spare on for me at no charge. He made my stressful day better with his generosity.
We had a great experience on Labor Day! We purchased 4 tires and had them installed along with a four wheel alignment. We were able to walk to Firehouse subs,have lunch and grabbed a Kava after. It took an hour and a half. Tires are quiet and run smooth. Price was fair and matched Firestones estimate.Thank you Eddie!
Went here because we had a nail in our tire. Luckily we always get the road hazard warranty. Only had about 1000 miles on the tire. We stopped in at 1:40. Was back on the road at 2:40. 52 Anthony got us taken care! Very pleasant, professional and friendly.

Everyone from the time I opened the door until I left, were very friendly and informative..Pulled my car up to the door when service completed...made me feel special....lol...but it's those little touches that mean o much..And I noticed that same friendliness and information was shared with each and every customer..

Very nice place very reasonable prices got the job done faster than expected I had a emergency come up as I pulled in and he offered me to return and they would do the oil change I stated I work and I really needed this done he had me out of their in 30 minutes that was with other customers also getting work done on their cars very compassionate company I'm very grateful and happy with the way I was treated and with the service I received I would recommend my friends as well as family to have work done here and I'll be returning if need be . Pretty standard tire repair place that overworks and underpays their employees and takes too long to service a vehicle. Not sure what else to say besides it costs too much too (that's why I encourage car-free living).
Brian and Eddie were very helpful in explaining in detail and showing the issues with my car. I will most definitely be a continuous customer for any services needed.
After blowing three tires (using up our spares) in our travels from SC the crew at Tires Plus in Vierra set us up with new “shoes” on our boat trailer as quickly as they could. Excellent crew would highly recommend them and their services!
Went in for some tires had an online quote that was $90 .less , Anthony told me oh it must be without tire pressure sensors. It's a.new wr.car so.im not sure why it would quote me without it. Anyway he said he'd honor the price . Gast forward 3 months later and my tire looks low . Yea he honored the price but didn't put the sensors in .dirt bag. I'm sure we'll hear a reply , but don't go by me.ask.around town I've heard all about this guy . Run from. This place
Was getting ready to use my vehicle when I noticed a nail in the tire. I called and they reported they were not too busy at that time. I drove to Tires Plus and waited while they repaired the tire. Great service as always.
I was out running errands with my daughter and unfortunately got a flat tire from hitting a pot hole in the road. I drove into the shop and they told me they were closing in 20 minutes(7:00 pm) Even though they were busy all day, they got my car in and got a new tire put on. They did it so fast and conveniently that my 6 year old daughter didn't even have time to get bored. Lol. You guys rock!!! Thank you once again!!
I called in a panic the night before because my battery died. The gentlemen told me to bring car in Saturday morning and they would work me in. So glad. Received new battery and serpentine belt at a fare price. Brian was very professional-courteous and informative-and this made my entire experience very positive. I have used Tires Plus for many years, in other locations too, and have always felt good after leaving. Thanks and keep up the great work!!
We brought our jeep in to have a squeaking engine assessed. Dropped it off on a Wednesday evening they said they would have it done Thursday afternoon. Didn’t get it done Thursday said it would be done Friday. We went to pick it up Friday and it wouldn’t start. Vehicle was running fine before hand aside from the squeaking. They were then claiming we had a bad battery. When we went to jump the battery saw there was some sort of oil sprayed all over the engine and underside of the hood and squeak was still there. Had already paid over $500 to have this squeaking noise fixed. They said they would keep it for another day to try to look at it again. We come pick it up Saturday morning and squeak is somewhat better but still there. And they attempted to clean all the oil but did a pretty sad attempt and even got it all over the fenders. They had no desire to do anything to resolve this disappointing service. They just basically said it’s an older vehicle. We won’t trust them with any of our vehicles again!
Every time I visit my location, I receive a thoroughly explained estimate, quality work, and I pay what I was told it would cost. I do not feel like they take advantage of me, everything is explained prior to any services being done. No pressure to purchase additional services, either. It is definitely my go-to vehicle service place.
I needed some tires last minute and these guys were able to fit me in their schedule and got me back on the road within two hours. This included a wheel alignment. Now my car is running perfect thank you guys. I am not a big fan of K cup coffee and that’s all they had in the waiting area but given the great job they did I give them two thumbs up. I would definitely go back and get tires from them in the future. Great service from one of their staff call Eddie. PS they do have military discount.
