We went to the Melbourne store to get spark plugs. We brought the old spark plugs to the store with the part number on it. The clerk behind the counter gave us the incorrect part number , which, by the way, was longer and could have caused damage. We checked the new plugs while in the parking lot. The clerk who gave us the incorrect plugs was the MANAGER of the store. Old plugs number: BPR5EY. The new plugs pulled from the stock were BPR6ES. What's wrong with this picture????? We'll NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!

I needed a new windshield wiper. Jeremy was so very helpful and polite. He checked to see what size I needed and skillfully installed it for me knowing which adapter to use so the wiper wouldn't fly off when working. Thanks for your expert help.
I came back from vacation to a dead battery . Gregory at Advance Auto Parts on Wickham and Aurora, was so helpful, running a diagnostic on my car (a relief to find it wasn’t a problem with the alternator) and giving me several options- from a slow drip charge to full battery replacement.
He was patient while I debated and once I decided, he was quick installing the new battery. Great guy, honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Advanced auto parts came in clutch when I needed them. I was waiting for the dealership to get their stuff together for a new battery but they couldn't find a time to fit me in. So I went to the experts at AAP and they got me squared away. I also got a mini battery jumper that helped me until pay day as well! Thank you Advanced auto parts for your service.
Came for battery testing and battery extremely corroded on arrival. Greg was able to test to reveal bad battery and started the process to check warranty status of battery. He jumped through hoop after hoop on my behalf just to ensure that he didn’t put me and my young children on the highway for a long upcoming trip in an unsafe situation. He replaced the battery at no cost based on the date of the battery and spent over an hour cleaning the terminals to ensure they were good to go (albeit recommending future replacement). He was honest, forthcoming, extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to go above and beyond in his effort to take care of us. He refused lunch, milkshakes, and a cash tip. Stand-up guy. Would absolutely recommend!!!!
Greg at Advance Auto Parts went above and beyond with customer service, not to mention his apparent knowledge of autos in general. He gave special attention to details in making sure my daughters car was safe for her return trip back to North Carolina. This gave me piece of mind for the safety of my daughter and grandchildren. He also, took the time to check my auto's issues which was parked next to my daughter's car. I would highly recommend this Aurora Plaza location.
Bad service, this place offers a free recharge service for my battery, they returned it to me worse than when I left it at this place, they didn't help me at all, thanks for nothing 2/23/2024 12:35
I needed a new battery terminal and I didn’t have any tools on me so Gregory went above and beyond to not only recommend the best part , but also helped me install it as well . I was able to be not be late to work and my car is still running great.
Just awful. I bought a part and paid extra for it to be delivered today. Instead of dropping it off they came to my house and then decided to return the item to the store. Terrible service.
It was raining hard and my windshield wipers were splitting in two so I stopped at this Advance Discount Auto Parts store. Greg was a terrific help and even came out in a pouring rain and installed my new windshield wipers in a split second.
This tasj would have taken me 5 or 10 minutes in the driving rain. I want everyone to know that if you go to this Advanced Discount Auto Parts store, you will be taking care of. I highly recommend them. As for Greg.
Absolutely horrible customer service from an older gentleman (50-60s) who was rude and snappy the entire time. The whole time he acted like I was the issue for simply being in the store and wanting to buying something. Usually I get nothing but amazing customer service from Advance Auto Parts, but this was awful. I had a coupon to use only for the day, given to me by another Advance Auto Parts employee and when I tried to use it this guy ran the transaction before I could hand it to him, and when I asked to redo the transaction to use my coupon he just kept telling me “there’s another time” even after showing him it was only for that day. This employee had prominent blue veins on his nose and my receipt said “James K” but I’m unsure if that’s his name.
Do not buy wiper blades here! The cost is 2X what Amazon charges. Robbery.
ps the response about price matching is ludicrous. Walmart also offers the same blades and half the price. it’s a game they play. Easier to avoid a place that requires you to check on their fairness of prices.
Good place to get parts. The staff is very knowledgeable and if they don't have what you need they can order it and the turn around is usually pretty quick.
The folks at this location have never let me down. Their stock is abundant and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend advanced autoparts over the other parts stores.
They always have what I need. I am not a manager there, just a satisfied shopper.
Took a hose into store today, they automatically said we have nothing like that nothing that short didn’t attempt to look it up so went to competition and not only did they look and search but found something that would work so thank you for being jerks cause I found a new auto parts store that I love!! This Advance Auto Parts has saved me numerous times over the last 14 years when I had an old car constantly in need of repairs. They provide free battery charge and new battery installations. I was surprised when I needed windshield wipers they installed them for me. If you are a woman, and don't know how to do these things, the employees go above and beyond to help their customers. There are numerous auto supply stores on Wickham Road North and South of Eau Gallie Blvd. This is the only store I trust. This Advanced Auto Parts always has parts I need, the prices are compatible with other stores but their employees make this particular store stand out from all others.
Service was excellent. Service was efficient and friendly. They helped me make my choices quickly. The lithium grease was warm and delicious. Id recommend. No reservations needed.
I visited the Advanced Auto Parts store at 1717 Wickham road in Melbourne yesterday and was lucky enough of find "Kenny".
His customer service was probably one of the best I've ever encountered in all my years!
He took the time to carefully guide me through an electrical problem that I was having and helped me solve my issue like a real pro.
I would highly recommend this store to ANYONE who is not a mechanic or electrically "challenged"

I called for some parts at night and talked to her, she was so helpful over the phone, polite, professional, etc., so I went in next day to get them and she actually put them on my car, plastic clips to hold the engine gaurd underneath in, what an awesome person, I'm getting up there in age and the help was much appreciated.
