I went to O'Reilly Auto part store on Palm Bay Rd yesterday and had the best man helping me, his name was Wayne and he went above and beyond to help me. I needed one lug nut, I had one that had a lock on it and Walmart refused to replace it. Wayne spent a good 20 minutes trying to figure out which would fit my car and then he made a call to Discount Tire to ask if they would replace it for me. Next time I need to go to the parts store i know where I'm going. Thank you

Needed to get battery checked. Apparently a poor time to walk into O’Reilly’s because Manny was NOT in a helpful mood. He answered the phone while I was standing there and very rudely told the person on the other end, “there are people here ahead of you, you need to wait!” Then disappeared for 5 minutes to tell the person ahead of me he didn’t have what he needed! Isn’t that what the computer is there to tell you? In that time multiple more people entered, on my turn I asked if he was the only one working and he in a raised disgruntled voice, “YES! I AM!” So I said ok well I needed a battery check so I went to leave obviously not receiving help. As I left I could see someone in the back stocking parts or something. Whatever it was it was more important than customer service!

A while back, O'Reilly's helped me out of a jam by lending me a small air pump. Didn't ask for a deposit, didn't even ask my name, just let me take it out of the shop. I've been a loyal customer since. Friendly and informative, the staff at O'Reilly's are always helpful and are committed problem solvers. Great place.

Bud was amazing he tried his best all the way to the end and got my car working for me. I’m a single mom of four kids and he was just the best. I’ve never received service like this. He went above and beyond the world needs more humans like him. Thanks bud. Palm Bay rd store in Florida rocks . I will be sending all my friends and family here.

I chose O'Reilly's due to my past good customer experiences in the Orlando area and Palm Beach County. This one lacks of great customer service. It is okay. An associate didn't greet and he was there alone behind the register. One lady came to assist me, she appeared to be outside on a smoke break. I feel the guy that was at the counter not doing anything could have greeted me and asked if I needed anything.

Tested my battery and showed it was bad. Instead of selling me a new $200 battery the gal pointed out that it was an AutoZone battery and still under replacement warranty. Yes, free. Thanks OReilly. Made my day!

Went in because car had died in a nearby parking lot. Marty helped me out and did a great job there was all kinds of corrosion on the contacts he got it cleaned up and me In and out quick. Highly recommend.

Mr. Marty is an excellent staff member. Helped me troubleshoot the battery of my Hyundai Palisade. As he removed and replaced the battery he gave me some pointers on how to help with the life of the battery. I greatly appreciated his service.

Had a really good experience at this O’Reillys I was super nervous about trying to fix my AC and he definitely walked me through the whole process and it saved me a bunch of money and he was very patient with my constant asking questions! Beleive his name was Joel Service 10 out of 10!

This place never does me wrong! Every time I’ve come in I’ve been helped with pleasant attitudes and gotten exactly what I needed. When I needed a new battery, Marty was excellent with his service! He saved me some serious stress this month and I’m forever grateful! Give that man a raise! I’ll be back. I’m an O’Reilly’s girl now.

Not all auto parts places are the same but I was surprised that they were open late and had such a great attitude even towards closing! Really appreciated the help and I was happy to get home fix my daughter's car so she could get on the road! Will return!

My father called yesterday to ask if this establishment would be able to help me change my battery (he gave them my make and model of my car) and he was told that they could help me so he bought the battery in Advance. When I spoke to Meredith over the phone this morning she was quite rude. Then I brought my car there and showed the receipt and she said she needed to look at my car first. After looking at my car for 2 seconds she tells me she can’t change my battery because of where it’s located. (Even though yesterday when my father called they said they could change the battery on the make and model of my car.) Meredith told me she couldn’t get the battery out without removing my whole fan compartment in front of my battery. I proceeded to call my father and He spoke with Meredith. He told her He watched 3-4 videos on people changing it. She just had to unscrew the screw and pull it forward and it would come out. She wouldn’t need to remove anything else from my engine. Meredith proceeded to say “I KNOW HOW TO CHANGE A BATTERY I JUST DON’T HAVE THE TIME”. By the way, there was 6 employees in the store and only me and one other customer that was checking out. Meredith kept repeating “I don’t have time for that, I just don’t have the time” and then just stares off into space. wow great customer service!! Then I ask to get the battery since we have already paid for it, then I asked if I could borrow tools so I could try and do it myself by watching a video. Meredith (reluctantly) gave me their toolbox and I proceeded with trying to change the battery myself in front of their store. By this time I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE and like I said before there was at least 5-6 employees standing up by the register. No one offered to help. While I’m struggling to change my battery (because I’m a short person, literally under 5 foot tall less than 100 lbs) the nice gentleman that was in the store with me about 10 minutes prior came over to me asking if I needed help. He had heard Meredith tell me that She doesn’t have the time to help me. He thought that was rude and unreasonable. He helped me lift and change my battery while ALL the employees inside stood and watched out the window. It really shows a business’s work ethic when none of the employees come out to help and a CUSTOMER offers to help me. The gentleman was able to help me change my battery within 5 minutes. During that time my father had called the store to speak with the manager to see if someone else could help me besides Meredith. He was told Meredith is the Manager (nice to know this crappy customer service and work ethic is coming from the manager ) and rudely told my father that no one could help me because it would take too long. Clearly nobody wanted to do their job this morning. My battery was replaced within 5 minutes with the help of the nice gentleman (who was a customer) so it clearly wouldn’t have taken too long with the help of an employee who “KNOWS HOW TO CHANGE A BATTERY”. I returned their tool cart (which weighed about half the size of me, so all the employees just watched me struggle to bring the cart back in the building) and I said Thank you for all your help today. All of the employees who hadn’t moved from their spots this entire time said have a nice day ma’am very sarcastically. Don’t be mad at me that “YOU DON’T HAVE TIME TO DO YOUR JOB?” My father and I were VERY disappointed with this store today and I hope the next young girl that comes in there asking for help they will actually take the 5 minutes of their time to help her.

I (F62) have been having trouble with my car not starting and just stopping which I couldn't understand since the battery is new and I stopped at the O'Reilly auto parts on palm bay road and explained what what was going on and Jake the employee came out to my truck and brought his tools and checked it out and replaced my cable connections cleaned it up and we had a nice conversation while he was working and it was the most relaxing mechanical experience I have had. He put my mind at ease and my truck has been working great. I really appreciate his kindness, happy demeanor and I hope that you know what a great asset to the company he is. Thanks Jake!
