Not this past Friday but the Friday before, 09/20/2019, I had an awesome experience with this team around 345-4PM. I feel it necessary to call out this time and date because the two gentlemen helped me out more than I can be thankful for, deserve recognition and I can't remember their names. I will continue to bring my business here, not only because of the product for which I am very impressed with but also because of the kind of people and business they run, thank you so much !!!
One of few places in town that does hydraulic (like for transmission lines!). Although it was the incorrect part in the end (I have a 95 van), David was the only person out of all the car places I called (4 others) that actually took the time to try to figure it out.
Friendly, helpful service. Guy in the back was sitting on his phone the whole time, so noticeable that when a guy leaving passed me by he even commented to the guy who couldn’t help because he was so busy making sure his phone didn’t go no where. But the guy at the register compensated for the lack of help with a friendly smile and helping me to locate a difficult to find part. Guy at the register went out of his way.

I ordered online and when I picked my order up at the store none of the sales people were wearing face masks. They won't follow CDC guidelines so they don't care about keeping their customers safe from COVID. I will take my business elsewhere. I'm disappointed because their parts and prices are good, but I won't risk my health.
Brittany was the best help I’ve received in a longtime which exceeded my expectations of what a parts store could offer. She’s truly mangerment minded & beyond helpful, friendly and also knowledgeable of what the customer is needing. I’d like to see her running a store of her own...u don’t find people like her that cares about the customers these days! She’s Golden!! 5star service!!!
These guys are total LIFESAVERS! I was "that guy" who needed a part right before close on a Sunday...gave them a call and rushed over. They had the part already off the shelf and waiting for me, even took off the core charge right away since I'd brought them what they needed. Even took a second to unbolt a part that I would've otherwise left bolted on and been kicking myself for leaving. Super nice to talk to the guys and look forward to buying from them in the future. A++++!!
2.5 rating. They do not offer a load tested battery check. They offer a voltage and amperage testing. Disappointing! I also believe the store hour sign says open on Sunday's. But they are not open on Sunday.
Every person is very nice and very friendly here. They are always reasonable, don't charge too much, Bred, Tim They are like my friends. I highly recommend them.

I needed a backtap tool to repair my motorcycle sparkplug hole and the lady at the desk not only knew what it was but ordered one for me and now several days later I'm screwing my sparkplug in as we speak. Thanks Napa.
Ordered a part, they said they were opened until 5:30. I guess 5:30 means 5:10 there. Locked up tight at 5:10. There were people inside so I knocked and was ignored. Drove across town for this…..

Printed sign at the store says they close at 2pm. But isn’t reflected anywhere else. It was printed on a white sheet and taped up.
Wasted gas and time coming here when I did.
Always have what you need and if they don't they will find it for you. Even if it's a competitor! Always friendly and helpful associates there to help.
